09/10/2025: I just spent the night at this property. I'm shocked by the low quality of a property that presents itself like this. It's located just steps from the sea, and the grounds are quite well-kept. There are two pools that I haven't visited, but they looked pretty good when I walked by. The problem is cleanliness! The condition of the room is embarrassing; I've attached photos. Except for the fact that when I entered the room I immediately noticed a large number of mosquitoes squashed on the wall everywhere... then I understood why... the €35 buffet dinner with very little to offer... the gentleman serving couldn't even tell us what the symbol for lactose was. Because my colleague is intolerant... I finished dinner, went up to my room and went to sleep at 11:40 PM. At 12:15 AM I was woken up and kept awake for the next half hour by the buzzing sound that regularly made me get up and kill a mosquito... I must have killed at least 15. Afterwards I finally fell asleep, but at 4 AM it all starts again and I stay awake until 5:20 AM. In this time I must have killed another 10 mosquitoes. Until I noticed something moving on the floor... it was a millipede... I didn't leave only because it was still dark. Oh, of course I hadn't mentioned the blood stain on the headboard... surely some guest squashed another mosquito... Instead of spending money on sugar packets, fight for them to at least invest their money in cleaning. DO NOT COME HERE! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON A (NOT) SERVICE LIKE THIS.

03/01/2026: Way too expensive, 18 euros per person for 4 people. On top of that, they charged us for something we hadn't even ordered... We ordered 1 Margherita pizza, 1 portion of ravioli, and 2 breaded cutlets for 98 euros... A blatant rip-off... The waitress took my plate away when I still had the last piece of bread in my mouth; it was practically like they were kicking us out. I asked if they were about to close, and she said no... The food wasn't great... only the location is perfect.

02/01/2026: We visited this trattoria on December 27, 2025. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The lady who served us came across as unfriendly and grumpy, which affected the overall atmosphere and enjoyment of the meal. Additionally, there was a €4 coperto per person, which was quite high. Overall, this did not meet our expectations, and we would not choose to return.

05/10/2025: I only use this service for takeout because it's the only pizzeria that delivers pizza to your door in the Tirrenia area of ​​Pisa. The service is very good, the staff are helpful, friendly, and professional, the prices are fair, and the pizzas are truly delicious and well-topped.

24/01/2026: I'm disappointed... I've been having pizza at least once a week for years... but it's been disappointing for the last four weeks. The pizza is thin, dry, and barely topped... and yet, until a month ago, it was lovely and soft, made on a pan, and full of oil... just like Pisan pizza!!! This time, it was impossible to eat... it was really dry... I hope, after the phone call to the pizzeria, things will go back to normal.

27/10/2025: The worst pizza I've ever tasted. Unfortunately, when there's a high demand, you work regardless, but in other places this pizza wouldn't be available. The dough is full of oil. It's not very leavened and it's high. The takeaway pizzas arrived cold. The prosciutto was baked in the oven and not added raw. If I'd wanted it cooked, I would have ordered it cooked. It's black and very salty. Congratulations. Next time, we'll get them frozen from the refrigerated section. The latter are of better quality. The "magnificent" Pisana pizza took two to three working days to digest. Water consumption during the night was approximately 2 L/m. Dear "Pizza & Pasta" team, you would have made a better impression simply by apologizing for the poor product offered to your customers. Just scroll through the list of reviews to find several comments regarding the questionable quality of the prosciutto and salt. No one said the "pizza" was thick because it didn't rise well. The pizza is a salty and greasy mess, undercooked and not risen. I might add, inedible, to say the least. This is certainly not the first time I've ordered a takeout pizza with prosciutto. I've never seen anything like it. Take a look at the photo; you can see the color of the prosciutto; that alone should give you an idea. I'll leave the readers of this review to imagine the flavor. If your philosophy is to ship the raw ingredients separately to obtain an edible product, then by all means, send the yeast in a jar, a tomato press, and the flour separately so you can easily prepare it at home. Dear "Pizza & Pasta" team, not that I expected any kind of polite response from you after the quality of the product I received. 08/02/2026: Last Friday, I only had a plate of penne called "mare e monti" and a bottle of still water. The still water was good, but the penne mare e monti were overcooked pasta drowned in cream and tomato, reminiscent of ingredients that were indistinguishable because they were either missing or in a homeopathic version. At one point, I actually recognized a speck of what might have been sausage, but it wasn't enough to change my mind. If I were a chef, I'd replace the mare e monti with pasta with olive oil, perhaps a little more al dente.

18/01/2026: The atmosphere is very refined, well-furnished, with spacious rooms and a beautiful outdoor space complete with a pool and ample parking. It has enormous potential, but it's been poorly exploited. Pizzas with a tough dough (like unleavened bread), and a seafood main course with frozen, not fresh, ingredients. The restaurant's veranda is cold; some of us dined in our down jackets (January). The service, however, is professional, with a very knowledgeable and attentive young woman.

06/01/2026: I hope it was because it was New Year's Eve because the food was all cold and without soap, the environment was also cold and to top it all off there wasn't even a bottle of sparkling wine on the table to toast.

22/02/2026: The restaurant next to the Leaning Tower of Pisa is a convenient place to eat after visiting the pizzeria. The pork was good, but the slices were very thin.

14/02/2026: I was there on February 14, 2026, at lunchtime. I ordered a seafood soup, and it was one of the most delicious soups of its kind—a pleasant surprise for a place that initially seemed a bit unappealing due to its ambiance. The subsequent dishes were nothing short of excellent. And I can't forget to mention the simple French fries; they can brighten your whole day when they're perfectly cooked and fresh from the fryer. I highly recommend this place in the heart of Pisa's tourist district, near the majestic Leaning Tower—a hidden gem with great food.

16/04/2025: I celebrated my graduation on Monday the 14th and everything went smoothly. Everything we agreed upon arrived, the staff was helpful, and the evening was enjoyable: nothing to complain about. 🫶🏼 Highly recommended for celebrating your graduation.

11/12/2025: A very large and well-organized Ikea. The furniture display is beautiful, but if someone wants to go directly to a certain section, they're forced to walk all the way through in the vast majority of cases. Otherwise, it's very nice.

06/12/2025: Ikea had a relaxing day looking for Christmas gifts. Prices were fair, the food a little less so. But I'll definitely be back.

31/03/2026: I recently went to Caffe Miami with my family when we were visiting Pisa via bicycle. This cafe was in a quiet, yet bustling corner away from all of the tourist traffic. I had excellent pizza, greek salad, and ragu pasta. Everyone I ate with was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. There is a cute little church across the street that is fun to take a peek at for local culture. The service was great, too. Thanks!

20/10/2025: I tried this bakery on Toogoodtogo. I bought the large package for 4.99. I went to pick it up, and it had been ready for a while. There was a line to pick up these packages. I immediately noticed the weight was off. When I got home, I weighed the package; it was 1.6 kg. Inside, it was from a few days ago. Some loaves were extremely hard. I've attached a photo. The number seems significant, but considering that most of them were small and that I could have bought the same weight of fresh bread at the Co-op for the same price...it's disappointing. The real cost should be 15 euros, according to Toogoodtogo. I won't be going back.

05/10/2025: I bought it using the TooGoodTooGo app. All we got in the package were stale rolls and bread. I don't recommend it. We compared it to other Italian cities where the packages included pizza, foccacia, and sweet pastries.
