12/03/2026: Surrounded by nature, this place is ideal for families who love trekking and discovering new places. The staff is extremely kind and helpful, and the cuisine is varied and well-prepared. The rooms are well-equipped and the prices are fair.
Highly recommended.
09/03/2026: The hotel is located on the Renon plateau in a breathtaking location, boasting magnificent views of the Dolomites. We were very pleased with all the staff, and Mr. Renato was kind enough to even offer us a free upgrade to a room with a balcony. The room was small but comfortable and clean. Breakfast offered a wide selection of local and international products. Dinner was also delicious.

05/11/2025: Excellent food, great and friendly service! We spent one night in South Tyrol and wanted an authentic meal in the evening. We found exactly what we were looking for at Bürgerstube Ritten! A fantastic speck and cheese platter followed by a delicious pizza. Add a local beer and you're in heaven. TOP!
14/10/2025: We arrived late but the welcome was warm. 2 waitresses were very friendly, smiling and patient because we don't speak their language. Perfect value for money, nothing to say. Honestly, if you pass by, stop by for a bite to eat.

09/02/2026: Difficult review. Difficult because the hotel is structurally in such bad shape. Difficult because it's run by lovely, helpful people who welcome you with a smile. Anyone who books here knows they'll find rooms from the 1980s, knows that kitchen smells permeate every floor of the hotel, and knows they'll have to leave their clothes outside the window. I hope this hotel is completely renovated sooner rather than later, because it deserves it.

31/10/2025: The ambiance was lovely. Some of the prices were absolutely exorbitant. A frittata soup, which wasn't on the menu, cost €9.50. A sandwich bag cost €2.50 per person, even for children, and there was only a small bread basket for six people. Was the tip included in the price?

02/03/2026: We spontaneously decided to go there as a group of five.
It was a complete success. Even though it was really packed, we were served quickly and very friendly, the drinks arrived promptly, and we didn't have to wait long for our food. The food was excellent in terms of both taste and price.
Keep it up! We'll definitely be back! 👌

08/09/2025: It's a small agriturismo run by very friendly owners. It was a great stop for my bike ride. Since I was alone, I had no problems, but reservations are required as it's very small.
31/08/2025: Despite there being no signs or other indications, the owner immediately barked at us through the window upon arrival, telling us we'd parked our bikes too far back in the long driveway.
When we then wanted to enter the dining room and asked for a table for 6, a woman rudely informed us that a reservation was required (hadn't we read that online?). To be honest, I didn't expect that at a farm tavern/snack bar, and it must be said that the weather was bad and therefore relatively quiet.
Everything was fine, but I didn't need to be spoken to twice, so we moved on.

The first restaurant in South Tyrol in 40 years that ran out of apple juice 😅 But they did have a sweet and very tasty apricot spritzer.
01/11/2025: This beautiful farm is somewhat secluded, offering stunning views and truly excellent food. The menu is perfectly adequate, and the prices are low for the quality (card payments are accepted). Currently (as of the end of October 2025), the road is not yet listed on Google Maps (I have added it myself). However, you can drive right up to the Partschonerhof – coming from the valley, turn right in Signat immediately after the Signaterhof.
A visit is definitely worthwhile.

28/12/2025: A very beautiful and serene place. Loved our stay here. It is traditional yet very modern. Take not it may take 10-15 minutes drive uphill but the drive is worth it. We get the town view from the farmhouse and the night sky is amazing from up here. Werner was very helpful and friendly explaining about the farm. Had a very pleasant stay and experience with my family
16/11/2025: Unfriendly, insulting, and hostile to children.
We were a large group of middle schoolers, parents, and some toddlers. Although the restaurant, with its playground, appears family-friendly, it was made very clear that children were not welcome. Despite my constant supervision, we were treated rudely. What was particularly shocking was that a staff member repeatedly touched me and yelled at me, even after I had explicitly asked her several times to stop. This was absolutely unacceptable behavior.
To make matters worse, the food was served, and because of this behavior, I was able to leave everything untouched, yet I was still charged a hefty sum.

10/01/2026: The restaurant was excellent, and the food was of outstanding quality. We ordered the entrecôte and the funghi tagliatelle, both of which were delicious, with genuine, authentic flavors. The desserts were also great. The restaurant itself has a warm, local mountain atmosphere that makes the experience even more enjoyable. We truly enjoyed our dinner.

17/12/2025: 1908 is one of those places that truly stays with you. Dinner kicked off with an actual bite of a lemon leaf from the tree on our table and we immediately understood this won’t be an ordinary dinner. Soulful and savory dishes each centered on a surprise element, from the Alto Adige wagyu to the truly memorable lemon thyme raviolo. The “walk” through Aspinger’s garden for the vegetable dish is pure poetry. Warm service, intimate atmosphere, each course came with its own carefully chosen glass of wine (the Abendrot niedermayr was the one that stayed with me and surprised me the most)

15/12/2025: The service was a complete disaster. The sommelier's disdain was unacceptable for a restaurant of this caliber.
The dishes were beautiful but unfortunately very unusual. We also told the sommelier and the chef that we didn't like the food, but they didn't seem interested in understanding why.
The wine prices are also excessive compared to other restaurants of this standing.
A very disappointing experience for this type of establishment. I don't recommend going there; there are much better restaurants in the area.
