09/05/2025: Good place for a quick snack or drink (APEROL FOR 6 € IS PRETTY CHEAP COMPARED TO 10-12€ IN EVERY OTHER RESTAURANT NEAR BY) before going off to the Tower. The waitress was quick in taking our order. It’s a bar, don’t be so harsh people. Don’t expect every wish to be served in a bar.

20/05/2025: Posto molto carino, servizio piacevole con molti giovani, cibo molto buono peccato però che non ci siamo potute godere il pranzo perché il titolare sbraitava verso I propri dipendenti. È giusto correggere quando sbagliano ma c'è modo e modo.

27/06/2025: Restaurants run by Indians/turists. The atmosphere is like in a bazaar in Turkey The food is defrosted, yes DEFROSTED. The waiter himself confirmed it to me. They profit from the restaurant, which is a few meters away and has 4.7 stars on Google. I advise against it with all my heart, in Italy when you see an Italian restaurant, you want to eat a typical Italian dish, not one defrosted by a turist who in Poland deals with the ball of power and mixed-mixed. The dirty nationality is spoiled by the whole of those restaurants

26/06/2025: TOURIST TRAP! Overpriced and terrible quality. Dry bread, dry bruschetta, thinnest slice of chicken I ever had, and the worst lemon cutlet. Do yourself a favor and don't eat here.

04/04/2025: Tourist trap , I paid for a cappuccino and a super old piece of pizza 11 euros! Unacceptable! The coffee was ok though.

29/03/2025: Terrible service. In 3 seconds not 5 but 3 seconds to decide what to drink and the annoyed waiter disappears from the table. But if you can't be in the public why do you do this job

11/06/2025: The worst lasagna of my life, bought cheaply somewhere and heated as a ready meal in the microwave. My wife's vegetarian pizza was acceptable, nothing more, nothing less. The toilet was "rustic" even by Italian standards. Never again.

02/06/2025: We ate there with friends, and all our dishes (pizza, pasta, and escalope) were bland. The pizza was oily, with few toppings. If you ask for cheese with your pasta, expect to receive bags of grated cheese, which shocked our neighbors. The escalope, on the other hand, had no seasoning. Regarding the service, they are insistent and impatient to take our order. We asked them three times to give us time. The Aperol Spritzes were very good! Conclusion: very poor value for money.

28/01/2025: AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. Went here due to star tours. Terrible people with terrible service. Disrespectful to customers. Caused a ruckus and asked us to “get out” after we were done eating just because some of us got soft drinks that were bought elsewhere. The owner picked a fight even after we agreed to keep all the drinks outside.

27/04/2025: high price but justifiable for the location. courteous and fast staff. very disappointing that there is only one toilet and above all indecent. a little more cleaning during the day would be recommended, given the amount of people who use it and considering that to use it, rightly so, consumption is required (certainly not cheap)

25/04/2025: I spent four days in Italy and thoroughly enjoyed the coffee culture; except at this particular establishment. The coffee here was overpriced and did not match the quality I experienced elsewhere. The place was extremely crowded, to the point where people were standing directly in front of me, completely obstructing the view of the Tower of Pisa. Despite paying a considerable amount for just a coffee and water, the overall experience was disappointing. I had to ask the waiter seven times for an ashtray, and the tiramisu was served frozen, which was quite unexpected. Given the location and pricing, I expected a much higher standard of service and quality.

14/02/2025: I asked for a coffee: two people who were with me had to go to the bathroom, we were rudely told that two drinks were required to use the bathroom for two. Excessive price of coffee (1.40) and shamefully dirty bathroom, on top of that. With a position like that they need to charge for the toilet to survive??!
