A must-try restaurant if you're in Pinzolo... it's definitely worth a stop. A modern and elegant restaurant, yet warm and welcoming, with a truly delightful atmosphere. Exceptional ingredients and meticulously prepared dishes. The quality of the cuisine, in my opinion, is what one would expect from a Michelin-starred restaurant. A special mention also goes to the service: friendly, precise, and never intrusive, perfectly in keeping with the level of the cuisine. I enjoyed all the dishes we tried, especially because the quality of the ingredients and the great skill in the kitchen were clearly evident. But two dishes, in particular, left me speechless. The slow-cooked egg was probably one of the best dishes I've ever eaten. A seemingly simple dish, but incredibly executed. And then the beef sirloin, tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. What surprised me most, considering the level of cuisine and the quality of the ingredients, was the value for money: absolutely reasonable and, in my opinion, almost surprising for what's on offer. A truly complete experience: top-notch cuisine, an elegant yet welcoming atmosphere, impeccable service, and truly fair prices. I would return without a second thought. Highly recommended.

We found this restaurant via Google, but the reviews didn't meet our expectations. First of all, there wasn't a menu displayed outside, which allows you to assess not only the prices but also the type of dishes. In fact, once we sat down, we noticed there were only three starters, two of which included cheese, which we avoided due to lactose intolerance. We opted for spaghetti with pepper sauce, toasted pancetta, and onion powder, which wasn't worth the €19.50 price tag, both for the pasta (served lukewarm and flavorless) and the ingredients (the pancetta was practically charred in an attempt to make it seem anything other than a standard carbonara). In Puglia, a starter for €19.50 at the very least includes excellent fish or cardoncelli/porcini mushrooms and a much more elaborate preparation. The restaurant is very beautiful, well-decorated, and the service very attentive, but I suffered from the heat; the single Dyson for the entire room wasn't enough.

Excellent restaurant in Pinzolo. A modern style that still evokes its surroundings, warm and welcoming. Excellent cuisine, divinely served with unique, never boring, combinations. Service is attentive but not intrusive, fast and always very accurate. Friendly staff. We'll definitely be back.
