20/06/2026: Unfortunately, it's closed on weekends and smoking is allowed on the terrace, so it's best to go inside if you want to enjoy the delicious food. Excellent service, excellent value for money, and incredibly tasty. The pasta, in particular, is fantastic.

17/05/2026: Accommodation on May 16, 2026: A very rustic guesthouse nestled in a rural valley. The outdoor scenery was absolutely stunning, a true paradise. Waking up amidst such beauty made me feel incredibly happy!
💕One night, two meals: Dinner was a buffet, and the main dishes were all delicious and carefully prepared. Breakfast was rather average, but considering the accommodation, having meals provided was already a blessing.
A beautiful fire will appear at 8:10 PM.
The Milky Way at night was breathtaking.
17/05/2026: A beautifully secluded hotel with very friendly staff, and we're looking forward to trying the food. The rooms are a bit small but comfortably furnished!

04/05/2026: So good, you’re going to love here, fantastic food, great atmosphere, lovely service and amazing garden, dog friendly and got so good seasonal dishes and daily specials… just so good value.
04/05/2026: Not exactly cheap. €75 for three people: two main courses of roast beef, two dumplings, and a burger with fries. The roast beef was good but not exceptional, and the dumplings were a bit dry inside. The fries were high-quality, from a defrosted bag.

27/06/2026: The food was good and tasty. Typical South Tyrolean cuisine, although the menu does mention that frozen food is used when necessary. We were hiking with a small child (1.5 years old) and wanted to have lunch there. Our son was hungry. However, the owner told us that the kitchen didn't open until 12 noon. The owner was very unfriendly because we were so early. So we had to wait 45 minutes before we were served. If our son hadn't been so hungry, we would have left.
At exactly 12 noon, she finally took our order. The food was then good.
The courtyard is a bit run-down, the grass was ankle-high, and the farm dog looked ready to tear us to pieces.
Oh well...
10/05/2026: We stopped at the Partschoner Hof today and received excellent service. We had mixed dumplings and Kaiserschmarren (shredded pancake). The portions were very generous, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. Considering the quality and portion size, the prices were fantastic. We'll definitely be back!

01/06/2026: Didn't stay here and just came for the homemade cheeses, wines and hams. All delicious with a great view. Great way to have a snack on a sunny day. Note that there are only hot foods during the weekends. Go through the main door up the stairs on the side of the farm stay and the owner will greet you.

05/06/2026: We ended up here by chance and really enjoyed it. Even though it was very busy on a Sunday, the service was very attentive and cheerful. The food was also delicious and generously portioned. You should definitely try the Strauben!
18/05/2026: A really great farm with play areas and a lovely, rustic terrace. The family business is running smoothly and everyone is on the ball :) The food was good, a bit pricey, but we didn't mind at the time.

Perfect break for frozen yogurt, espresso, and water. The service was super friendly, and ordering and payment were extremely quick. You can sit comfortably under umbrellas in the lovely little outdoor area – highly recommended!

17/12/2025: 1908 is one of those places that truly stays with you. Dinner kicked off with an actual bite of a lemon leaf from the tree on our table and we immediately understood this won’t be an ordinary dinner. Soulful and savory dishes each centered on a surprise element, from the Alto Adige wagyu to the truly memorable lemon thyme raviolo. The “walk” through Aspinger’s garden for the vegetable dish is pure poetry. Warm service, intimate atmosphere, each course came with its own carefully chosen glass of wine (the Abendrot niedermayr was the one that stayed with me and surprised me the most)
