19/12/2025: I already knew this place from previous experiences with the previous owners. The business changed hands, and curiosity led me to try the cuisine of the new, young owners. Previous experiences had been completely satisfactory, so expectations were high. At this point, I risk sounding exaggerated in my overall rating, because the enthusiasm and professionalism of these young people captivated me. Naima, the woman who waits the tables, is lively, attentive, a lover of her homeland, Puglia, and incredibly sweet. Her name is challenging, but it perfectly captures it. The place is lively, pleasant, and at times intimate, with a terrace overlooking the most iconic representation of Tuscany: a succession of hills and delightful villages. Last but not least, but not least, the kitchen. Partly open, it hides nothing of the chef's magic. Traditional dishes enhanced with sophistication, using carefully selected ingredients, often picked from the garden downstairs. I won't even mention the olive oil; Arriving in town, you can't help but notice the splendid olive groves that produce a product of enviable quality. As for wines, the selection is vast, both for taste and... for your wallet. In conclusion, worth trying again and again. See you soon, guys.

The courtesy, hospitality, and food were more than excellent—I'd say exceptional—from the complimentary pappa al pomodoro, to the bread, the cheeses, and especially the pappardelle with wild boar. 07/01/2026: The passionate family atmosphere welcomes guests as soon as they enter. This is immediately evident in the decor. The carefully presented menu also creates a homely feeling. The manager's presentation further enhances the atmosphere. The menu offers traditional Tuscan dishes, always prepared by the family with great care, from appetizers to dessert. The daily menu and the set menu offer a wide selection. Everything is delicious. Reservations are recommended.

31/12/2025: I have no experience with Mexican cuisine, and I was worried the dishes would be too spicy. I was shocked: The dishes were delicious, with well-balanced flavors and spices. The menu clearly indicates when the dish is very spicy (but it's still edible even for those who aren't used to it). The menu offers several dishes for two to share. We had a beer and an excellent sangria (typical drinks don't have a high alcohol content, so there's no risk of a hangover!) We want to return soon to try other dishes on the menu! The owner is very attentive and personally takes care of the service!

02/02/2026: Forget about the pizzas you recognize by category—Neapolitan, Roman, pan-baked, etc.—this is a pizza that's not only delicious and healthy, the fruit of a labor of love and art, but above all unique, unlike any other. Large, with a soft base, fairly high, leavened (for days: rest assured, you won't be thirsty or have an upset stomach at night!), with a choice of doughs (usually served as focaccia slices) in delicious and creative combinations, and you can ask for advice on how to best pair them with your favorite toppings, but none are made with 00-based flour. The toppings, then, reflect the passion, creativity (the menu is truly extensive, yet Monica and Alessandro are constantly experimenting and adding or modifying new, increasingly refined and balanced combinations), and the deliciousness you also find in the kitchen, in the dishes, and in the desserts. In a familiar and informal atmosphere, easy to reach from anywhere (with easy parking and without having to enter complicated city centers: it's no coincidence that I see a clientele ranging from Livorno to Florence, from Pisa to the entire province), very welcoming thanks to the kindness of the owners, with an unbeatable quantity + quality / price ratio, you can enjoy a combination of excellent pizza, or sublime cuisine, and homemade desserts, in rare quantities, of high-end patisserie quality and for all tastes: from those who appreciate spoon desserts to those aficionados of shortcrust pastry, from the traditional to the experimental, with respect for those intolerant to gluten and lactose but without this frankly forcing you to settle or making it seem like you're eating a dessert lacking something. It's best not to show up with absurd expectations of wanting to outdo someone who's so passionately studying how to make you feel good. Modifications to pizzas are fine, and sometimes you might have specific issues with certain ingredients or special requests. However, I see so many people going to a pizzeria with the attitude of a chef or someone who demands that the staff cater to their whims. It's a shame. And a waste.

20/08/2025: Simply a horrible experience. As soon as I entered, I was greeted by rude and surly staff who seemed annoyed. The worst part was the terrible quality of the food in every way. A horrific experience. And I strongly advise against it. Avoid going or buying anything from this horrible place.

25/07/2025: A casual restaurant offering quality dishes, specializing in wood-fired, free-range, antibiotic-free chicken, served in generous, tasty portions. The rotisserie offers a wide range of options: not only whole or portioned chicken, but also pasta dishes like lasagna, gnocchi, chicken parcels, finger foods, and side dishes like roast potatoes, caponata, or grilled vegetables. Friendly staff and efficient service. Excellent value.

The only downside is that the restaurant is located in a dangerous area. Upon leaving, we found our car with a broken window and two backpacks stolen. Unfortunately, it's not the restaurant's fault, but I have to advise against going there due to the dangers of the area.
