18/10/2025: I don't usually leave reviews, but this time I had to. I stayed at this hotel for work. The room was dirty and dusty (so much so that it disturbed my sleep). I reported this to the housekeeping staff, who responded by superficially cleaning the bathroom and leaving the dirty pillowcase on my clothes. It's clearly worse in person than it appears in the photos. The breakfast staff was rude; this morning I got yelled at for sitting at an already occupied table. My mistake, but there are ways and ways; it's not pleasant to be treated like that right after waking up. I felt like an unwanted intruder throughout my stay. It's clearly worse in person than it appears in the photos.

09/10/2025: Excellent food, but very poor service and rude waiters. Ate here twice and on the second time ( waiter was a lady with half blonde/ half brown hair) it was horrible ( steak was not like I requested, beer order came late) and it was topped by the waiter lady mentioning that the tip ( which was around 10%) was too low... Guess she is better in assesing tips then with the actual service;).

08/10/2025: I've been there twice, the food was ok, nothing remarkable, but above average. If on the first visit we had a good experience with the staff, the second night was a bad one: we waited 15-20 minutes for our second drink (even though the place was almost empty) and, on top of that, the half blonde, half brunette lady rudely challenged our tip (which was almost 10%). We left there very disappointed. A few hundred meters up there is a restaurant that treats its customers properly!

07/10/2025: Having just arrived in Pisa, we spotted this place, and it was the best decision we could have made for dinner! The best tomato sauce on pizza I've had in a long time, and the spicy olive oil was delicious! They were very nice to serve us!

04/11/2025: The service was absolutely terrible! They wouldn't serve group customers who came in, making them all stand at the door as punishment. The food was unpalatable, had a strange taste, and wasn't fresh. It was like leftovers being repeatedly served to customers, making it hard to eat!

17/10/2025: As for the Chinese food, I ate quite well, with interesting flavors. But the sushi was truly inedible. At a table of six, all six of us spat out our food after trying it. The raw fish tasted very strange, and the rice seemed stale and tasted like vinegar.

18/09/2025: The area is lovely and the stuff is great. Unfortunately we got very disappointed with the food. The bruschetta was just garlic, tomato and tons of oil. No salt at all. The carbonara was a small portion and didn’t impress with the taste, the only one worthy getting paid was the lasagna, but unfortunately also in a small portion and a terrible presentation.
