28/06/2025: Just arrived in Dobbiaco, found this restaurant to eat, the space is not big, but the waiter is very friendly, ordered two meals and two beers, and packed up the leftovers!
15/06/2025: Lovely place to eat, hidden gem, mixed grill was amazing and prices very fair.
All freshly cooked infront of you & the waitress lady serving was super friendly.

08/07/2025: A good restaurant on Lake Durrensee, often very crowded due to the lack of alternatives. The staff deserves special mention, as they serve all dishes very efficiently despite their busy schedule. The terrace offers a beautiful view of the lake and mountains.
07/07/2025: Restaurant on a busy road in Val Pusteria located next to Lake Landro. Characteristic environment with also a very popular outdoor veranda and the reason is that the quality of the dishes is excellent, abundant and reasonably priced at least for the main courses. It is the third time that I use it and it will not be the last because the cuisine, the place but above all the location is fantastic.

10/07/2025: A lovely, traditional Tyrolean restaurant. The appetizers are delicious, including the exceptional local grey cheese with marinated onions, and many other delicacies. Grandma's sweet pancake, accompanied by cranberry jam and whipped cream, is also delicious. A good selection of excellent wines. Everything else is quite good. Friendly and attentive service.

26/06/2025: What can I say? I'd love to give it 6 stars. The welcome upon arrival was so warm and helpful; one of the staff members even helped us with our suitcases. The chef looks after his guests and always has valuable tips for exploring places away from the tourist crowds. The new spa area is top-notch. The food is also excellent: only good dishes, perfectly prepared, regional, and fresh. We had half board, and here, too, the chef is happy to accommodate requests outside of the chosen menu. Our highlight was the invitation to an aperitif with light snacks. Our tip for children: behind the hotel, across the meadow, is a fantastic, large forest playground.

16/07/2025: Just returned from this hotel, and I have to say it's a very welcoming and friendly establishment. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant is very well-maintained, with a varied and generous portion of food. The location is convenient, close to major transport links (train station and bus stop). It was a positive experience. If I ever visit Dobbiaco again in the future, I'll definitely stay here again.

It is also a small grocery where you can find basic necessities.
Historical reality of the town of Dobbiaco.
10/02/2025: We have been going to this bakery for three years, when we return to the Alta Pusteria. We find kindness and availability. Lovely apple strudel that makes you travel to the apple orchards. We heard from them about apple fritters…..unfortunately before leaving…. We made them. I absolutely must assure everyone who is near Dobbiaco to visit this wonderful bakery

08/07/2025: The lovely traditional Tyrolean restaurant that once occupied the house where Maestro Gustav Mahler would come to relax and compose his works was sadly closed about three years ago. Strolling through the surrounding estate, which also features a small, delightful animal park, you can admire the small wooden house where he would rest and admire nature during the summer months. Entrance to the animal park is subject to a fee.

15/07/2025: Yes, I would very much like to recommend this place. The menu meets all your wishes. Good portions, quick, friendly service and a harmonious, loving family business. A wonderful display of flowers, a great atmosphere, unique decorative elements. The Seeschupfe is becoming increasingly popular as a wedding location or for other types of celebrations and while you are high up on the lake terrace enjoying the unbelievably good cuisine, your heart looks far out over the lake... culinary relaxation. It doesn't matter that the terrace is usually very full, you'll find a spot. Here we are all of one heart and one soul, and you can enjoy the many nice people there too. This place has a loving calm about it, even when there is a lot going on. Well, have I animated and inspired you? I am very pleased.
14/07/2025: We were very satisfied. The service was very friendly and attentive, and the pizza tasted above average. Drinks and meat dishes are on the higher end, while pizzas are mid-range to average.
We can recommend the restaurant and will visit again.

Piatti già pronti e riscaldati, conto proporzialmente troppo salato.

29/05/2025: Pranzo a Dobbiaco, ci torneremo! Abbiamo preso 2 strudel Salati molto buoni uno di crauti con speck e uno di patate, una focaccia Pusterese, 1 strudel di mele e 2 gelati tutto ottimo e prezzo nella norma del Alto Adige,

06/02/2025: Personale sbrigativo e non accogliente. Vasi delle piante esterne usati come posacenere, molto fastidioso e poco rispettoso. Il ristorante è molto elegante e molto costoso.

01/02/2025: Dopo essere stati al ristorante vicino al fienile che non accettavano cani DA EVITARE ..siamo stati in questo ristorante.. l’unica nota positiva è la visuale formaggio con polenta fatto con una sottiletta e polenta da supermercato canederli tipici freddi e con un gusto strano. Bombardino completamente freddo.

30/12/2024: che peccato ci vorrebbe poco il ristorante e in una bellissima posizione siamo entrati e si e visto subito che e un posto semplice che mi va bene perché non vuol dire che si mangia male il semplice può essere buono ma purtroppo non era cosi la cameriera era strana mi dispiace il proprietario che io credo che lo era era tutto serio senza un sorriso ed il cibo le tagliatelle mediocri ma il piatto tirolese ne era tanto ne fresco ne buono e lo abbiamo mangiato perché avevamo fame e un po di ragnatele fuori li potreste anche togliere

06/03/2025: Splendido rifugio molto rustico e ancora oggi con arredo antiquato e per questo autentico! Apprezziamo molto questo rifugio e torniamo ogni anno in quanto si trova distante dall'altro e nella stagione invernale si può raggiungere solo a piedi, facendo desistere molte persone nel raggiungerlo; ciò offre un ambiente più intimo e come un affluenza turistica molto bassa. Personale sempre gentile pietanze molto buone e prezzi abbastanza elevati. Nelle giornate di sole e assenza di vento si può ammirare un panorama unico.
