02/10/2025: We found ourselves at the old bakery on our holiday from Scotland. We hadn't read the reviews prior to attending. When ordering we asked how much it would cost but was told "its not gold you are buying" however unlike some of the other reviewees we loved the shop keepers typically feisty Italian manner. We will be using above quote in our day to day lives when discussing the cost of things.

05/10/2025: I only use this service for takeout because it's the only pizzeria that delivers pizza to your door in the Tirrenia area of ​​Pisa. The service is very good, the staff are helpful, friendly, and professional, the prices are fair, and the pizzas are truly delicious and well-topped.

07/07/2025: 24.05.30 They made such a pizza and carbonara that our ears were ringing! I think it's a family business. A nice cold Peroni beer went with everything. We arrived early, nothing was open yet, around 5 o'clock in the afternoon, but they politely offered us a seat. Other diners were even spreading the tablecloth and looking at us like a pyromaniac at a wet straw. We sat down and could order, and we got it 10 minutes later, since it was just us. The pizza was heavenly, my son licked my carbonara and ate it up. Good place!!!***** And the point: we paid under 50 erika with more drinks for the 3 of us!

20/09/2025: We stopped by for a coffee; the staff were very friendly and helpful. I recommend stopping here and even staying overnight.

17/08/2025: had a fruit smoothie on a hot morning with my dog. they had water ready for her and gave her dog treats. they were so kind to me and my dog. considering they are steps from the tower and serving refreshing things im surprised they dont charge more. ignore the man having a fit in the other review. was the staff rude? no. but i wasnt either so that is probably why he didnt like them 🤣

21/04/2025: Passo spesso da queste parti in viaggio per lavoro, ho scoperto questo ristorante grazie a una persona del luogo, e da allora cerco sempre di fermarmi per la cena in questo ristorante quando passo in zona. Ho assaggiato un po’ tutti i piatti del menu dalla carne ai primi passando per i salumi e per i dolci. Direi che il mio piatto preferito restano i ravioli di “mucco pisano” (prezzo 12€) è un bel piatto di ravioli ripieni di carne locale conditi con un abbondante ragù sempre fatto con carne locale. Molto buoni sono anche le carni e i salumi. Per un antipasto carne dolce a cena, sei intorno ai 50 €. Però ci sono altri piatti, come ad esempio i primi, che sono più economici. Questo locale fa anche la pizzeria, anche quella è molto buona. Ogni volta che sono passato in questo locale in qualunque giorno della settimana, l’ho sempre trovato strapieno sia in estate che in inverno, sinonimo del fatto che la qualità della loro cucina è apprezzata anche da gente del posto. I dolci, prezzo medio 6€, sono un po’ piccini, per rispetto allo standard. Se si cerca un ristorante con carni di qualità, questo è il posto giusto.

21/02/2025: Cambio la precedente recensione per sottolineare quanto una gestione oculata faccia la fortuna di certe attività (insieme alla qualità del cibo e del bere). In una precedente occasione c'era stata un'incomprensione - causata anche da mia inesperienza - che aveva portato ad una brutta esperienza, ma il titolare e il direttore hanno fatto sì che l'impressione tornasse quella di prima, ovvero di un luogo di eccellenza.

29/07/2025: Burgers A+++!!! The menu is perfect for family diners. We ordered the kids menu items and the kids loved the food. Close to the tourist spots.

05/10/2025: I bought it using the TooGoodTooGo app. All we got in the package were stale rolls and bread. I don't recommend it. We compared it to other Italian cities where the packages included pizza, foccacia, and sweet pastries.

07/05/2025: I bought locally through the too god too go page and our experience was quite unpleasant. Almost the entire package was bread, which was quite stale, and looked like it was from the previous day. I went to return it and the girl who served us did not want to accept the food, 5 euros in the trash

11/09/2025: I recommend avoiding this place if you don't want to get frustrated. One staff member in particular is very discouraging – she overheard our request to make our coffees and instead started preparing orders for customers behind us. She then disappeared into the back, and if I hadn't insisted on my order, I probably never would have received it.

20/02/2025: This Place is closed. We stop by here on 20feb2025. Website says that they are Open until 1500. when we got to the Place its closed and it Looks Like it has been closed for a while.

07/09/2025: Burger Guacamole. Well, raw meat kinda ruined whole meal. And ofc nobody aksed me how it should be fried. Fries were to salty. Waiter offered us a sauce for the fries but 20 mins later we just ate them without it :)

14/10/2025: As always, IKEA is fantastic, just like home! I recommend improving the checkout staff, as they should be helpful. Some of them are very arrogant, and in my opinion, they shouldn't be there... they ruin your day. (I recommend it.)

14/10/2025: I am English speaking however do speak italian. I am still awaiting a sizeable refund after over 1 month. Customer service staff are awful and few staff actually want to help you. I keep getting told they are dealing with it. Chat button on website doesn't work and each time it is a 2 hour trip for me. In dtore isnt much better. When you are for help Instead of them taking you to item and upsetting or suggesting alternatives. You are told where to find item and then have to trawl through the store to find it. Customer service training desperately needed at Pisa. Will look at other companies in future shame because I have always shopped there.If you don't speak fluent italian don't go there.
