15/02/2025: Fully satisfied with having eaten in this small restaurant in Deruta, just off the highway. As soon as you sit down they bring you some hot testo cake with bread, a sign that you have chosen well. First courses with homemade pasta, truffle, crostone with salmi guinea fowl, baked potatoes, trifle. But there are other dishes that will be tried next time. Everything is served on plates decorated in harmony with the style of the ceramics, with courtesy and smiles. It's worth it.
31/01/2025: Truly a great surprise. While visiting Deruta, to look for some ceramics, we found this place on Maps. Very simple, almost like a rotisserie. We ordered a supplì, two plates of umbricelli with norcina and vodka sauce, plus a Nutella cheesecake. Abundant dishes, with lots of sauce, also give you some crunchy and hot testo cake, with which you can make the classic "scarpet". The plates and ceramics with which the orders are served are stunning. In total, the two of us spent around €30 with water and coffee included.

abbiamo preso in tre una fiorentina cotta al punto giusto, tagliata e condita davanti a noi con vari tipi di sale, abbiamo preso anche una pizza croccante e saporita. consiglio questo ristorante a chiunque soprattutto per il clima tranquillo, lo spazio tra un tavolo all’altro che permette la privacy tra clienti e l’ambiente contornato da acquari.
15/02/2025: Ottimo servizio, qualità del cibo, tanta cordialità, cortesia e attenzione per i clienti. Vasta scelta nel menù.

20/12/2024: Un lugar hermoso, muy bien decorado. Nos hicieron sentir muy bienvenidos inmediatamente y se nos mostró a nuestra mesa. Mi principal problema fue elegir cuál de los increíbles platos del menú pedir. Quería probar todo lo que hay ahí. Lo que finalmente elegimos fue magnífico. Volveré.

18/02/2025: As a truck driver I was looking for a restaurant with good quality characteristics and a fair price. Unfortunately I found neither one nor the other in this restaurant. The first was discreet, the second so-so, the side dish inedible, it was very salty, I had the coffee after several tickles. In the end I also paid a high bill, twenty-five euros for a poor average menu. Almost sufficient service. As a restaurant I don't recommend it.
09/02/2025: For my groups it is a fixed stop when traveling to Perugia. Very welcoming bar, excellent cappuccino and good hot croissants. Very polite and helpful staff. Place with a bit of vintage as I like it! I recommend it

16/02/2025: Kindness, hospitality, availability in addition to a welcoming, charming location and excellent food in which the search for detail and creativity in the kitchen, without neglecting taste, make room in the options made available by the restaurateur and his staff. Important wine list so as not to diminish the abundance of flavors and aromas that each dish offers. When you are looking for quality this is his home.
29/12/2024: Very good cured meats.
The Candelotti are nothing special.
The Tagliata was too white (the Maillard reaction was missing).
Very small portion cake.
In my opinion the prices are not consistent with what we consumed. No inn the cuisine aspires to a gourmet direction.
