04/03/2026: Good morning, From the moment we entered, the service was top-notch: very helpful, smiling, and friendly. Breakfasts were always beautifully prepared, with high-quality Italian products. The waiter always asked if she could prepare anything extra, such as scrambled eggs or an omelet. We also had dinner, which we still remember to this day was exceptional. The spa is fantastic, with a beautiful view. The rooms are spacious, carefully prepared, and after returning from skiing, everything was perfectly tidy. And we can't forget the gentleman who always dropped us off and picked us up on time, incredibly kind and smiling. When I asked to print a document, it was no problem at all. This is an ideal place for those traveling by electric car; the hotel has its own charging station. We wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone and will definitely be back. Thank you so much for a wonderful time!

13/03/2026: The atmosphere here is simply amazing! There's room for entire families, who flock here for dinner. The food is delicious but also surprising. At least three things: a hanging board of cold cuts and cheeses, a beer the waiter foams with a hot iron, and a sugar queen. It's delicious and utterly charming. The efficient and elegant staff takes care of everything down to the last detail. I highly recommend it. I'll gladly return.

06/03/2026: We're a group of skiers who've been frequenting this place for many years. For over six years, we've been regularly stopping here for lunch during our days on the slopes. Unfortunately, this year we decided to change locations because vaping is allowed inside while people are eating. We found this situation rather unpleasant. We regretfully report this, as we've always enjoyed stopping here over the years.

05/03/2026: The quantities were small and the prices were sky-high. Bread was measured out with an eyedropper. An experience not to be repeated.

22/12/2025: The waiters were extremely uninterested. Every time I asked them questions, they pretended not to hear me (there were no people around), and when I insisted and they saw that I wasn't leaving, they responded rudely.

26/08/2025: Excellent restaurant in Pra Rodont. A stunning location and starting point for many itineraries. The restaurant offers a wide selection and overall reasonable prices. The cakes are excellent.

07/03/2026: We came here for a family dinner during a vacation in Pinzolo. The restaurant is very cozy and rustic, like a true mountain hut. Even though the place was packed, we were served quickly and courteously. The pizza was excellent and there was a wide variety to choose from. I gave 4 stars for the desserts, which we weren't entirely impressed with.

15/02/2026: I stopped at this bar with my friends for a drink. The experience was negative. The staff was rude, very impolite, and not very customer-focused.

27/02/2026: We had lunch at Ristorante Artini, and unfortunately, our experience didn't live up to our expectations. The staff is very slow and inattentive to customer needs. The value for money is terrible. We paid €16 for five dumplings... a restaurant to avoid in the future.

15/02/2026: I've been coming to Campiglio for years with many friends, and we've always enjoyed lunches and dinners at Artini. This year, they must be saving money...we've been there three times for lunch, each more disappointing than the last, to the point that we didn't even plan a dinner there. The staff is unspeakable...from the one who almost curses because the ordering phone doesn't work, to the one who asks you to pass her the plates, they only brought 10 covers for 13 of us. Very small portions, high prices, and the food always arrives frozen. It should be deleted...it's a shame because we always enjoyed going there!

06/03/2026: Reservations are a must. The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming, the service top-notch. The food is out of this world. There's a cigar room next to the main dining room to enjoy a whiskey and a smoke, if you need it.

16/08/2025: Great place for breakfast and aperitifs, friendly staff. The only downside: if you sit outside in the summer, you're a bit exposed to the (unfortunately busy) street.

24/01/2026: I purchased a cake from this store, making sure it didn't contain walnuts or hazelnuts, as my son is severely allergic. The clerk assured me the cake was free of hazelnuts, but unfortunately, this wasn't the case: I later discovered that hazelnuts were indeed one of the main ingredients. The consequences were very serious. I find this attitude reckless, irresponsible, dangerous, and criminal.

10/12/2025: My family and I entered this place, with excellent product displays and beautiful window displays. We asked the lady at the counter if we could eat inside, and with a stern, condescending gesture she said, "If you want, there's a bench back there." (The shop was empty.) We were disappointed, so we decided to just get an ice cream for our daughter, which, unfortunately, was of poor quality. My husband works in the restaurant industry, and this is definitely not the right way to interact with the public. Years ago, it wasn't like this—what a shame!

30/12/2025: One star because I can't live without it. One word. Terrible! A night at a friend's house, we're having a party, we're not going to a restaurant, it's close, let's go. Problem 1: Only large size, 4 or 8 slices, and oh well, there are six of us. Problem 2: They don't take reservations. It's a non-issue, it's a choice, and I agree with it. Problem 3: Very important. To make a pizza—I won't say fantastic, but at least good—it takes the same amount of time to make a terrible pizza. I strongly advise against it during busy times; perhaps, without so much pressure, something better will come out, but I doubt it. Bland and flavorless dough, tomato sauce that didn't arrive, mozzarella (spun curd) that separates from the casein. If you use low-quality products, a good pizza will never come out of the oven. Sorry, I don't usually write negative reviews. If I'd eaten there, I would have explained my situation directly. My advice: Avoid. Don't underestimate the price. Expensive for the quality.
