01/03/2026: Very good restaurant! Everything is delicious and the staff is wonderful, perhaps a little rushed, but since it's often very busy, I can understand. Perhaps the service time between courses could be improved (we were given the second course when we were finishing the first). Recommended to everyone for a traditional, family-friendly atmosphere!

15/02/2026: Good restaurant, excellent food, simple and quality, lamb ribs number 1. Be careful, they are delivered by truck drivers 😀

13/03/2026: We stayed one night and had dinner the evening of our arrival. We immediately felt at home. The dinner was excellent, with well-prepared dishes, and the room was spacious and comfortable. Thanks to Mr. Gianpiero for his kindness in welcoming us. We'll definitely be back.

14/03/2026: Highly recommended. The atmosphere is simple but clean. The food is excellent, without frills, and at reasonable prices. Simple, home-style dishes, carefully prepared with top-quality ingredients. A true Italian trattoria, the kind I like. Thank goodness places like this still exist. The owner is incredibly friendly and kind. They also make delicious cookies to take away.

11/03/2026: I stopped in for dinner here while visiting from Chicago, Illinois while on pilgrimage to see St. Rita. The family that runs the restaurant are all extremely nice and the food is fantastic. I highly recommend to anyone visiting Cascia.

28/12/2025: A wonderful place, just like Salvatore and Mariella...two fantastic people... They treated me, my dad, and my sister like family. Exquisite cold cuts...exceptional steak...not to mention Mariella's cookies and cakes...fabulous. The room and bathroom were spotless... It's a shame I can't give 10 stars. 10/03/2026: A day trip brought us here for lunch! Even though there was a set menu, we opted for the à la carte menu and had a divine meal! I must say, the fettuccine was delicious and incredibly generous! We absolutely loved it, and we'll be back!

Federico and Federica... are excellent hosts! Vittoria... very kind and professional... And the super Ilaria... (aka Giada)... the Umbrian meat expert!!!! I mean... you absolutely have to come and eat here!!!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!! Le Molinaro Sister!!!!!!
