09/03/2026: Fantastic location, just 100 meters from the Leaning Tower of Pisa. The food was excellent: delicious lasagna, amazing cod, perfectly cooked beef, and the desserts were fantastic—I highly recommend the apple tart and tiramisu.

22/03/2026: The ugliest ice cream in Pisa, and when we left it on the bar tables, they forced me to throw it in a bin in front.

20/03/2026: The ice cream quality was shameful by national standards. The ice cream, besides being ridiculously expensive, was full of water. The flavor of the cream made you sick. They were even kind enough to let me find a hair in the coffee ice cream. And if that wasn't enough, I tripped while writing this review.

11/09/2025: I recommend avoiding this place if you don't want to get frustrated. One staff member in particular is very discouraging – she overheard our request to make our coffees and instead started preparing orders for customers behind us. She then disappeared into the back, and if I hadn't insisted on my order, I probably never would have received it.

13/04/2026: Quick service and reasonable price for fast food

13/04/2026: Ten minutes of waiting at the register to pay. After much insistence and repeating that I was about to miss my train, I finally manage to pay and tell the girl I want the takeout menu because I'm about to miss my train. She says "OK." When I go to pick up my order, I'm literally handed the glass and a bag with the menu inside (the drink was spilling, the lid was badly on). Imagine walking like that with a suitcase! I ask for a bag with handles to put everything together, and the girl, very annoyed, says, "It costs 15 cents." I reply, "Okay, that's not the problem," and pay, but the glass is practically slammed into my bag. I didn't even have time to leave the place before the bag was already smashed with all the juice dripping everywhere. Shame!!!!!!

07/12/2025: Excellent sandwiches and generous platters. Cute covered place. Wide selection of beers, including craft beers.

22/03/2026: The pasta was clearly heated, and it was frozen inside; I ate ravioli. My friend ate risotto, and it was salty and tasted awful. My boyfriend ate panini, and the bread was completely stale and moldy. Everything was terrible. For all of this, we paid €40.

05/12/2025: 7/10 The cacio e pepe had thick noodles and a decent sauce, though it reminded me of a store-bought variety. 🍝 For 9€, the lack of protein was acceptable. The service was good, with a nice lady. There's a toilet available, and the number 3 tea was enjoyable. ☕🚻😊However we are seated and its cold so that's uncontrollable.

06/04/2026: We were there for Easter this year. It's a very nice cafe. Since the weather was wonderful, we sat at a table outside. We enjoyed the view of the tower and ate delicious ice cream.

03/04/2026: I ordered two glasses of rosé. When I got to the counter to pay, a woman told me it would be €16. But when I went to pay, the guy behind the counter pulled out a receipt for €22. €11 for a glass of rosé—or rather, a drop of rosé, considering the amount.

13/09/2025: I liked the restaurant. The prices are perfectly reasonable, the Aperol gravy was really good, and the pizza was delicious too. I have to say, though, that it probably won't appeal to everyone, as it's very soft and flimsy. But I'd go back any time.

12/08/2025: €3.50 for an ice cream cone with two tiny scoops. A classic tourist trap; stay away from this place. P.S. The ice cream was also awful.

19/10/2025: Got 6 onion rings even though the menu says 8, the fries were raw, and the large portion was incredibly small. The owner doesn't speak English and doesn't even understand when you point and hold up two fingers. She's incredibly rude on the phone when you order. She doesn't understand that you want to pay separately.

26/07/2025: Absolutely rude, to say the least. Eating here takes a good dose of courage. The only positive and useful thing is the wide selection of beers you can buy CLOSED and take to the beach in the evening.

23/12/2025: 👉🏻Follow us on Instagram: versiliafoodcouple Bar located in the gate area for flights to non-European destinations at Pisa Airport. The lady who works here is very kind and, despite being alone, manages to serve hundreds of passengers. Excellent coffee; Lavazza is the best, after all. We also ordered a cappuccino to go along with two croissants: an apricot jam and a chocolate one; the lady kindly put some tissues in the bag. Impeccable service.

14/12/2025: Coffee and food were good and sadly at airport prices though. However 4.20 for a decaf cappuccino large was reasonable.

14/09/2025: The staff were friendly and the place was well-maintained, but the coffee wasn't impressive. The machine wasn't emptied, the beans were oily, and the espresso was strong and over-extracted, with a distinct bitterness. The group's nozzle didn't seem clean. It's a shame, because the machines are high-quality, but they lack training: the barista seems unprofessional. This review is based solely on the coffee, with nothing to say about the rest. I'm happy to update my review if the extraction is improved in the future.
