20/10/2025: I tried this bakery on Toogoodtogo. I bought the large package for 4.99. I went to pick it up, and it had been ready for a while. There was a line to pick up these packages. I immediately noticed the weight was off. When I got home, I weighed the package; it was 1.6 kg. Inside, it was from a few days ago. Some loaves were extremely hard. I've attached a photo. The number seems significant, but considering that most of them were small and that I could have bought the same weight of fresh bread at the Co-op for the same price...it's disappointing. The real cost should be 15 euros, according to Toogoodtogo. I won't be going back.

05/10/2025: I bought it using the TooGoodTooGo app. All we got in the package were stale rolls and bread. I don't recommend it. We compared it to other Italian cities where the packages included pizza, foccacia, and sweet pastries.

07/10/2025: We didn't intend to dine at this joint since the Google review was 3.9, but the waiter waiting outside the restaurant was welcoming & we decided to give it a try. We didn't regret. Service was fast, food tastes nice, but most importantly is that all foods are halal, which is important for Muslims like us and there is a clean lavatory for diners. There's a construction going on behind the restaurant but that didn't bother us

05/10/2025: The ambiance was so-so, the food was absolutely terrible. The fries were soggy, undercooked, and under-salted. The sausage was an absolute disaster, tough and tasteless. Not recommended.

02/10/2025: Terrible... dirty place, and no toilet paper or soap. Warm, flat Prosecco at an insane price...

11/09/2025: I recommend avoiding this place if you don't want to get frustrated. One staff member in particular is very discouraging – she overheard our request to make our coffees and instead started preparing orders for customers behind us. She then disappeared into the back, and if I hadn't insisted on my order, I probably never would have received it.

14/10/2025: This place is nice, the staff was very kind and spoke English and willing to be patient with my wife and I as we tried to order Italian to practice. The price was not as bad as other people have been saying, I think it was fairly priced for being a tourist spot near a historic area. 16€ for 2 gelatos and 1 American Coffee with cream. I'd recommend the terimisu gelato.

20/09/2025: Sorry, but you can't bring two completely melted slushes, then replace them with other melted slushes and charge €12 for them. What's more, the cashier seemed annoyed when the problem arose, justifying himself by saying, "We made a lot of them today and the machine had been running all day," without even apologizing.

07/12/2025: Excellent sandwiches and generous platters. Cute covered place. Wide selection of beers, including craft beers.

31/08/2025: I ordered a double cheeseburger which arrived after half an hour, the bread must have been a week old, the bacon inside was raw and the cheese was cold from the fridge… + chips, also low quality ones, and a Coke that wasn't even served with a glass, €15.30

25/08/2025: You can see that he cares about his business, he explains the ingredients very well and the delicious pastries.

19/07/2025: The waitresses are friendly and helpful... But for a spritz without table service and with two chips, €6.50 is crazy..... In an area like that, it goes without saying that you're under the tower....

09/03/2026: Fantastic location, just 100 meters from the Leaning Tower of Pisa. The food was excellent: delicious lasagna, amazing cod, perfectly cooked beef, and the desserts were fantastic—I highly recommend the apple tart and tiramisu.

15/03/2026: Today I want to say a few words to the young man who clears and cleans the tables at McDonald's. We often walk into the restaurant, eat quickly, and leave without thinking about the person who comes afterward to clean up everything we leave behind. He's always there, collecting trays, cleaning tables, and getting everything ready for the next customer. It's a job that many don't even notice, but it's essential for everything to run smoothly. You can tell he does it with effort and patience. While others enjoy their food, he's working tirelessly, going from table to table with a smile and respect for everyone. Sometimes he even picks up things we could have thrown away ourselves, without complaining. It's easy to overlook this kind of work, but behind it all is a person who is working hard every day. I wish more people would take a moment to think about it and appreciate those who do these tasks that many don't want to do. Thank you for your work and for keeping the place clean for everyone. Even if many don't say it, I'm sure more than one person appreciates it.

05/12/2025: 7/10 The cacio e pepe had thick noodles and a decent sauce, though it reminded me of a store-bought variety. 🍝 For 9€, the lack of protein was acceptable. The service was good, with a nice lady. There's a toilet available, and the number 3 tea was enjoyable. ☕🚻😊However we are seated and its cold so that's uncontrollable.

22/11/2025: Simple bar but excellent ricotta pudding... good decaf too... outdoor seating... a bit small inside... coffee break on the way among the most beautiful shops in Pisa...

19/10/2025: Got 6 onion rings even though the menu says 8, the fries were raw, and the large portion was incredibly small. The owner doesn't speak English and doesn't even understand when you point and hold up two fingers. She's incredibly rude on the phone when you order. She doesn't understand that you want to pay separately.

26/07/2025: Absolutely rude, to say the least. Eating here takes a good dose of courage. The only positive and useful thing is the wide selection of beers you can buy CLOSED and take to the beach in the evening.

13/09/2025: I liked the restaurant. The prices are perfectly reasonable, the Aperol gravy was really good, and the pizza was delicious too. I have to say, though, that it probably won't appeal to everyone, as it's very soft and flimsy. But I'd go back any time.

12/08/2025: €3.50 for an ice cream cone with two tiny scoops. A classic tourist trap; stay away from this place. P.S. The ice cream was also awful.

06/03/2026: The new owners offer good service at reasonable prices, with the best view of the Leaning Tower of Pisa.

20/02/2026: Prices are more expensive than in Paris. You ask for miracles when you pay at the register.
