10/10/2025: We were excited to visit here and have a bite but unfortunately we were treated rudely by a young female worker there. She was not friendly and treated us disrespectfully.
We won’t be back and will let our lodge owner not to recommend to guests in the area.

I did the lunch during my skiing training and it was superb.
Very nice and warm location, super quick and kind service.
We took a vegetable soup (€9.5) and a dish of eggs,speck and potatoes (€14 and it was enormous! At least 14 slices of speck) and a bier.
Cheap and big, good dishes, nothing more is needed!

26/12/2025: We spent three days there as a couple and it was wonderful. The hotel is magnificent and has many advantages, most notably the stunning mountain views. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive to our needs. If we had to nitpick, it's a shame that the shower only provided 2-in-1 soap. Also, while the food choices at the buffets (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) were certainly varied, once finished, items weren't often replenished immediately.
In any case, this didn't detract from our stay at this incredible hotel. The meals were absolutely delicious, and there was a great selection.
Thank you again to the entire hotel team for this perfect stay.
26/11/2025: We stayed at the Granpanorama Hotel Stephanshof in September 2025 with four people and were very impressed with the hotel, its fantastic location with stunning views of the Eisack Valley, and the exceptionally friendly staff in all areas.
We stayed in the lovely, spacious tower room and had a wonderful holiday both at the hotel and in the surrounding area, including the Villanders-Alm.
The hotel offers excellent value for money and is highly recommended for a fantastic holiday.

28/12/2025: Excellent hotel for both its location and its services.
My family and I stayed here from December 20, 2025, to December 26, 2025, taking advantage of the half-board option and spa.
The hotel is a bit dated but well-maintained and clean. The rooms are cleaned daily (essential for those traveling with a small child).
Breakfast is continental and very varied.
Dinner consists of a salad buffet, a first course, a second course, and a dessert. The menu changes daily (which is not a given at other half-board hotels).
A special thanks to Francesca, who was able to accommodate our every request.
We will be back next year.
10/11/2025: The hotel has friendly staff who are happy to help with any request. The rooms are decorated in an 80s style, but are clean. The bathrooms with shower, toilet, and sink are modern and very nice. The spa area with indoor pool, steam room, and sauna is very inviting and an oasis for relaxation. The food in the restaurant is excellent and freshly prepared. The bus stop right in front of the hotel is also a great advantage.

17/08/2025: Rich pizza, thin but not hard crust. Perfectly cooked. Not greasy or watery. Good variety. Average price. RECOMMENDED.

30/09/2025: Very nice hotel. Cable car almost opposite, plus many walking and biking trails. Bus stops nearby. Good car park. Very friendly and welcoming proprietors and staff. Base of Stelvio Pass about 30 mins if driving (we were). Nice decor. Great view from our room. Everything was nice, we last visited 10 years ago and would like to visit again a lot sooner.
28/09/2025: Spent 7 nights here and was completely satisfied. Great food, beautiful rooms, and above all, the incredibly welcoming hosts – the family who runs the hotel. We'd love to come back!
