15/02/2025: Hello 🥲 Too much to say, the whole restaurant is a mess. 1.5 hours of waiting to have dishes that are almost pitifully cold, don't serve if you don't have the capacity to serve 60 place settings!!! You open a restaurant but you don't know how to manage it properly, too bad there is good potential!! there was a rather nice waitress, who managed all the completely lost employees…the worst organization of all the restaurants I have been to!! We were served small plates to take away when the dishes were ready (waste of time) the dishes were sent 10 minutes at a time so the 3 of us ate staggered! We went through the toilets it's not toilets 😬 bidets for WC office and of course there is no water anywhere so hygiene levels 0... we went through the checkout with an elderly lady who couldn't manage everything all the employees were shouting at each other... the lady barely calculated and gave us the receipt with €7.50 for service 😱. Well apparently the owners prefer not to question themselves and try to improve, they prefer to defend themselves and respond to everyone on Google but in the meantime the restaurant is not moving forward!! And no improvement will be taken into account!!!! Run away and go eat at the McDonald’s next door in Pisa, it’s not worth it 🙁

04/01/2025: Classico ed elegante, molto cordiali. Spritz e Hogo top accompagnato da stuzzichini. Posizione ottima vista passeggio.

25/08/2024: Entrato ho chiesto due caffè espressi. Ho atteso al banco li ho portati al tavolino interno ( il servizio al tavolo non mi e’ stato neppure proposto). Conto? 2 € a caffè neppure fosse una miscela pregiata senza neppure uno shottino di acqua di fonte!!! Ma dove pensano di essere?! Sulla terrazza della Rinascente in piazza Duomo a Milano?! Mentre sorseggiavo questo fantastico caffè mi hanno divorato sciami di zanzare! E con questo e’ tutto. Mai più! Evitare!!!!

26/03/2025: Café with a view of the Tower, a place located in a historic building, equipped with an internal room and tables. Everything average except for the very beautiful setting and the spectacular view.

22/03/2025: Beautiful location! The staff is very sad, the waiter actually threw my receipt on the table.

23/09/2024: Total disappointment: wrong pizzas and an hour late. Third time and I think last time I go there. Every time a problem. We need more honesty and commitment on the part of those who work.

28/01/2025: AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. Went here due to star tours. Terrible people with terrible service. Disrespectful to customers. Caused a ruckus and asked us to “get out” after we were done eating just because some of us got soft drinks that were bought elsewhere. The owner picked a fight even after we agreed to keep all the drinks outside.

16/09/2024: Don’t believe their timings. We our whole family walked so long and reach there at 2.29pm. They said they are closed. Really bad 😠
