25/05/2025: Charismatic, kind and friendly owner, fast and quality service, top quality products at the right price. And the chocolate... Thick, creamy, hand-made, as good as a walk in heaven, absolutely worth trying!

16/10/2025: The Margherita with anchovies was good, the two frittatas were good, and the draft beer was just right. The price was fair, what more could I say? Fast, courteous, and efficient. Well done, I'll be back.

13/09/2025: You should never come to this pizzeria. We waited three hours for three pizzas. The staff is completely unorganized: we asked them at least ten times when the pizzas would arrive. They didn't even know if there were any free seats when it started raining and we wanted to sit inside. We finally found a seat ourselves. Plus, there was a child's birthday party going on, and it was absolute chaos: people were screaming and constantly running near my chair, and none of the staff said anything to anyone. The craziest thing is that I ordered a Margherita pizza, and it was outrageous: it tasted like bread with tomato sauce, without cheese. I don't know how it's possible, but I'd give it a negative review, below zero.

10/06/2025: You can't complain about the kebab which is really very good, unfortunately the slightly sore points are the prices which in my opinion are a bit too much above average and the place is intimate but small and it's hot. Anyway I will only go back for takeaway

03/05/2025: Having seen other reviews where they complained a bit about the road, but since I don't have a Ferrari I got there just fine anyway. And I did well, because when I arrived I found a very well-kept place, with very clean rooms and this is not to be taken for granted. The owners Mario and Anna, with the help of Luca, welcomed us very well and let us have dinner with them. Surprise fixed menu for 30 euros all inclusive, starter, first course, second course, wine, sweet water, coffee and bitters, all made by them and for our immense pleasure, excellent and plentiful. In addition to his kindness, Mario entertained us by telling us about the dishes he prepares and all the herbs he uses as a great expert. You can see that he does it with great passion. Certainly for those who come to these parts it is strongly recommended to stop and verify for yourself that what I said is true. Congratulations we had a great time.

13/08/2025: I didn't have a great experience; the fries were more like zombies than fries. The waitress seemed like she was doing us a favor. If I had to choose, I wouldn't go back.

25/04/2025: Abbiamo cenato in questa Trattoria in una serata particolarmente affollata, ovvero durante la processione del Venerdì Santo. Le ragazze che ci hanno accolto sembravano un pò smarrite nella gestione dei tavoli e delle prenotazioni, ma la prima impressione è stata poi smentita dalla loro simpatia e cordialità. I tempi di attesa sono stati meno lunghi di come me li prospettavo, data l'affluenza. Ma soprattutto il cibo è davvero ottimo, persino il pesce (inaspettatamente per una tipica trattoria umbra). 29/07/2025: In Gubbio I've tasted the best pizza al taglio, but the pizza wasn't very leavened and was too thin... the white one, in particular, became rubbery, almost hard, as it cooled.
