I can't recommend this fantastic little place nestled in the Umbrian countryside highly enough! The ladies who run it are very welcoming, the property is well-maintained, and breakfast is mostly made with farm products. And let's not forget the pool, which is very clean and always open! If you're looking for a central location for exploring the area but also want some peace and quiet, this is the place for you! A small tip for the property: consider installing blackout curtains for those who don't like waking up to the light that, of course, comes through the shutters.

My husband and I stayed two nights. The location was excellent for visiting the various surrounding towns. The breakfast was excellent. The two very kind ladies... the room we had wasn't the best because we couldn't leave the window open given the location where people were passing by. The worst thing was the lack of politeness shown by Mr. Gabriele, I presume the husband of one of the two ladies. In the morning, due to a human error, the cleaning ladies mixed up the keys, so the set we had didn't have the key for the door leading to the room. So we contacted the lady, who was always very kind, and she said she would send someone to fix the problem. After 8 minutes, Mr. Gabriele arrived, very rudely, and rudely, both to us and to another couple of guests who asked if he could open the bathroom because it was locked. He initially said no. Then, after he had resolved the matter with us, still very annoyed, he went to them and opened the bathroom, still very annoyed. My advice to both sisters is not to let their husbands get involved in the management of the B&B, in our opinion. of view are not appropriate.

I stayed at this farmhouse for two days. What can I say? Gorgeous. The lady was very kind. The environment was immaculate, both the room and the outdoor spaces. If I really had to find a question mark, let's say, but really, to be no longer picky, the possibility of not being able to have dinner... but I understand that it's not easy to organize dinner every time. In any case, it's certainly an enchanting place, an environment with attention to the smallest details. Kindness and courtesy... thank youuuuu💐

A charming, very relaxing place overlooking Assisi, nestled in a garden with a pool. The entire place is well-maintained by friendly staff. The breakfast was good. I highly recommend it.

I spent three nights here with my girlfriend and will definitely return in the future. The owners are wonderful people. The agriturismo is a magical place, perfect for a few days of total relaxation. The view is truly beautiful, overlooking Assisi and its valley, and the well-kept garden has a fantastic pool. The breakfast is excellent, with the ingredients tasted genuine and of high quality. The rooms are very well-kept and clean, in classic country farmhouse style. The location is excellent, being half an hour from Perugia, twenty minutes from Assisi, and fifteen minutes from Spello. Congratulations!
