Combined with service that anticipates your every need before you even voice it and for whom no question is too much trouble! Thank you for a wonderful evening and all the delightful details!

17/12/2025: 1908 is one of those places that truly stays with you. Dinner kicked off with an actual bite of a lemon leaf from the tree on our table and we immediately understood this won’t be an ordinary dinner. Soulful and savory dishes each centered on a surprise element, from the Alto Adige wagyu to the truly memorable lemon thyme raviolo. The “walk” through Aspinger’s garden for the vegetable dish is pure poetry. Warm service, intimate atmosphere, each course came with its own carefully chosen glass of wine (the Abendrot niedermayr was the one that stayed with me and surprised me the most)

07/08/2026: not welcoming to tourists, and rude. bought ice cream from them and was sitting at the table and got kicked out, even though other people are sitting without buying anything and just smoking. 😂 this place is a joke. only busy because of its location
23/07/2026: Terrible experience.
The waiters don't even look you in the eye while you order. If you're Italian, it's best to avoid them: the tone and manner of speaking at this bar varies HUGELY depending on where you're from.
We had to stop the waitress twice to order, otherwise we'd still be waiting.
Furthermore, while we were eating, we noticed that other guests at nearby tables were only paying cash. As soon as we finished, we went to the cashier, and coincidentally, none of the three credit cards we tried worked (obviously, they did everywhere else).

15/02/2026: Disastrous experience. Those who stop here do so for a quick break, but it's best to keep going because the conditions are terrible. The entrance is dirty, the bathrooms are in a terrible state with freezing water and filth everywhere.
The air inside was unbreathable due to a strong burning smell that worried customers. The sandwich counter was in an unseen mess and filth, with staff in dirty uniforms and completely untrained. It's incredible that a rest area in Italy is in this state. Highly discouraged.

21/12/2025: We stopped for lunch, very good, very kind staff, very clean restaurant and the dish was plentiful and good
02/11/2025: We stopped in for dinner.
The atmosphere is a bit classic but charming in its own way, full of wooden details.
Prices are slightly above average, but the dishes are generous. We only tried the dumplings and were pleased, especially the beetroot dumpling on horseradish cream, which was included in the trio.
Child seats are available.
Conveniently located on the road, with ample parking.

04/04/2026: After 15 minutes during which several waiters walked past us multiple times without serving us, we left (the seating was only about 10% occupied, and other guests were also skillfully ignored). It seems they don't care about making money; more competent staff could remedy this.
22/02/2026: I can't judge the quality of the food because we didn't even sit down. After seeing the waiter/bartender picking his nose, we immediately ran away. He didn't even notice us when we walked in, without saying hello or anything. He continued chatting with another customer at the counter. It was 3 PM on a quiet Sunday, with only a couple of tables occupied and already served. It's a shame, because the atmosphere, the area, and the plateau's tourist tradition deserve a much higher rating.

24/02/2026: Excellent bar in Collalbo. You absolutely must try the cream-filled doughnuts. The service staff is very friendly and always smiling. I'll be back soon. Keep up the good work!
22/02/2026: The atmosphere is pleasant, but it doesn't make up for the unpleasant service, which doesn't even make up for with the quality of the food. They opened at 3:30 PM to avoid kitchen service because it was rightly too late. The coffee was burnt and tasted like dirty water, and the desserts never arrived.
We're eagerly awaiting Lintner's reopening.

26/10/2025: Beautiful apartments (very well-equipped and comfortable) with a beautiful view and a fantastic garden (outdoor kitchen). The breakfast is amazing, and the dinner is also highly recommended. We were there for my birthday, and I received a wonderful cake as a surprise.
The location is perfect for visiting Bolzano, the Ritter Horn mountain, or the Earth Pyramids.
21/09/2025: Anyone who eats breakfast here in the morning has to get a lot of exercise during the day to be able to enjoy the "outstanding" food in the evening. Simply fantastic!

mezzo litro di Teroldego ( nella patria del lagrein!) vino un po' caro , ma come ormai da tutti . Tutto sommato buona e prezzo giusto . Da ritornare

16/08/2024: Bel posto ma la proposta del fuori menù è stata non solo fuori menù ma fuori mercato! Qualità prezzo molto sproporzionata.
Un piatto di ravioli, buoni, due piatti di di vitella con patate e funghi, pessima la carne, un dolce. Mezzo litro di vino della casa. Tot 102€
30/07/2024: Tagliatelle mit Wildragout und Preiselbeeren lecker, aber Portion überschaubar. Könnte ruhig etwas mehr auf dem Teller sein. Tris mit Käse- und Spinatknödel ebenfalls lecker. Auch der Weinkuchen, mit Sahne und Preiselbeeren serviert, war fein. Gespritzter Apfelsaft vom besten. Die Bedienung freundlich und flott.

15/05/2025: ci siamo recati a questo rifugio per il pranzo. ottime pietanze; tempi di attesi non brevi, ma ciò è dovuto dal fatto che il locale è sempre pieno di clienti.
ottima anche la birra. un plauso alle pietanze preparate con cura e prodotti di qualità.

29/04/2025: Ambiente molto carino e ben arredato; gentili le proprietarie e tutto lo staff; lo spazio all’interno molto tranquillo ed ampio; ambienti riscaldati ed atmosfere rilassanti. Vario il menù con molte specialità locali: io ho scelto il cervo, molto buono

20/06/2025: Piatti tipici della cucina tirolese, buone le porzioni e prezzi più che onesti. Speciali i canederli al grano saraceno come pure la cotoletta, ottimi anche i dessert, servizio efficiente e si può pranzare anche all’aperto con vista panoramica sullo Scillar, giardino esterno con giochi per bimbi.
21/04/2025: Precioso establecimiento familiar en un hermoso entorno de aspecto y encantadora comida tradicional. El Knödel en particular eran fantásticos!
Fue un día un poco agitado en este domingo de Pascua y quizás un poco escaso de personal, pero sin embargo muy amable y recomendaría especialmente con los niños, ya que la zona al aire libre es amplia y mucho que hacer para los niños!
¡Regresaría!
