26/10/2025: Excellent dinner. Our expectations were fully met. While you wait, they bring you a revisited panzanella and some truly delicious thinly sliced ​​and fried bread. We ordered the tagliata (beef steak) with a side of baked potatoes and chard. We loved everything. You can season the tagliata however you like, and the (very kind) waitress brought us some delicious olive oil. We finished with some truly special desserts. It was difficult to choose from the dessert menu, but I highly recommend the apple tart. We would have liked to take photos, but we forgot. We enjoyed dinner in a very elegant setting, with good background music (not intrusive, but very pleasant) and truly excellent food.

12/10/2025: A top-notch restaurant where you can enjoy traditional Umbrian recipes, revisited but not overdone. The service is very friendly and courteous. The prices are truly reasonable. The atmosphere is truly family-friendly. I highly recommend it.

04/10/2025: Good food, some sophisticated and unique dishes. Good quality meat. Good service. Nice location, but tables too close together. The atmosphere (measured in terms of clientele) is too loud.

30/09/2025: Stopping by before the Serie D match between Cannara and Grosseto, a special lunch awaited, as did the entire staff! Strangozzi with truffles and fillet steak with sauce, pepper, and raisins, served with roast potatoes—truly out of this world, all washed down with a lovely glass of red wine, complete with a glass of limoncello! Definitely worth it, a hug from Maremma!

24/11/2025: I went to dinner with a group of friends and we had an appetizer and pizzas. I have to say the pizzas weren't anything special... Anyway, I had a terrible experience... After dinner, we paid the total, divided by the number of people we were. The manager charged us the fees, but through his own oversight, he forgot to write down three fees in his notepad, even though we had actually paid them. Out of doubt, he told one of us, who was also the last one left in our group, that he was missing three fees. Our friend, trusting that one of us had forgotten, paid the fees himself and then contacted us to find out who had forgotten to pay. But in reality, we had all paid, complete with screenshots of the payment. At that point, we returned to the restaurant and reported that the manager had made the mistake of forgetting to tick the three amounts on his sheet, and that when we showed him the receipts, it showed that we had paid all the amounts. But he wouldn't admit his mistake and wouldn't refund the three extra amounts he had charged us. He even started insulting me and saying that he wouldn't have given us 70 euros, but 700 euros. I felt embarrassed for him. You shouldn't treat customers like that, especially when you, the owner, made the mistake... We'll definitely never go back to that place again.

22/11/2025: Unfortunately, the experience wasn't a positive one. We waited a really long time for the food to arrive, and my pasta was undercooked. At first, I thought it was just a few pieces, or that the pasta was that consistency (umbricelli), but I had to leave half of it on my plate. When I pointed out that it was undercooked, they simply apologized. Furthermore, before the food arrived, they even took away our bread for no reason. I understand that it was a Saturday night and that the place was crowded, especially considering the takeout, but I hope they can improve both the wait time and the care taken in preparing the dishes. It's a shame because we had high expectations based on the other reviews.
