08/11/2025: If you want everything perfect, don't go there, but if you want to spend time surrounded by nature and animals, if you want to eat good, locally sourced food, if you want to be welcomed by a wonderful family, if you want to spend less than necessary, if you want to buy products from the countryside, you're in the right place. They are still a bit uncomfortable and with a thousand construction sites underway, but the welcome they gave us was that of YOUR home. Highly recommended.

30/08/2025: The experience at Nunzio and Rossana's is truly incredible! We stumbled upon it by chance three years ago: we had dinner here one evening and it was a wonderful experience, like being part of the family. They ate dinner with us and we talked about everything, making the evening fun and cheerful. Yesterday, three years later, we returned. Today we have a 10-month-old baby, and they welcomed us with the same warm hospitality! For us, going to Agriturismo Il Margine is like coming "home": we feel loved, we enjoy being in their company, the food is excellent, and everything is enjoyable. Of course, we'll be back! !

16/06/2026: The prices for two Campari Spritzes were inflated to the point of being illegal; they were watered down, too. It wasn't as if we were in Cortina or some other exclusive location.

We asked for a takeout pizza to eat something in the parking lot, and despite a considerable pile of pizza boxes, we were told they don't do takeout. They definitely lost out.

21/06/2026: Terrible! To remember and never return! Lunch for three, a warm welcome worthy of praise. We arrived at 2:30 PM and they set the table for us even though the cook was about to leave. We ordered the tartare, beautifully presented with truffles that "only they have," something truly special. We received a small disc, like a coffee cup saucer, covered in olive pâté (no smell of truffle!!! I'm not talking about the flavor, but the smell!). NB: It must have been a pound of meat, equivalent to €200/kg - it cost €20. Sparkling water: it arrived in a bottle of tap water, full of limescale around the neck. Not very sparkling, so I asked why the machine didn't make much sparkling. He calmly replied that he doesn't use it much, that he doesn't do maintenance anymore because he has to sell the place. That's bottled water, he made us understand, left over from previous customers!!! We ask for half a liter of wine, he brings us a liter and we point it out, he tells us it's pay-as-you-go. At the end of the meal, we look at the bill and he charges us a liter! We point out that half a liter is left, he looks at us with superiority, pointing to the bottle as if there were just under half a liter left... Then, seeing that, I have to pay. My water bottle was empty, so I put it in. I can't even tell you the look on the face of the elderly owner; it looked like I was stealing his money. While we ask for details on the menu, I ask about the trout. His (he reports) are the best in the area... I ask if they're farmed. He denies it for now, saying they come from the nearby river, but I ask further and he says they are farmed. Then he specifies: it's running water! The river is clean! I ask if they raise them with mash and various types of feed, and I confirm this. What's the difference from the others??? Do you know? At the end of the bill, we ask him for at least a small discount, given our lack of satisfaction. He comes back with the full-price receipt (which he demands) replying: I'm selling the restaurant, I need to show that I'm making as much money as possible.

01/06/2026: We really enjoyed our stay at this restaurant during our visit to Norcia. The service was prompt, with the dishes served in a more than satisfactory timeframe, and everything we ate was delicious. A special mention goes to the tagliatelle with truffles, truly excellent and rich in flavor. Another very convenient feature is the large free parking lot right in front of the restaurant, making arrival easy and stress-free. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Norcia and looking for an excellent lunch or a pleasant dinner. We will gladly return!
