28/07/2025: The 1908 is a wonderful restaurant. Chef Stephan Zippl creates menus of the highest quality using the highest quality regional produce. There are also excellent alternatives to the tripe. The excellent wine pairing, which perfectly complements the menu, is a must. The visit is rounded off by impeccable service. Chapeau!!!

10/07/2025: We had a wonderful evening at 1908. One culinary highlight after another. Perfect service. Surprising. Sustainable. Excellent wine selection. Innovative non-alcoholic accompaniments. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

20/08/2025: We stayed at this hotel, which felt like paradise with its stunning views. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, and the food was plentiful and varied. We'll be back next year and can't wait!

17/08/2025: We stayed at this charming hotel, located directly opposite the majestic Sciliar massif, and were captivated. The view is simply breathtaking: every window seems to frame a natural scene. The staff is one of the hotel's strong points—always smiling, friendly, and close-knit. There's a familiar, welcoming atmosphere that makes the stay even more enjoyable. The rooms are simple and basic, perfect for those seeking tranquility without frills. The beds are quite comfortable, ideal for resting after a day of hiking and relaxation. Our room didn't have a minibar, but we're not sure if that's the case for all rooms. In any case, cleanliness and functionality were impeccable. After dinner, relaxing on the large lawn in front of the hotel was a real pleasure: an ideal place to enjoy the silence of the mountains and the last light of day. The food? Abundant and delicious, with dishes that pamper the palate and reflect the care and attention to local cuisine. The parking lot is large and convenient, a significant detail in mountain areas. And speaking of details, the hotel management is attentive and meticulous, even down to the smallest details. The property also offers a spa and jacuzzi, which we didn't have the chance to try, but we imagine are worthy of the rest of the experience.

17/06/2025: A wonderful welcome! The little extra that made all the difference: the thoughtful touches I received from my little one, including a small bag of candy, and a request from them if she'd prefer ice cream (it was a group meal). All this with a smile 😊 Thank you!

20/06/2025: Piatti tipici della cucina tirolese, buone le porzioni e prezzi più che onesti. Speciali i canederli al grano saraceno come pure la cotoletta, ottimi anche i dessert, servizio efficiente e si può pranzare anche all’aperto con vista panoramica sullo Scillar, giardino esterno con giochi per bimbi.

21/04/2025: Precioso establecimiento familiar en un hermoso entorno de aspecto y encantadora comida tradicional. El Knödel en particular eran fantásticos! Fue un día un poco agitado en este domingo de Pascua y quizás un poco escaso de personal, pero sin embargo muy amable y recomendaría especialmente con los niños, ya que la zona al aire libre es amplia y mucho que hacer para los niños! ¡Regresaría!

11/07/2025: We were on the go and got an ice cream to go, but at €2.20 a scoop, you really have to think twice about whether you want an ice cream. Four scoops in total, and we spent almost €10... The location is right next to the train station, which is probably why the prices are so high, which are more expensive than in Bolzano/Bressanone/Vipiteno itself. The taste was okay; I've had much better ones.

26/06/2025: I've rarely been to such an unpleasant café! Waiters stress local customers by asking for their bills 20 minutes before closing time, and make it perfectly clear that they're no longer welcome because otherwise they'll have to finish work five minutes later. It's sad, but businesses like this can afford to treat any customer as they please, since every idiot from the cable car walks into their café anyway...

12/06/2025: We were very surprised by this poor and unfriendly service. They deliberately didn't serve us at first because the kitchen was about to close. The waitress was genuinely unfriendly and visibly annoyed by several guests. The waitress said, "The kitchen is closed now, look at the menu, you can order that," turned around and left us sitting. They didn't ask for drinks. Impossible and rude. We had two small children with us. Apparently they didn't need it. But thankfully, that's an exception in the region. Then we got up and left. Apparently poor management!

22/04/2025: Das etwas altbackene Lokal lebt von seiner guten Lage und der sehr geringen Konkurrenz außerhalb der Hauptsaison. Die Bedienung war zwar freundlich, vermittelte aber einen hektischen Eindruck. Die Gerichte waren von durchschnittlicher Qualität und insgesamt war der Eindruck mittelmäßig.
