20/04/2026: We were absolutely thrilled! Despite the restaurant being packed and incredibly busy, the service was extremely attentive, efficient, and very quick. The food was exceptionally good, fresh, and of the highest quality; the pasta dish was divine! However, we were most impressed by the owner herself: the wonderful way she manages her staff and how she remains so friendly and welcoming to the guests despite the hectic atmosphere – that's a rare find these days! Thank you so much for this fantastic day; we will definitely be back!

18/04/2026: Personal review: I've been there twice now, and unfortunately, both times I was very disappointed. On my first visit, we arrived with a fire department group about 20 minutes after our reservation time and were immediately told that the kitchen was already closed. Even simple items like bacon and cheese were unavailable; we were only offered drinks, and even then, rather rudely. Five years later, today, I decided to give it another try. It was busy, but we ordered drinks first and then waited about 45 minutes before we could even order food. Then, suddenly and without warning, we were told that the kitchen was closing, without an apology, explanation, or any attempt at accommodation. In both situations, the staff seemed extremely unfriendly and not at all customer-oriented. I can't comment on the food itself, as I still haven't received any. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

29/06/2026: Great rolls, they taste amazing 🤩 A bakery with a large selection, and for a bakery, a large selection of cold cuts as well. You can also buy other everyday items. Attentive and friendly staff.

21/04/2026: The food is good, typical Asian cuisine. The ambiance is okay. A bit dark for my taste, but if someone prefers a darker atmosphere, then it deserves 4 stars. The service seemed a little disorganized that evening, as they hadn't coordinated well with each other. But that's just a snapshot; the staff were very friendly. In conclusion: It's definitely worth a visit if you like sushi. I personally will definitely go again if I'm ever in the area.

01/03/2026: We've been going to Restaurant Lotus regularly for years; the food is very good. But now I'm bothered by the increasingly unfriendly staff. Not only are we barely greeted or said goodbye, but the employees are simply unfriendly and annoyed, and they don't hesitate to show it. Last time, we waited an hour for our drinks and had to ask several times, only to be met with annoyed looks. I'd rather go to the new restaurant in Lana, pay €2 more, and get genuinely friendly service!
