14/03/2026: I had the trio of bruschettas, which were delicious, especially the pesto one. Unfortunately, I found the pizzas awful. Ignoring the fact that they were very thin and crispy (since many people like them that way), both the Parmigiana and the Margherita with prosciutto were very flavorless. I plan on returning to try the cuisine, though.

16/12/2025: My husband and I stayed at this hotel on the evening of December 12 during our first trip to Italy. The facilities were fantastic, and we had a perfect night here! Tragically, I carelessly left my wallet (with my passport inside) on the car roof when we checked out the next day. We didn’t notice until we reached our next stop, and we were absolutely panicked—losing the passport would have ruined our whole trip and left us stranded abroad. After a frantic search, we went back to the hotel for help, and the front desk ladies were incredibly kind and helpful. They organized staff to search the hotel thoroughly, checked surveillance footage to confirm my mistake, and helped us contact the local police to file a report. Since we don’t speak Italian, they also acted as our translators and liaisons the entire time. While we were at the police station, we got a call from a local who’d found our wallet in a nearby village—and the hotel team immediately helped coordinate with him to get it back. Thanks to their tireless efforts, we recovered the wallet and my passport, and got to continue our Italian adventure smoothly. The hotel’s service is truly exceptional, and the scenery here is stunning too. We can’t thank the staff enough for their professionalism and warmth—10/10 recommend!

21/10/2025: I usually order online. Today I was there. We were vacationing in the area, and I'd always wanted to meet my supplier. So I took the time to go there. The quality of the products convinced me, and of course, I bought the things I usually order online.

15/02/2026: No dogs allowed! The restaurant has a strict "No Dogs Policy"—even small dogs in carriers are not permitted inside. This is important information for dog owners to know in advance to avoid disappointment at the door. Unfortunately, the food fell short of expectations. While the pumpkin soup was visually appealing, the beetroot risotto lacked finesse and seasoning/freshness. Overall, the food was decent. Service and ambiance were friendly and clean, but there is still room for improvement in the kitchen.

25/12/2025: We spent a wellness weekend at the Alpiana. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, especially the spa area, which is truly beautiful. The saunas are fantastic, the infusions were always a wonderful experience, and the view is breathtaking. One minor criticism: the rooftop pool was a bit too cold for our liking, so we couldn't stay in it for very long. A few degrees warmer would have made it much more pleasant. Unfortunately, we were less impressed with the vegan options. The hotel heavily promotes itself as vegan-friendly and claims to offer many vegan alternatives. However, our experience only partially confirmed this. The main courses at dinner, in particular, seemed somewhat unimaginative on both evenings – mostly vegetables, very little protein, and generally lacking in variety. There's so much more potential here, especially since vegan cuisine can be so creative. There wasn't even a vegan option for the afternoon cake, which we found disappointing considering the website's presentation. It's a bit misleading. All in all, the stay was very enjoyable, especially thanks to the superb spa area. However, we see room for improvement when it comes to vegan food.

19/11/2025: A truly perfect vacation! The team at Hotel Pfeiss is fantastic. The food is absolutely amazing! We've never eaten so well in a hotel before, but at Hotel Pfeiss, dreams come true! The room was incredible; we thoroughly enjoyed the view and the private whirlpool. Simply wonderful. It was absolutely perfect! We would love to come back.

16/11/2025: A feel-good hotel, perfect service, pleasant atmosphere, an incredibly great selection of food, including the option of a special meal (steak night, fish), a beautiful sauna area with a perfect indoor pool and a heated outdoor pool, etc. What more could you want?! We will definitely be back!

25/01/2026: Every year, the three of us spend our vacation at the Waldhof and let ourselves be truly pampered. We enjoy the wonderful breakfast buffet and the small but delicious lunch dishes. One of the highlights is the six-course dinner in the evening, along with expert wine advice. Other highlights include the large sauna with its invigorating infusions and the infinity pool with its stunning views of the surrounding landscape. We highly recommend this friendly, family-run hotel and are already looking forward to our next stay.

14/12/2025: The pizza was very good, both the dough and the original toppings! The staff were wonderful, they even brought us extra cutlery for our 8-month-old baby (he often drops them), and they were very helpful!
