15/09/2025: I playfully tried to find a flaw in this place, and... I couldn't! Sesto Canto is spacious, elegant, and welcoming, with plenty of seating, including outdoor seating. The menu is refined yet affordable, the pizzas are truly excellent (the dough is simply divine!), and the service is quick and friendly, despite the high attendance. The quality-price ratio is also excellent. If I return to Città di Castello, I'll definitely stop by to try the other specialties on the menu. And if one day I end up in the Sesto Canto's infernal circle... well, at least it will have been for a pizza like this: it will have been worth it! 🍕🔥

This very spirit inspired the dinner I organized with all my colleagues... and it turned into an experience I'll never forget. The restaurant we chose turned out to be a little gem nestled in the heart of Umbria. The location immediately struck me: unique, meticulously crafted, combining elegance and warmth in a rare balance. It wasn't just a beautiful place, but an environment that seemed to welcome everyone who entered, almost embracing them. Making everything even more harmonious was the staff: professional, thoughtful, and attentive without ever being intrusive. Every gesture, every word conveyed respect for the guest and for the work they do every day. In an age where speed often risks erasing genuine attention, finding such dedicated people is an ethical value that deserves to be recognized. And then... there were the dishes. The true stars of the evening. The cuisine interpreted the local cuisine with a mastery I'd almost describe as poetic, and the white truffle—Umbria's precious treasure—was elevated to a sensory experience. Each course was a blend of aromas, textures, and flavors that literally enchanted my taste buds. There was passion, technique, but above all, great respect for the ingredients. It's difficult to put into words the feeling of fulfillment and gratitude I felt upon leaving the restaurant: the pleasure of having shared a special moment with important people, in a place that transformed a simple dinner into a lasting memory. In conclusion, this restaurant wasn't just a place to eat well, but an ethical and human experience, crafted with care, professionalism, and a deep love for gastronomic tradition. The pizzas are delicious, made with quality ingredients and authentic Neapolitan dough: soft, well-leavened, and with that high, crispy crust that makes all the difference. The staff is extremely kind and helpful; Giuliana and Nunzia are always smiling and attentive to their customers' needs. The atmosphere is welcoming and well-kept. Highly recommended!

30/10/2025: Authentic Neapolitan pizza in Città di Castello. Gennaro, the owner, and all his staff are friendly and welcoming, and will advise you on your choice of traditional dishes. Cuoppo (a type of meat and fish dish), mixed fried Neapolitan pizza. Everything is excellent at fair prices.

26/08/2025: We stayed at this hotel for 4 days, with the mid-August holiday in between. It was a wonderful holiday; the hotel offers a wonderful pool with a hot tub and a lovely park with a restaurant. We dined on two evenings with traditional dishes, including menu variations for my daughter. The staff was extremely kind and helpful throughout; only the location, with its rugged road, made us choose not to go there in the evening. The dated Art Nouveau-style rooms were very large and spacious, and despite the lack of air conditioning, we slept very well; there is a large fan in the rooms. We'll gladly return.
