10/06/2026: After three visits, I wanted to give this place another chance, hoping to spot some improvements or details I had previously overlooked. Unfortunately, I have to confirm my previous impressions. The experience began with a cecina that looked good on the outside but was completely raw on the inside. This is a significant flaw for a dish that should have a uniform consistency and be cooked properly throughout. Pizza is certainly a product that leaves room for subjective taste, but what struck me most was the perceived quality of the ingredients, which I found fell short of expectations. The combinations were under-appreciated, and the ingredients lacked any particular freshness or character. The burger was the most disappointing aspect of the dinner: the bread was excessively soft and lacking in structure, the ingredients were assembled without a clear flavor harmony, and a creamy sauce presented as a distinctive element that, however, did not add value to the dish. The roast potatoes seemed carelessly prepared, with a texture and flavor that recalled a non-fresh preparation. The cured meats were average, with no particular merits or flaws, while the fried food arrived excessively greasy, a sign of poor frying. Overall, considering the quality-price ratio, the experience was unsatisfactory. When you choose to dine out, you expect attention to the ingredients, meticulous execution, and a certain consistency between price and final result: elements that, in my opinion, were lacking here. For this reason, I'm unlikely to return. I would, however, like to highlight one positive aspect: the service. The staff was courteous, attentive, and quite quick in processing orders and serving the table. This is certainly an appreciable aspect, but unfortunately, alone isn't enough to compensate for the shortcomings encountered in the food.

07/06/2026: I had a dinner with a large group of people and we were treated like shit by the disrespectful, slow, and uninterested waiters. The only good thing was the appetizer; everything else was awful. For 30 people, only seven pizzas were served, and they weren't even good, they were cold. Bread was requested several times and never arrived, with outrageous apologies. The portions, including drinks and food, were ridiculous. I will never return to this place, because if I have to go out to dinner, I want to relax and not feel sick all night; especially considering I'm paying €700 at the end of the evening.

12/05/2026: We were a group of 47 people. They treated us with warmth and utmost availability. The food was beyond excellent, and the atmosphere was simple and elegant. Fantastic staff.

19/12/2025: Bar Nencioni is a guarantee! A welcoming atmosphere, always smiling staff, and truly excellent coffee. They also offer tobacco service, making it even more convenient and practical. It's the classic bar where you immediately feel at home, perfect for a well-deserved break. Highly recommended!

31/05/2026: I came for an important conference, so only for one day, so I can only speak about the truly stunning location. Beautiful building, elegant, relaxing atmosphere, everything very well-kept. The pool is lovely, not very big, but has surrounding porticos that create pleasant shade, with loungers... I hope to return to spend a few days relaxing and enjoying the beauty! 😍

21/04/2026: It appears to be a five-star establishment, both for the ambiance and the truly well-stocked wine cellar. Sit down and experience this place in more detail, and you'll appreciate a very extensive but somewhat overpriced wine list, a limited and not particularly high-quality culinary offering, and above all, a somewhat confusing communication style. I'd read about set menus on the website, but once we arrived at the restaurant, they turned out to be reserved only for large groups. It's a shame, there's great potential that hasn't been fully exploited.

16/03/2026: The cheesecake was truly awful: a hard, flavorless base, a kilometer high, with a ton of berries on top and a millimeter of cream from the bags in the middle. Five euros thrown in the bin.

11/04/2026: We had dinner this evening for two. The service was good, but the price was definitely exorbitant. One pizza in particular cost €19 (it had broccoli rabe cream, stracciatella, sausage, and a tarallo). The pizza wasn't bad, but it was extremely overpriced. The price wasn't listed on the menu. It's absurd; we won't be back.

02/05/2026: The pizza is good. The price is okay. However, the service is the real sore point: it's too slow, and they kick you out as soon as you've been there for an hour. Like, you have an 8:00 PM reservation and at 9:00 PM they tell you to leave... right after you finish your pizza... but if you want dessert and coffee... eeeee no no... go away... even though the reservation ticket says 8:00 PM - 9:30 PM... I was already a little surprised to see there's a time limit... I have a 45-minute lunch break at work... but here I'm at a dinner I pay for and I want to enjoy it, and if it says 8:00 PM - 9:30 PM on the ticket... I can't imagine having to get up at 9:00 PM... not even after drinking my coffee. There were people with kids and with 8:30 PM reservations who still didn't have a table. This is how an evening can be stressful instead of relaxing. What a shame!
