10/05/2025: Great secluded house. Very quaint and cozy. The food is just fantastic and delicious. As if mom were cooking in the kitchen. Waiter speaks very good English and is very friendly when dealing with guests. Without a reservation it will be difficult to dine here on the weekend. However, the waiter quickly cleared a small, cozy corner for us and we ate and drank deliciously

Excellent location on the Marsciano hills and excellent food, all prepared by hand by the cook Srefania... impeccable service thanks to Roberta and Matteo. To be tasted and absolutely not disappointed, the lemon and truffle crests and the umbricelli with Chianina ragù... wonderful!

14/04/2025: I had wonderful vacation with family in Il Tiro. The place is amazing, placed in peaceful umbrian countryside, but still very close to Perugia. Rooms are in traditional style and very clean. Another thing is restaurant which is outstanding! Delicious dishes typical for Umbria like capellaci with truffles is a must. Also meats are very tasty, especially carpaccio and Fiorentina which is so tender you can eat it with a spoon. :) Wine list is also very impressive. I loved that place, staff and the owners. Highly recommended!

17/05/2025: This morning with my dachshund I wanted to go into this place to taste some things and when I asked if I could go in with the dog since there was a sign prohibiting entry... and that already tells you everything, I heard the lady behind the counter answer me with a firm no! Even if I wanted to keep the dog outside, it wasn't possible since there was nothing to tie the dog to! Unfortunately, even today we have these signs of pure incivility! First of all, you should learn courtesy and have sensitivity even before knowing how to make bread! If you know how to do it since I haven't had the opportunity to taste anything! I certainly won't set foot in this place again
06/05/2025: I have never been there but I tasted with great pleasure both the panettone and the traditional Colomba, very good and delicious, light leavening, very digestible, congratulations. Thank you brother for giving me these beautiful gifts.💯
