10/12/2024: An excellent tavern in the historic center of Spoleto a few steps from its wonderful Duomo. Welcoming environment, attentive and professional service. Really very, very good food! the use of quality raw materials can be felt in every course, from appetizers to desserts. Very honest prices. The two wonderful owners. What can I say, if you come to Spoleto I highly recommend having lunch or dinner here!

15/11/2024: The Osteria dell'Enoteca was truly a happy discovery! The calm atmosphere and the friendliness of the hostess are a perfect setting for their exquisite food. I had the pleasure of tasting various courses, from the platter to the dessert and they all met my expectations. The agnolotti stuffed with braised meat stole my heart but the tagliatelle with wild boar ragù and the strangozzi with broad beans, pecorino and bacon also deserve to be tasted

08/12/2024: Consigliato dall'hotel dove abbiamo soggiornato si è rivelato una vera esperienza. Abbiamo preso due menù degustazione, uno di pesce e uno del territorio entrambi eccellenti, servizio curato ed attento. Merita una visita.

25/08/2024: Very nice tavern a stone's throw from the center of Spoleto. The dishes were very good, unfortunately we couldn't try others because we were coming from a rich breakfast, but what we ate I can guarantee the authenticity and goodness of the dishes. Fast and kind service. Easy parking near the square below the Osteria. You can also park at "Spoletosfera" and arrive at the Osteria in 10 minutes on foot via the mechanized passages in the city (very convenient).

16/12/2024: I returned to this restaurant after a year. The atmosphere inside is intimate and welcoming, while the outdoor space is framed by the buildings of the historic center. Right from the start you are welcomed by the courteous and knowledgeable staff, ready to carefully explain the dishes. The selection of bread prepared by the chef is excellent and varied, particularly the tomato focaccia. The menu is well structured and reasoned, as are the dishes of the day. But what brings me back to Apollinare most of all are the hand-rolled tortelli with a tasty burrata filling emphasized by flakes of Moscato truffle and cherry tomato reduction. As a sweet conclusion, try the dark chocolate semifreddo with white chocolate cream and pink pepper. I therefore recommend this restaurant which is always a certainty and an obligatory stop for anyone passing through Spoleto.

08/12/2024: Locale accogliente con tavoli ben distanziati; personale cortese e disponibile nonché molto professionale. Portate dal gusto definito e piacevoli ad un palato raffinato. Varietà di piatti, ben presentati e sapientemente elaborati. …peccato che sia molto lontano da Roma! …Un bonus per la descrizione dei piatti e un bonus per la lista dei vini, …prezzi al disotto della media. Ci torneremo di sicuro.

30/11/2024: We had dinner here due to the proximity to the Theater, it was a wonderful discovery! The restaurant is family-run (mother, father and two children) with top hospitality and friendliness! We ordered two appetizer cakes and two first courses, all completed with the shoe!!! Very good everything! And note of merit to the FANTASTIC trifle! We will definitely be back!

19/11/2024: Siamo stati a cena in questo Ristorante accogliente e dai pochi coperti, quindi poca confusione e servizio pronto e presente per ogni necessità. Lo Staff estremamente gentile e sincero sui tempi di attesa. Abbiamo mangiato bene e pagato il giusto. Consigliamo di provarlo.

23/12/2024: A quiet weekend in Spoleto, the hotel was very welcoming, well-kept and clean. The location is excellent and the cuisine is also excellent, which we tested at dinner. The room was beautiful, large and very clean. I highly recommend it.😉

04/11/2024: We ordered two pizzas and after 30 minutes of waiting the pizzas arrived with the charred edge, the owner insisted that the pizzas are like that. My wife had it redone because it was inedible, but due to hunger, I cut the cornice and discarded it. I would like to suggest to the pizzeria owners that they know how to manage the temperature of the oven and that they must understand, given the cost of a pizza, that the customer must be treated well and not become defensive.

02/11/2024: A pleasant surprise, a restaurant discovered by chance wandering the streets of Spoleto. Simple but tasty dishes, good wine list. Friendly and helpful staff. The room is not very large but welcoming. Good quality/price ratio. Must try

14/12/2024: This wonderful little restaurant in the historic center of Spoleto represents what should be an example for many restaurateurs in Italy. Despite being an "omnivorous" restaurant, the menu offers a large quantity of vegetarian and vegan dishes, allowing the customer to "choose". And this is no small thing. Very rarely do you find restaurants "open" to everyone and so inclusive! Here anyone can choose what they want to eat. There is only the arduous task of having to choose, because all the dishes offered are truly wonderful! Quality raw materials expertly cooked, dishes made with care and attention, generous portions, refined and delicious flavors and... lower than average prices! The staff is also really friendly and helpful! Congratulations indeed!

08/12/2024: A truly characteristic and clean place, staff at the tables are friendly and ready to accommodate every request, exquisite food (even for vegetarians) as well as good wine. It's a shame that upon payment they didn't give us the opportunity to pay each one what they had taken but we had to do the math on our own... for the rest what can I say I would go back

18/12/2024: We loved touring through Lucca, albeit during a brief stay on our way to Cinque Terre. The Piazza was clean and busy with tourists, cafes, and very safe.

25/11/2024: Ottimo posto vicino a Spoleto. Locale accogliente e caratteristico. Abbiamo pranzato con ottimi piatti della tradizione umbra. Un posto da provare..... il personale è stato affabile ed efficiente. Tutto molto bene.... ci tornerò.

17/11/2024: Ristorante con delle possibilità ma sfruttate poco e male. Spiace essere trattati da turisti inesperti. La location è graziosa ma poco e male riscaldata e mangiare al freddo non è una bella esperienza. La cucina è da trattoria (e andrebbe benissimo) se i prezzi fossero equiparati e le porzioni più abbondanti. Rapporto qualità prezzo decisamente squilibrato. I piatti arrivano freddi e anche questo non depone a favore. Il personale è decisamente affabile e disponibile, ma sul resto c'è ancora molto lavoro da fare.
