09/06/2025: Dont understand the bad reviews. Good restaurant if you want shadow from the sun. Ordered 3 pizzaz, all really nice. Pasta Carbonara (15,5€)was very good, a lot of pepper and bacon. Overall good price and service

04/06/2025: I had lunch at this restaurant which is located adjacent to the Campo dei Miracoli. The varied menu offers traditional rustic cuisine that ranges from pizza to a simple salad or caprese. I personally tried spaghetti cacio e pepe: a generous portion and a fairly convincing flavor with room for improvement. Given the high number of seats and it being a holiday, the service was not exactly precise and fast, but in any case you could not expect more from the group of very willing and kind young people who run the place. Overall, a positive experience.

11/03/2025: Pizza e Pasta da Salva is my point of reference when I want a good pizza delivered to my home. Whenever I order from home, this pizzeria is my safe choice. Their pizzas maintain exceptional quality even with takeout, a rare aspect in many pizzerias where the pizza tends to become soft and tasteless. At Salva, the pizza arrives at home as if it had just come out of the oven, fragrant and tasty. In addition to the quality, the prices are honest.

26/01/2025: The pizza is top! It's just that it's a little small, we should go back and make it slightly bigger. Top staff Michael is very nice and the owner very kind. There is a wait, yes, but for us the pizza is worth it, if it improved that too it would be a full 5. However it remains my favorite pizza in Pisa

06/04/2025: Special evening with a buffet dinner for work. There were many of us, so the food arrived in large trays, certainly very well presented and of average quality, but nothing that stood out, certainly due to the special formula for the evening. The service was very good, with attentive and very kind staff. Pleasant environment.

14/10/2024: Por retraso en nuestra llegada prevista nos encontramos que la cocina ya estaba cerrada, pero tuvieron la amabilidad de atendernos. Tanto los espaguetis carbonara como la muy completa hamburguesa estuvieron simplemente pasables. Los precios nos parecieron elevados: 16€ cada plato. Más cara fue la bebida: 8€ por una cerveza Franziskaner y 6 por una cerveza Messina y 4€ por una botella de 759 ml de agua filtrada de la casa. Tampoco le vimos mucha explicación a los 6€ del cubierto (4 rebanadas de pan).

05/05/2025: We had dinner in this place on 05.03.25, in our opinion the dishes (pizzas and mussels) were average, the service was adequate... the place was very dated... especially the services... (... inadequate to say the least...) very touristy. Adequate quality/price ratio.

20/05/2025: Very rude service and no manner We travel in a group. Breakfast server (long black hair in a pony tail who lied about her name “Fabian”), picked up my uneaten plate without asking whilst I was getting coffee and told me to move. Apparently, she wanted to prepare that table for another group. She told me to move for a second time when I tried to sit with another group of ours. When given feedback to ask first before touching a customer plate, she replied, “You come to my house, next time you ask me where to sit”. I was shocked. She’s not only rude but has no manner. I told her I’m a paying customer, this is not her house and she works here. When I tried to call our bus driver in the next partition, who speaks their language, she blocked and stood in front of me and told me I can’t enter. She gave me “Fabian” as her name and I find out from the receptionist that Fabian is the manager’s name and the servers should be wearing name tags but none of them did. Neither she nor the other servers would give out her name. So I’m writing a google review because I’m not sure my feedback at the reception desk would be given to their manager. If I could give zero star…I would.

24/05/2025: Uselt kött, dålig service! Köp pasta eller annat men köttet var riktigt dåligt tillagat. Vi beställde entrecote men fick någon form av sämre ryggbiff. Sämsta restaurangen under vår vistelse i Italien. Det finns massa bra runt omkring. Kör på det.

22/04/2025: Andati nel giorno di Pasqua… un pranzo a dir poco eccellente, prodotti di ottima qualità, dall’antipasto al caffè! Personale estremamente gentile e cordiale che ci ha consigliato anche dove parcheggiare! Posizione ottima, a due passi dalla torre! Consiglio antipasto toscano e fiorentina divina… per non parlare della pastiera!
