16/12/2025: My husband and I stayed at this hotel on the evening of December 12 during our first trip to Italy. The facilities were fantastic, and we had a perfect night here! Tragically, I carelessly left my wallet (with my passport inside) on the car roof when we checked out the next day. We didn’t notice until we reached our next stop, and we were absolutely panicked—losing the passport would have ruined our whole trip and left us stranded abroad. After a frantic search, we went back to the hotel for help, and the front desk ladies were incredibly kind and helpful. They organized staff to search the hotel thoroughly, checked surveillance footage to confirm my mistake, and helped us contact the local police to file a report. Since we don’t speak Italian, they also acted as our translators and liaisons the entire time. While we were at the police station, we got a call from a local who’d found our wallet in a nearby village—and the hotel team immediately helped coordinate with him to get it back. Thanks to their tireless efforts, we recovered the wallet and my passport, and got to continue our Italian adventure smoothly. The hotel’s service is truly exceptional, and the scenery here is stunning too. We can’t thank the staff enough for their professionalism and warmth—10/10 recommend!

21/10/2025: I usually order online. Today I was there. We were vacationing in the area, and I'd always wanted to meet my supplier. So I took the time to go there. The quality of the products convinced me, and of course, I bought the things I usually order online.

03/05/2026: In the heart of Lana, for example, lies the Restaurant Stadele. Chef Matthias Wenin focuses on simple yet sophisticated cuisine, incorporating herbs from his own garden. These herbs are particularly delicious on the wild herb spring salad, followed by potato and wild garlic gnocchi with asparagus and shrimp, and then a veal sirloin steak with garden spinach as the main course. A chocolate slice with raspberries and rhubarb rounds off the meal. Stylish tableware and a relaxed atmosphere make the restaurant a popular spot with locals as well.

02/05/2026: Absolutely fantastic! Superb service, delicious food, and a lovely atmosphere, especially here on the hidden garden terrace on the lower floor, overlooking the pretty garden where the fresh herbs come from.

19/11/2025: A truly perfect vacation! The team at Hotel Pfeiss is fantastic. The food is absolutely amazing! We've never eaten so well in a hotel before, but at Hotel Pfeiss, dreams come true! The room was incredible; we thoroughly enjoyed the view and the private whirlpool. Simply wonderful. It was absolutely perfect! We would love to come back.

16/11/2025: A feel-good hotel, perfect service, pleasant atmosphere, an incredibly great selection of food, including the option of a special meal (steak night, fish), a beautiful sauna area with a perfect indoor pool and a heated outdoor pool, etc. What more could you want?! We will definitely be back!

03/01/2026: Wonderful hotel! This was our third time spending New Year's Eve here – 7 nights of absolute relaxation. Super friendly team. Fantastic cuisine. Perfect service. We feel very comfortable and in excellent hands. Thank you for the wonderful time. Highly recommended.

25/12/2025: We spent a wellness weekend at the Alpiana. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, especially the spa area, which is truly beautiful. The saunas are fantastic, the infusions were always a wonderful experience, and the view is breathtaking. One minor criticism: the rooftop pool was a bit too cold for our liking, so we couldn't stay in it for very long. A few degrees warmer would have made it much more pleasant. Unfortunately, we were less impressed with the vegan options. The hotel heavily promotes itself as vegan-friendly and claims to offer many vegan alternatives. However, our experience only partially confirmed this. The main courses at dinner, in particular, seemed somewhat unimaginative on both evenings – mostly vegetables, very little protein, and generally lacking in variety. There's so much more potential here, especially since vegan cuisine can be so creative. There wasn't even a vegan option for the afternoon cake, which we found disappointing considering the website's presentation. It's a bit misleading. All in all, the stay was very enjoyable, especially thanks to the superb spa area. However, we see room for improvement when it comes to vegan food.

17/09/2025: Staying for one night in this little town and not wanting to go far for breakfast, we stopped here because the counter looked very interesting. I ordered a croissant, a cream-filled cake, and another almond cake. Good quality, friendly service, and prices in line with local prices.
