22/02/2026: I'd like to report a problem with the price of Velo cigarettes. I wanted to buy them today, but they cost 8 euros. I urge Velo management and distributors to carefully review their pricing policy. Just a week ago, I bought the most expensive Velo cigarettes in Piazza San Marco in Venice for 7 euros; it's hard to understand why they cost 8 euros in Ponsacco, when the tobacconist next door sells for 5.50 euros. Not to mention the product's production costs, the price difference seems unjustified. I therefore urge management and distributors to carefully review their pricing policy.

19/12/2025: Bar Nencioni is a guarantee! A welcoming atmosphere, always smiling staff, and truly excellent coffee. They also offer tobacco service, making it even more convenient and practical. It's the classic bar where you immediately feel at home, perfect for a well-deserved break. Highly recommended!

28/06/2026: Six of us went for dinner, and it was truly a huge disappointment. We waited about an hour and a half from ordering to the arrival of our dishes. The curly-haired waitress, very kind and professional, no longer knew how to handle the situation: it was clear that the problem wasn't her fault, but the kitchen's. They probably accepted more reservations than they could handle. Since I work in the restaurant industry myself, I recommend avoiding overbooking, so as not to create long and difficult-to-manage waits. The rest of the staff appeared poorly trained and disorganized, clearly lacking in basic skills. Furthermore, the uniforms were all very dirty and poorly maintained; the first person to have a uniform in poor condition was the owner. She didn't apologize, didn't say goodbye to us as we left, and did nothing to resolve the situation. I'd also add that one of the waitresses was unpleasant at the table, repeatedly addressing us while clearly chewing gum, so much so that we lost our appetite. Although, despite the long wait, both the pizza and the dishes were, to be honest, good until the end, and we ate everything. I'll reiterate, however, that the curly-haired waitress who served us was truly the only positive note: she apologized repeatedly and tried to make up for it as best she could, demonstrating great professionalism, certainly superior to that of the owner.

11/04/2026: We had dinner this evening for two. The service was good, but the price was definitely exorbitant. One pizza in particular cost €19 (it had broccoli rabe cream, stracciatella, sausage, and a tarallo). The pizza wasn't bad, but it was extremely overpriced. The price wasn't listed on the menu. It's absurd; we won't be back.
