14/08/2024: My girlfriend and I went to this nice restaurant during our weekend in Spoleto. The outdoor location is very beautiful, in fact it overlooks a small balcony from which you could enjoy the sunset and a beautiful view of the city. The staff immediately proved friendly and welcoming. We ordered a platter of local cured meats and cheeses, some delicious local sausages and one of their local pastas, strangozzi alla spoletina, seasoned with chilli garlic and chopped tomatoes, very tasty and strong. Finally we ordered two desserts: their typical chocolate cake and a puff pastry covered in hot cream and berries. It was all delicious and fresh topped off with a pleasant view. I would give some advice: when bringing the cold cuts platter, I would describe the cured meats brought and their history so as to make you appreciate the local traditions even more. If you are looking for a traditional restaurant with a touch of elegance this restaurant is the right place.

25/08/2024: Very nice tavern a stone's throw from the center of Spoleto. The dishes were very good, unfortunately we couldn't try others because we were coming from a rich breakfast, but what we ate I can guarantee the authenticity and goodness of the dishes. Fast and kind service. Easy parking near the square below the Osteria. You can also park at "Spoletosfera" and arrive at the Osteria in 10 minutes on foot via the mechanized passages in the city (very convenient).

08/01/2024: Abbiamo cenato il 31 dicembre 2023, il proprietario è gentilissimo e disponibile alle esigenze di ognuno. Lo chef e la sua brigata ci hanno preparato una cena dove ogni ingrediente è stato valorizzato senza essere sopraffatto da eccessi . L’ambiente è confortevole e piacevole. Un’esperienza da ripetere assolutamente.

05/08/2024: The room we stayed in, a junior suite, was large and comfortable, with a comfortable king-size bed and excellent soundproofing. Some problems only with the air conditioning, the system is perhaps a little dated. Very kind and professional staff, fabulous location close to the historic center and overlooking the Roman Theatre. We also really enjoyed the restaurant and breakfast. Pet-friendly hotel, our dog was very well received.

I think that after several years of using various restaurants in Tuscany and now Umbria, this one is definitely on the podium! 25/08/2024: I had already been a guest in this place in January and I returned at the end of August to try the cuisine again. The products are top quality and well prepared. The first courses were tasty, the sliced ​​meat melted in the mouth and the stuffed pigeon was extraordinary. I will go back a third time.

I recommend dinner or aperitif, very large and "informal" outdoor location and if you have children in tow, perfect 😍 you have right next to the tables a play area completely enclosed by an "anti-evasion" net😁" with inflatables and other games so you can still enjoy the evening and check on your children😃! Mine is older and even if he didn't play, he reached ecstasy with a delicious pizza with crusts filled with ricotta🤩🤩🤩... Very fast service, amazing pizza, with first choice products...second courses...desserts absolutely worth trying!!! Certainly also for aperitifs and evenings, not just for eating, the choice is vast!
