01/03/2026: I had lunch with friends, and I must say it was an excellent and well-chosen choice. The food was excellent and plentiful, the table service was prompt, courteous, and friendly, and it was a lovely place—compliments. I hope to return.

17/03/2026: We had lunch at this restaurant for the first time. It's a quiet place, a beautiful, typical mountain setting, and very charming both inside and out. Delicious food, homemade cuisine, and typical local products, all very good. The prices are reasonable. The staff is friendly and attentive. If you're in the area, stop by; you won't regret it...I'll definitely be back!

16/02/2026: Excellent. A secluded, quiet, and green farmhouse with an excellent restaurant. We had a set lunch menu, all made with top-quality ingredients that never left you hungry. There's also the option of staying overnight and purchasing homemade food. Well worth a visit.

17/02/2026: Mrs. Luana and her entire family are very kind, welcoming, and helpful. Their homes exude a truly authentic atmosphere. The house where my husband, son, and three grandchildren stayed was large, clean, and perfectly equipped. Dinner and breakfast were plentiful and authentic, featuring home-grown products and prepared simply and deliciously. There's plenty of parking and plenty of opportunities for walks through the woods and nearby valleys.

28/01/2026: I was looking for a real pizza, without too many frills, and I found it. The added bonus is definitely the wood-fired oven, which is no longer a given in takeout pizzerias. Light dough and fresh ingredients. Excellent value: for less than €10, you can eat an excellent pizza and a drink. A neighborhood favorite!

06/12/2025: The pizza was dry and bland. It tasted like a cracker... The mozzarella tasted like play dough. But the staff was super friendly and helpful. If they improved the quality of the pizza, it would be an easy 5 stars.

06/01/2026: We stayed three nights at Camping Il Pinguino in our campervan to visit the slopes of Abetone and Val di Luce. The owner, Umberto, is incredibly thoughtful and kind. He made himself available even before our departure. He provided us with detailed instructions on how to get to the campsite and even met us, alerting the nearby pizzeria of our late arrival. The restrooms are spotless, the showers are hot, and the bathroom is heated. It's a quiet place and perfectly located for reaching the slopes by car. It's located 800 meters from a hotel/restaurant/bar/grocery store where we had breakfast, a packed lunch, and a very decent dinner. The restaurant/pizzeria on the road above the campsite also offers a satisfying dinner with excellent service and good wine at very reasonable prices. In short, we couldn't have asked for more.
