22/09/2025: I've driven along this road leading to Lake Trasimeno many times, and this time I tried the restaurant. The owner and staff were very attentive and friendly. The appetizer was good, featuring local cured meats. The balanced first course, gnocchi with courgettes and sliced truffle, was very good. The reinterpretation of the Chianina beef osso buco was also interesting. The prices are in line with local fare. My advice is to update the prices on the official website for both the restaurant and the hotel, as they aren't up to date.
I had a great time, and I hope to return. They also make pizza and have hotels, which I haven't tried. I recommend booking.

17/09/2023: Entriamo in questa pizzeria al taglio, per mangiare qualcosa al volo e chiediamo con gentilezza se possiamo ricaricare per il tempo necessario a consumare un pezzo di pizza (10 minuti?) un’e-bike passando il filo dall’esterno, alla presa interna vicino all’entrata. Non ci hanno detto di no ma non hanno neanche fatto i salti di gioia dicendo che non era bello da vedere… Per carità, non erano certo obbligati a soddisfare la nostra richiesta ma a volte basta veramente poco per dare una buona impressione. Non basta servire buon cibo. Se posso dare un consiglio, visto che vi trovate proprio sulla ciclovia, siate più bike friendly, ne avreste solo da guadagnare.
