08/11/2025: Full marks! The staff were very kind, welcoming, and helpful. We had two bufalina, one melanzanina, and one regina. I loved the Regina, with its soft and fragrant crust. The baked cheesecake with berries was delicious.

03/09/2025: Beautiful house. Clean and welcoming rooms. Excellent food. Always a rich and varied buffet. Ample parking. Friendly, cordial, and cheerful staff. Enchanting town and surroundings. Three days there are enough to recharge your batteries.
22/07/2025: Great place for a budget. Christian based alpine house whereas attendance to liturgies is not required. Located in a beautiful east dolomite' sort of landscape, serves full board or half boarding with great meals. Normally three nites reservations required, have sheets n pillow covers with you though.

10/11/2025: A spacious restaurant in Ponsacco on a side street. The atmosphere is beautiful and refined. The open grill is lovely in the middle of the dining room. The menu offers a wide selection of meat and fish. The meat is very good, tender and flavorful. The roast potatoes are also good, which is not always the case. I'd say the house wine is also excellent. The price is good value. I've been there for lunch before, but the atmosphere in the evening, when the restaurant is full, is something else entirely. Highly recommended.
10/11/2025: Returning from a Sunday outing, some friends and I stopped specifically for dinner at Ristorante Ariete, where I'd had lunch for the first time a couple of months earlier. The place is very large and spacious, which encourages conversation at the table: there were five of us, and no one had to raise their voices to be heard.
The menu offers both land and sea dishes: almost all of us opted for seafood first courses and fried fish to share. We also enjoyed dessert and coffee. Generous portions, excellent flavors, quick and courteous service, and a price that was reasonable for the amount of food we ate (and we were satisfied).
If I didn't recommend it, I'd be crazy...

25/08/2025: A beautiful, characteristic Tuscan restaurant surrounded by greenery and absolute tranquility. We dined with four of us and enjoyed excellent, authentic dishes. Kudos to the entire staff for their kindness and professionalism! Highly recommended.

22/08/2025: We spent five nights as a couple. It's a very beautiful place, resembling a former farmhouse, with two pools (high and low). We stayed half board. Breakfast was decent, good but lacking in variety. Dinner was excellent, limited in choice, but all the dishes were good, with some local specialties. The room was very nice and well-kept, with characteristic furnishings and excellent housekeeping. Special mention goes to the blonde girl with a ponytail at reception and the gentleman waiter; unfortunately, I don't know their names. Located just outside the center of Ponsacco, with quick access to main roads and supermarkets.
A quiet place suitable for couples or families.
The only downside, perhaps, is the bar prices, which are a bit high.

22/06/2025: We had already been there and the Tuscan pizza 🍕 was confirmed to be of a good standard as were the penne alla maurone, on this occasion there was also the issue of Diolaiuti who, having left the Neapolitan, was ready to break the banks for the rapprochement with the vegans. There was much talk of the cancellation of the bunk beds planned for the new mansion. We saw the crazy girl again.
