07/04/2026: We went for Easter Monday lunch expecting that, being a holiday, the wait might be longer than usual and that a little patience would be required. Unfortunately, however, the experience far exceeded our negative expectations. The waits between courses were truly excessive, especially between the appetizer and the mixed grill. But what bothered us most was the quality of the food: the grill was burnt, dry, and incomplete, even missing the beef. Considering it was a "mixed grill," one might expect a full variety of meats, which was not the case. The side dishes were also burnt and dry, confirming a general lack of attention to the preparation of the dishes. Overall, the quality of the food was decidedly poor. Another negative aspect was the lack of communication from the staff: no one informed us of any problems in the kitchen, and only after we reported it were we informed about the delays. We also noted several service deficiencies: the meat knives at the table next to ours were changed, while ours weren't. The seats were dirty and the tablecloth had stains, details that significantly impact the overall experience. It's a shame, because the location is truly beautiful. The only positive note: the grilled food was removed from the bill, as it was burnt and inedible. A thoughtful gesture, but not enough to make up for an overall disappointing experience.

28/05/2026: Nestled in the greenery of San Rossore Park, far from the frenetic pace of Pisa, this restaurant offers the opportunity to relax surrounded by virtually untouched Mediterranean nature, to reclaim your time while enjoying a setting where the pine forest and, in the background, the Apuan Alps completely captivate our sight and sound. Traditional Pisan dishes are served, with products sourced almost entirely from farms within the park.

27/05/2026: I strongly advise against it for private parties. It was a terrible experience. Go elsewhere for your celebrations.

06/08/2026: They simply serve pre made tasteless FROZEN food. Which would be ok if it was clear on the menu and priced accordingly! Even a simple Margherita pizza was burned and tasteless.

08/07/2026: I ordered pizza on Delivero. Want a good pizza? Change locations; the dough is heavy and hard to digest. The photos on the menu aren't theirs.

20/06/2026: The pizza was burnt and had very few ingredients. Delivery was not respected, even though it was a Thursday evening (I don't imagine it was Saturday).
