25/04/2025: It is worth getting to Castelluccio to taste the dishes offered by this place, kindly served right in front of the famous "Piana di Castelluccio". The Tris salami-cheese-egg starter with truffle, the polenta with wild boar ragù and the lentil soup with sausage are highly recommended. The gnocchi alla norcina and the tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms are also very good. What are you waiting for?! Run to us now!

30/03/2025: We had dinner at the farmhouse restaurant, excellent and plentiful food and more than fair prices. The atmosphere is welcoming, the service is kind and professional. It's a shame we couldn't stay overnight because the location is panoramic. Highly recommended

02/05/2025: Alcune delle foto sono riferite alla vecchia location di Forca di Presta. Dopo il terremoto si sono trasferiti a Pretare, in una SAE, mantenendo sempre un livello di qualità alto, con prodotti del territorio, e un rapporto qualità-prezzo altrettanto elevato. Complimenti!
26/01/2025: Locale a gestione familiare, che si trova nelle SAE di Pretare, troppo piccolo per la richiesta che hanno nel fine settimana. Si mangia bene, porzioni abbondanti, piatti tipici di qualità (ottima la polenta ai funghi). Se tornassero nella vecchia struttura che aveva anche ospitalità sarebbe TOP.

07/05/2025: We were in this norcineria last week and we tasted the products offered by the manager. An excellent cutting board with quality Umbrian cold cuts and cheeses and the Nursia beer a nice discovery! Honest prices.
We also ordered some products for our friends that the manager sent to our homes. The package sent on Monday arrived Tuesday morning. It can't get any better than this. If you pass by Norcia, I think the Norcineria Laudani is a must-see!
26/04/2025: We were looking for a butchery and they recommended this one to us. We tried a tasting with wine, everything was excellent and plentiful. The manager Emanuele, very nice, was very kind and helpful.
Honest prices and very high quality.
We will certainly recommend it again.

19/04/2025: Cena fantastica. Il ristorante è molto carino e i proprietari gentilissimi e simpatici. Ottimo il tagliere di formaggi con molta varietà. Prodotti freschi, molti di produzione famigliare. Il cuoco ci ha anche gentilmente dato molte informazioni sui tartufi locali, davvero utili per sapere quando tornare per trovarli di stagione. Tutto davvero buono e complimenti per la gestione e la qualità. Prezzo giusto. Torneremo!
14/04/2025: Very well kept and characteristic environment, excellent quality food, zero kilometre. Impeccable service, helpful but also very welcoming staff available to explain each dish in a refined way. Home-made cured meats as well as exquisite pecorino, truffle tagliatelle mixed very well as well as the norcina with a crunchy and tasty bacon and a ricotta with a refined and delicate flavour. Highly recommended.

Special mention for the truffle trio and the farmer's ricotta with honey and walnuts as dessert.
The lentil soup with sausage is also excellent. The value for money is adequate

12/05/2025: When we pass through Castelluccio with our club this is our reference restaurant, I usually book a couple of days in advance to avoid risking surprises due to the influx of fellow bikers!
Family atmosphere and home cooking, it's always good!
The first time, May 2023, we were surprised by a storm, and we asked, who we think is the owner, if he would mind some company after hours until the rain stopped.
In response he brought us another coffee and a grappa of his choice, he won us over!
I'm sure we'll see each other in a few weeks, as tradition dictates!

03/04/2025: Personale gentile, solo un po frettoloso, abbiamo comprato 2 prosciutti ma purtroppo la provienza delle carni risulta UE da etichetta, salami buoni ma commerciali in quanto contenenti conservanti di tipo E e budello sintetico.
30/03/2025: Ci siamo fermati per un tagliere di salumi e formaggi , abbiamo finito facendo spesa!!!
Ho festeggiato qui il mio compleanno in modo dove dal solito e ne sono contento ottimi prodotti e tanta cortesia ! Se passate da Norcia fermatevi ne vale la pena !!!

18/08/2024: Posto magico situato nel cuore di Castelluccio. Completamente ristrutturato in seguito al terremoto che ha distrutto questo incantevole pezzo di paradiso. La locanda è sia un b&b che un ristorante (ad uso esclusivo di chi vi pernotta). Camera pulita e carina dotata di tutti i confort. Lenzuola ricamate della nonna, una favola. Colazione eccezionale, con torte fatte in casa e materie prime a km zero. Cena super squisita e varia nella quale potrete gustare i piatti tipici della zona. I titolari sono di una gentilezza e simpatia unica. Tutto stupendo, dal primo momento in cui si arriva a quando si va via...Tutto genuino e semplice. Bello anche sentire l'odore del bucato appena fatto e steso lì fuori. Possibilità anche di sdraiarsi e prendere il sole godendo del meraviglioso panorama di Castelluccio. Vale il viaggio...come direbbe Barbieri...
18/06/2024: Una Locanda da tre stelle che vale per cinque. In questa terra martoriata dal terremoto, in cui si vede ancora una realtà difficile e lontana dalla normalità, la bellezza delle fioriture e dei paesaggi fa dimenticare il presente e viene allietata dalla Locanda de Senari, dove la semplice attenzione fa vivere l'incantesimo di una storia senza tempo. Cibi buoni e genuini, pulizia, odore di bucato della biancheria e la Sig.ra Mariella, fanno dimenticare le ferite nel paese.

04/11/2024: Locale molto accogliente, abbiamo pranzato con tutta la famiglia, tutto veramente ottimo, dai taglieri, che noi abbiamo mangiato come antipasto, alle tagliatelle ben condite ed abbondanti, imperdibile il dolce: la loro ricotta servita con il miele...una vera delizia! Torneremo sicuramente, speriamo presto! Sara ti accoglie con il sorriso e ti fa sentire subito a casa.
