22/02/2025: Visited second night of our skiing holiday in Madonna with 3 teenagers. Our twin girls don’t love anything fancy so they had a pasta pomodoro, which was delicious. I had the cheese ravioli with pear which was hands down, my best meal in Madonna. The house cheesecake is utterly stunning, so light. My son had the Tagliata steak which was delicious. This place feels quite special, authentically “Alpine”. Most of the other guests were staying in the hotel but we were given exactly the same quality of service. We had a beautiful bottle of Trentino sparkling and enjoyed ourselves a lot. Would definitely return.

02/04/2025: Locale nel centro di Pinzolo, ci andiamo spesso con amici. Servizio attento, mangiato sempre pizza, in diverse versioni, sempre buona. Prezzi molto onesti. Complimenti

21/03/2025: Con la mia fidanzata cercavamo un posto tranquillo per un pranzo veloce senza pretese, ci siamo seduti nella veranda di questo locale ed abbiamo pranzato in maniera impeccabile, canederli e rostì di patate da contorno, tutto buonissimo in un clima davvero piacevole. Torneremo sicuramente!

13/02/2025: Relaxed atmosphere, very friendly staff, enjoyed a latte macchiato every day during our holiday for a very reasonable price.

01/02/2025: we had breakfast this morning, they have classic, wholemeal, vegan croissants and empty krapfen that can be filled with 5 different creams. everything fresh and delicious, nice atmosphere and honest prices.

15/03/2025: We ate for dinner, excellent food. Generous portions (the first course perhaps not too much) and really very very good. Also recommended for the not excessive expense 35/40€ per person.

02/03/2025: Location with a Christmas atmosphere, welcoming and kind staff. Everything good from starter to dessert. After a year we returned and as usual we end the week with dinner, and I must say that nothing has changed except even more friendliness and courtesy from the staff.

22/04/2025: Important dinner booked in advance. We received several confirmation emails, including one on the same day, in which maximum punctuality was recommended and it was specified that, in the event of a delay of more than 10 minutes, the table would be assigned to others. When we arrived on time, however, we found the restaurant completely closed. No communication, no warning. We tried calling, but no answer. In front of the entrance other people in the same situation as us, as incredulous as us.

19/04/2025: Booked via email without any problems. When we arrived on site, the restaurant was closed even though it appeared open on Google. Great discomfort. Tried calling, no answer.

07/04/2025: Siamo stati attratti dall'aspetto tipico di Chalet di montagna con tutti i confort ma fuori dal caos cittadino di Madonna di Campiglio, seppur abbastanza vicino al Centro e l'esperienza ne è valsa la pena. La Famiglia Lattuada gestisce molto bene la struttura fornendo anche una serie di servizi particolarmente interessanti. L'ambiente è esattamente come si presenta nelle fotografie , il ristorante offre un menù che varia ogni giorno con piatti tipici trentini proposti in modo tradizionale ma moderno.Purtroppo il tempo non è stato clemente durante la nostra visita ma questo ha favorito sicuramente un maggior relax particolarmente gradito.

16/03/2025: I celebrated my birthday in a big way. Excellent dinner. Excellent very attentive service. And finally they moved us to the lounge bar with live music to celebrate. They made us dance, sing and at midnight even the cake with lots of happy birthday sung. I highly recommend this hotel and this lounge bar. Thank you for everything truly.💓💓

E per finire ci hanno trasferito nella sala lounge bar con musica dal vivo per festeggiare.Ci hanno fatto ballare,cantare e a mezzanotte anche la torta con tanto di auguri cantati. 06/04/2025: La baita è davvero molto bella in un angolo incantevole sia di giorno che di sera ed è stata recentemente ristrutturata Ho cenato con mio marito Menù vario e particolare che abbina pietanze tradizionali del luogo con cioccolato e altre specialità gourmand Prezzi giusti per il posto e la qualità del cibo Nota dolente il conto: per il trasporto con la slitta sono stati addebitati 14 euro a persona che non erano indicati sul sito. Rispetto a posti similari (es Fogajard chiede 5 euro) questa spesa mi è sembrata davvero esosa. Anche il coperto 4 euro trattandosi di un posto di montagna non è basso Per un calice di Legrain, vino abbastanza comune, sono stati addebitati ben 15 euro e non è nemmeno stato versato dalla bottiglia davanti a noi ma in cucina Il conto non è stato portato al tavolo ma abbiamo dovuto andare alla cassa E nonostante la spesa non bassa non ci è stato offerto neanche un amaro o un cioccolatino che potrebbe essere anche un modo per fare pubblicità ai propri prodotti Quindi complessivamente esperienza positiva, ma non la ripeterei

25/03/2025: The location and interior are great, which makes our experience even more disappointing... The staff seemed somewhat lost while taking our order. Not much contact with the waiter who seemed to be more interested in whatever was going on away from our table. Our food sadly did not improve things... The broth in the dumpling soup was just completely tasteless and lukewarm. Basically warm water. Dumplings themselves were acceptable, but desperately needed heavy seasoning. The children's cutlet was okay and the portion was actually pretty substantial. I ordered the "Baita Salad". At first I received a basic salad that was nothing like the menu and after consulting one of the waiters, I had the proper meal delivered later than the rest. Wouldn't recommend coming here for food unless something changes.

04/05/2025: Siamo stati in questa rosticceria per un pranzo veloce e siamo rimasti assolutamente delusi. Cibo di qualità scadente e dubbi anche sulla freschezza.

29/03/2025: 6 stars for the atmosphere and the chef's approach to the customers. I don't wan't to make the short story long, but you need to be there at least once during your visit to Pinzolo. Otherwise, well... you really don't know what you're missing.

07/04/2025: Estuve en tu tienda hace unos días. Encontré una acogida fantástica y la persona que dirigía la chocolatería me hizo un recorrido por todos los productos explicando detalladamente la característica de cada uno! ! Hicimos una buena compra y cuando volvimos al hotel hicimos algunas degustaciones de lo que compramos. Muy satisfecho! Sin duda volveremos el próximo invierno👍

16/09/2024: La caratteristica che lo differenzia dagli altri rifugi oltre i 2.000 metri della zona è che ci si arriva in auto. Si percorre la strada della val Nambrone e si ferma l'auto direttamente nel parcheggio del rigugio Cornisello. In 15/20 minuti si raggiungono i due laghi vicini e se è una bella giornata il blu del lago Superiore ha pochi rivali! Quanto al rifugio è stato da poco ricostruito: tutto in legno con una splendida vetrata che si affaccia verso le dirimpettaie Dolomiti di Brenta. I piatti sono quelli tipici dei rifiugi trentini: polenta con formaggio, con salsiccia, con gulasch. Carne salada e fagioli, panini, uova e speck, tagliere di salumi, canederli, spatzli, tagliatelle... Insomma, quanto di buono offre la cucina "veloce" trentina. I prezzi? Un po' più alti di quanto non siano in valle, ma qui siamo a 2120 metri e anche il trasporto ha una sua incidenza. Servizio simpatico e puntuale.

27/08/2024: Il rifugio si raggiunge comodamente in auto. La strada è asfaltata. Si parcheggia a circa 200 mt perché i parcheggi adiacenti sono forestali e non consentiti. Piatti tipici. Cucina di livello mediocre. Servizio veloce e cortese. Prezzi esageratamente alti in rapporto alla qualità.

15/04/2025: Personale e gestore poco disponobili, arroganti e assolutamente incapaci di gestire un rifugio. Ora capisco perchè era vuoto.

06/04/2025: Soggiornare al rifugio è una esperienza molto piacevole. Stanze accoglienti e calde. Bellissima terrazza panoramica riservata per la merenda del pomeriggio. Tramonto spettacolare. Cena ottima.

19/01/2025: Ottima stube per pranzare. Si trova per la strada tra pinzolo e madonna di Campiglio, ma ne vale la pena. Le bruschette sono molto buone come tutti gli altri piatti. Staff gentile e prezzi ragionevoli. Tappa fissa ogni volta che vado nei dintorni.

05/01/2025: Trovato per caso, dato che si trova su un tornate della strada principale che porta a Madonna di Campiglio. Mangiato un spezzatino di gulasch, buono, piatto non abbondante. Il mio compagno uno stinco di maiale con patatine, buono e abbondare. Servizio veloce e personale gentile.

23/08/2024: Basics: - wife's birthday, with two children, ages 12 and 8. - arrived 19:45 and sat in the back corner. - Classic menu for adults, children from a la carte children's menu. - last night of 8 nights in Madonna di Campiglio. Several elements of the experience that we felt fell short of our expectations: (i) the quantity and quality of the food fell short of what we would consider should be expected at a Michelin-starred restaurant: (a) the "degustation of bread" was not a very high quality start to the meal - it felt gimmicky and (for the restaurant) a low-cost way to make patrons feel satiated, given the quality and portion size of the rest of the menu. The breadsticks were stale and crunchy (plus the acoustics of the intimate stube-style restaurant resulted in us hearing every other customer crunch on the breadsticks/crostini) (b) the salad was underwhelming and fairly small and not particularly unique; (c) the soup with tortellini was unremarkable; (d) the pasta, while tasty, was not out of the ordinary for the region; and (e) the venison was a bit disappointing both in flavor and in size. Overall, it was not of a quality one would expect from a Michelin-starred restaurant set menu. (ii) the service was delivered by nice people with a very good level of English, but it fell short of what we would expect. (a) We had to ask several times to have wine to accompany courses, while our glasses sat empty for a long time on the table - in two instances, my wife had to ask what wine could accompany the meal she was already sitting in front of, having to wait until the wine arrived later to start eating (for the main, the head waiter left her sitting waiting for at least 5 minutes); (b) our water bottle and glasses sat empty for a very long time, and we had to remind them to bring another twice. (iii) Though they were clearly short-staffed, the staff did not seem to recognize their having fallen short of delivery: when we called them over for the above reminders, the impression we got is they were annoyed with our intrusion, rather than apologetic for their having forgotten or for having fallen short. We felt we were very kind and patient with the staff - we always are, but also because we both started our careers in the food services industry (my wife as a chef at 2 and 3 michelin star restaurants), so our starting point is always sympathetic. Minor points: (iv) upon arrival, when asking guests to wait for their table for an extended period in the lounge, a nice touch would be to offer a small coupe of prosecco (v) it appeared staff attended to other tables with more attention, but we did notice that other tables had empty glasses throughout the evening. There were of course some good parts of the evening, from the generally nice senior staff (e.g. at entry and exit), the presentation of the meals, and the extensive wine list. It was also nice that you had a kids menu, a la carte, allowing for parents to dine on a set menu with the children eating from a different one. The children enjoyed their meals, although we would point out that the Milanese Vitello con palate was overcooked - both the meat and the potatoes. My son was so hungry, he ended up going ahead and eating (without out sending it back), but it definitely could have been better. The meatballs for our daughter were undercooked initially, a situation that was rectified - with an apology (i.e. we appreciated the chef admitted there was a mistake, rectified the issue, and apologized -- and following that our daughter really enjoyed the meatballs). The evening fell well short of our expectations, and we spent far too much money given the experience fell short of Michelin. After the meal, I went on google to look at reviews and came across one on google reviews from someone called "Chris Kopczynski" from > one year ago. I think that accurately portrays the evening we had as well, which makes me regret I did not do my research ahead of time.
