We were honestly disappointed. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by the smell of fried fish (odd, because they don't serve fish). The prices weren't up to par for the quality of the dishes. I honestly didn't expect the pasta with black truffle (and evidently neither did the staff) to taste like broccoli. The truffle was flavorless. The Angus steak with truffle and the Angus steak with caramelized onions both arrived cold, or lukewarm to be polite. The baked potatoes never arrived, and we didn't tell the cashier. The cashier removed them from the bill only after we urged him to, as if he were doing us a favor. "Come on, we'll take the potatoes off."
POSITIVE NOTES
Very kind waiters (the dishes took a little longer to arrive).
The large grilled meat was good, and above all, the only hot dish. The onions in the steak were delicious. It was a shame about everything else, and it was a shame that we weren't satisfied and that we got our money's worth for the dinner.

We arrived early; there were no customers yet, but we immediately felt at ease.
The interior is warm and comfortable. There's a wide selection of cocktails, wines, and beers. The bruschetta is excellent.

06/03/2025: Andiamo spesso in questo ristorante quando siamo a Terni. Ottima la location.
Vi abbiamo cenato per due giorni e per la prima volta abbiamo provato le pizze (salsiccia e friarelli). Molto buona la lievitazione, non molto basse e con un bel cornicione gustate con della birra scura.
La sera seguente dal Menù Ristorante (molto interessante) abbiamo gustato l'ovetto fritto col tartufo (veramente squisito), i paccheri, la tagliata, la faraona ed un ottimo dolce.
Tutti piatti eccellenti, ottimi prodotti e ben cucinati dallo chef Paolo.
Un particolare da non sottovalutare è la presenza della cucina a vista, che deve
risultare sempre pulita ed in ordine. Questa lo era (bravo lo chef e la sua brigata).
Il conto sicuramente in linea con quello che abbiamo mangiato.
Una nota positiva anche per il personale impeccabile.. molto competente e professionale Giuliano che gestisce ottimamente la sala e molto brava anche la giovanissima cameriera Margherita che ci ha servito, gentile, solare e sempre molto attenta.
