19/10/2025: Hungry after a business trip, I decided to check if there was another Chinese restaurant in Laives, having already eaten at other Chinese restaurants in South Tyrol. Confident I'd made an excellent choice this time too, I went. However, it absolutely didn't live up to my expectations. Upon entering, I noticed a strong smell of fried food, which is actually common among these restaurants. However, since it's underground and there are no lights on, I thought I was in the wrong place. I walked through the entrance arch and was greeted by the waitress. I noticed I was the only customer. This was my first warning sign. Nothing stopped me from ordering my usual trio: grilled ravioli, rice dumplings, and sweet and sour pork. I was told the ravioli would take about 15 minutes to come out. The dumplings arrived, an unusual shape, but I ate them. The flavor seemed good, with a slight stale aftertaste, but I didn't notice it at first. After 15 minutes, the ravioli arrive; they're limp, watery, and taste almost like they've gone bad. The filling is very, very dark, but the (non)light in the room doesn't help me clearly distinguish what's inside. I eat it because it seems bad to leave it all there. I can't quite bring myself to repeat the same reasoning when the sweet and sour pork arrives. It's tough, and the sauce is neither sweet nor sour, it has nothing to do with it. I chew the first piece, trying to understand what I'm eating, but the fried exterior tastes like something made a few days ago. I take a second piece, wash it down with a large glass of water. I give up. I go pay. An experience not to be repeated.

16/12/2025: This is our second time here over New Year's Eve - excellent value for money, great food, lots of options in winter and summer too!

10/12/2025: Fantastic view, the rooms overlook a stunning valley, the hotel is made up of several buildings, we were in the secondary structure served by a complete spa, Turkish bath sauna, cold mist, outdoor sauna and outdoor Jacuzzi, then we moved to the main structure, where there is an indoor and outdoor pool at the same time touching the glass doors that opened as you pass, in short what can I say total relaxation, excellent breakfast, excellent dinner, friendly and helpful staff, I recommend the structure and we ourselves will return 😍

24/12/2025: The hotel is very beautiful, but I expected more from the spa: the pool is beautiful, but the rest of the space is a bit small. The room is very spacious and welcoming, but it lacked all the toiletries. These weren't mandatory, but considering the price, they would have been appreciated.

03/11/2025: I was in South Tyrol this October for work and booked the Kreuzstein B&B for my colleagues. The arrangements beforehand, the warm welcome, the wonderful hospitality – everything worked perfectly. I'd especially like to highlight their flexibility – they accommodated all our requests and made them possible – a big thank you! I would gladly stay there again anytime.

07/10/2025: Quiet location. Large parking lot. Suitable for hikers and cyclists. Friendly service.

18/09/2025: We stayed with the Unitalsi group last week. Welcoming facility, friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, and an excellent location.

04/09/2025: My husband and I were in a large group; we practically overran the building. The room was in the Serenella annex, on the roof. We didn't have a balcony—one of the few—but it was spacious, and the bathroom had a skylight. The roof location, with its variable height, meant we had to choose the side of the bed (I should post a photo). The mattress was comfortable, the extra pillows were excellent, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The hotel isn't visible from the road; it's on the Avisio River promenade. It's quiet, with secluded rooms, a few games and loungers for guests. The staff was friendly. The only downside was the long dinner times, perhaps due to the large number of guests that week. The Col Rodella cable car, right next door, will reopen in December.

24/11/2025: The atmosphere is welcoming, well-kept, spacious, and comfortable. There's a truly wonderful energy as you enter this hotel.

21/10/2025: A beautiful place, unfortunately with cuisine that's neither Italian nor local. After a few days, your stomach starts to feel unwell. If you exercise during the day, the restaurant simply isn't able to restore you! The portions are small and appropriate for the à la carte menu, which offers small but many portions. That doesn't happen here. Likewise, classifying some dishes as "first courses" is risky. A small piadina with ham doesn't qualify as a first course. However, the service is very good, and cleanliness is a priority for the staff, who are very friendly and helpful. The room is also simple in appearance, yet offers good service. The bathroom floor in my room was painted with resin to hide its age. Opening a bottle of wine in the room shouldn't be a problem, but it is since there's no corkscrew! 07/12/2025: This is my second year staying at this hotel, and every time I return, it feels like home. Mara, Marco, and their staff are very kind and friendly. The property is immaculately maintained, offering a wide range of amenities, including a modern and relaxing spa. I recommend this hotel to everyone, whether for a winter or summer getaway. A flawless experience.

19/09/2025: We stayed 10 days at the Fantelli Hotel and had a wonderful time. The staff is very helpful and friendly, they make you feel at home; they're always available and kind. Both Mara and Marco suggested several excursions for us, and I must say they gave us really good advice. ❤️ The food is excellent, the hotel is super clean, and it's also one of the few in the Folgarida - Dimaro area with a comfortable spa that allows you to relax after long hikes in the mountains. 😁 I highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for a place to stay in the Folgarida area. 😎

30/10/2025: Everything was great, except the bus doesn't run very often, but the hotel can't do anything about that.

23/10/2025: Very friendly and helpful! From the staff to the manager! Deserved five stars! Excellent food! Excellent wines at reasonable prices. Beautiful wellness facilities, unfortunately spread across several floors. Only accessible by stairs.

18/12/2025: Top hotel: central location, lovely wellness area, well-maintained and clean rooms, excellent cuisine equipped for celiacs, offering gluten-free options for both breakfast and dinner (obviously, you must notify us in advance when booking).
