08/12/2024: La titolare è molto gentile e disponibile. La camera pulita e calda, il bagno impeccabile. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Colazione semplice ma con tutto il necessario. La sala da pranzo è confortevole e arredata con gusto. Molto bello poter cenare nel ristorante senza nemmeno dover uscire dallo stabile.

30/11/2025: A traditional, spacious chalet with many rooms, suitable for groups. All meals are served at the hotel. The village, San Martino in Badia, is small and quaint.

07/09/2025: I am very satisfied with the welcome from all the staff, I felt right at home!!! Breakfast and dinner are very abundant, especially the breakfast desserts are made fresh every day, like the homemade ones: tarts with jam or chocolate, apple pie, carrot cake, chocolate chip donut, croissants, muffins and many other desserts that alternate every morning but so soft and tasty!!! The cook is very good 😊🤪 the waiters are very kind and very friendly, there is a family atmosphere, the rooms are very clean, there was no time to visit the pool and sauna because I was more interested in the mountains, I would definitely go back!!!

15/11/2025: Beautiful hotel with a sea view. Friendly staff. Small room. You can hear what's going on in the neighbor's room. Standard breakfast.

10/11/2025: This hotel is highly recommended. Delicious breakfasts, neat and nicely decorated rooms with a beach view, and a garden with direct access to the beach.

25/09/2025: We stayed at this hotel with friends. The rooms were very clean and tidy, and the staff was professional and always available. The only negative was the restaurant service, as the food wasn't up to par for the location. They served us ham and melon as an appetizer without offering any alternatives. The other courses were meager and tasteless. I would return to stay there, but not to eat there.

17/09/2025: We booked through Booking.com, which listed access to the spa as part of the package. Upon arriving at the property, we discovered this wasn't true. I'd also like to point out the limited equipment in the gym (only two bikes and mats).

19/10/2025: Hungry after a business trip, I decided to check if there was another Chinese restaurant in Laives, having already eaten at other Chinese restaurants in South Tyrol. Confident I'd made an excellent choice this time too, I went. However, it absolutely didn't live up to my expectations. Upon entering, I noticed a strong smell of fried food, which is actually common among these restaurants. However, since it's underground and there are no lights on, I thought I was in the wrong place. I walked through the entrance arch and was greeted by the waitress. I noticed I was the only customer. This was my first warning sign. Nothing stopped me from ordering my usual trio: grilled ravioli, rice dumplings, and sweet and sour pork. I was told the ravioli would take about 15 minutes to come out. The dumplings arrived, an unusual shape, but I ate them. The flavor seemed good, with a slight stale aftertaste, but I didn't notice it at first. After 15 minutes, the ravioli arrive; they're limp, watery, and taste almost like they've gone bad. The filling is very, very dark, but the (non)light in the room doesn't help me clearly distinguish what's inside. I eat it because it seems bad to leave it all there. I can't quite bring myself to repeat the same reasoning when the sweet and sour pork arrives. It's tough, and the sauce is neither sweet nor sour, it has nothing to do with it. I chew the first piece, trying to understand what I'm eating, but the fried exterior tastes like something made a few days ago. I take a second piece, wash it down with a large glass of water. I give up. I go pay. An experience not to be repeated.
