22/11/2025: My wedding and a three-day stay took place at Tenuta di Caiolo in September 2025. This place is absolutely stunning! We rented the entire estate exclusively, and the cottages — situated quite far apart from one another — provided complete comfort and privacy for each family. The whole property has a wonderful atmosphere. The entrance to the estate is a bit wild, but incredibly picturesque, surrounded by green meadows, animals, and a vegetable garden used by the restaurant, which guarantees maximum freshness and excellent quality of the produce. The cottages are all different, each with its own character and beauty. Stone walls, beautiful fireplaces, and traditional décor make it the perfect place to relax and forget about the everyday rush. The staff are extremely friendly, making you feel right at home. As for the wedding itself, one of the biggest advantages is the small chapel located on the property, where you can hold the ceremony. It is incredibly charming and truly unforgettable. Our ceremony and reception were like a fairytale, thanks to the kindness and cooperation of the owners, who were always smiling, warm, and happy to help. The wedding dinner was exquisite and beautifully presented, and the staff made sure that everyone received their meal on time and that the tables were always stocked with drinks. Everything took place in the lovely garden next to the restaurant — well-kept, clean, full of flowers and vines, with breathtaking views. It is the perfect setting for a beautiful celebration. During the remaining days, we also had a pizza party and a pasta party. Both events were wonderfully organized, and the food was delicious! There was plenty of food and drinks at all times. My guests still talk about the incredible flavors of this place and the stunning views that truly take your breath away. To sum up — if you are looking for a peaceful place with beautiful scenery, unbelievably tasty food, and a family-like atmosphere, this is the perfect spot for you. You can come here to relax or to host a celebration. We will definitely return, and today we look back at our photos from Tenuta di Caiolo with warm hearts, remembering those beautiful moments. ♥️

05/10/2025: Stayed in October. Close to many places to visit (Assisi, Spello, Montefalco, Foligno, etc.). Clean, tidy room. Friendly and helpful service. Breakfast served with homemade food. The outdoor area is well-kept and welcoming (like a wedding favor), with a swimming pool. Recommended for relaxation. A note to keep in mind during the warmer months: there is no air conditioning, only a single fan on the ceiling.

07/06/2025: Horrible experience, rude staff sent us away just for playing cards in their bar, even though we had food and drinks. Not recommended, don't go there

20/09/2025: Highly recommended traditional food. Homemade service. We started dinner at 9 p.m. and finished at 1 a.m., and it was an incredible experience.

11/09/2025: Negative experience. I recommended it, I was celebrating a birthday, and I was absolutely disappointed! The food was good but the quantity was small (my daughter and I had to split the pizza pieces), the price was exorbitant, and the staff was unhelpful.

13/07/2025: A bar where you find the usual clientele (3-4) desperate people shouting and talking about everything (they're dressed for work), but they're always there. The owner, the bartender, is forgettable; she doesn't know what she's doing.
