24/05/2026: We've been eating at the Seiterhof for ages. We've never been disappointed. Herbert (the owner) always cooks exceptionally well. Highly recommended. Go there anytime! It's also a beautiful spot with a sensational view. 👍👍👍😊

06/05/2026: A farmhouse with a panoramic view and a restaurant serving quality ingredients. A casual yet elegant place. Service was poor and inattentive, with a rushed, hurried attitude. They didn't offer much explanation or advice on what to order or what to order. They only served one wine by the glass, the winery, the provenance, or anything else unknown, only Cabernet. Beer wasn't even mentioned, but it was on tap or perhaps bottled. At the end of the meal, we were hoping they'd explain some sweets or desserts or grappas or something else, but they took our dishes away. Without a word, and after a 5-minute wait, we got up and went to pay, having lost our appetite. It doesn't take much to make a dinner unforgettable, for better or worse. A restaurant should never ignore its customers or rush them, or anything like that. It still deserves 3 stars for the quality of the ingredients and the location.

11/06/2026: We ate there on our last visit to South Tyrol and were happy to return. Even though the restaurant seems like a typical tourist spot, the food is absolutely delicious and highly recommended. We weren't disappointed the second time around! Incidentally, the tiramisu is the best I've had in South Tyrol so far. We'll definitely be back for a third time.

11/07/2026: A truly memorable experience, even if not for the reasons we'd hoped. I had dinner here with my husband a few nights ago, while on vacation in Dobbiaco. As soon as we entered, we were greeted by a tropical atmosphere: the constantly burning embers transformed the small space into a sauna, so much so that after a few minutes, we were tempted to order a fan rather than a plate of food. Adding to the atmosphere was the enormous number of flies constantly fluttering between tables and plates. The solution? Small table fans, which, at least in our case, proved as useful as trying to stop an avalanche with an umbrella. Despite the adverse weather, I decided to order the "speck dumplings in meat broth" (the first item on the "first courses" menu) and instead received a second serving of spinach and cheese dumplings (the second course on the menu). I pointed out the mistake to the waiter, who, partly due to his considerable difficulty with Italian, simply replied: "There are only these dumplings." End of discussion. This could have been communicated when ordering, but it wasn't. It's a shame, because the quality of the food might be worth it—the meat was especially good—but between the heat, the flies, and a service that struggled to handle even a fairly simple order, the experience was far from what we expected. In the center of Dobbiaco, there are restaurants that offer far better experiences for the same price.

14/06/2026: I was in the petrol station in front of the hotel, it was late at night so not many options. I urgently need to go to the toilet so I asked super politely if I can used the hotel toilet super fast..they said it is only for the guests so I left. I work in hospitality too and never denied the toilet to anyone 🤷🏻

13/06/2026: All the staff were extremely friendly!!! Even the reception staff were super knowledgeable about any needs. I highly recommend staying at this hotel not only for the kindness but also because the food is divine.

22/12/2025: A truly family-run hotel with a heart for its guests, clean, with an excellent spa, a fantastic restaurant and food, and an incredible breakfast. I definitely consider this hotel one of my favorite places to stay.

27/01/2026: Excellent hotel, we stayed two nights and everything was perfect. Beautiful room, lovely wellness area, excellent breakfast and super-superb dinner. The staff was always friendly and helpful. There's a bike path in front of the hotel, a bus stop 30 meters away, and ample parking. Kudos to the management and all the staff.
