30/08/2024: I had done an old review where I said it was some of the best sushi I had eaten. After 1/2 years it has changed quite a bit. The quality and attention in my opinion has dropped a lot. It's still the best in Pisa, but only because there's no real competition. The cleaning of the fish is not very careful, I found 3 scales while eating, nigiri which a t-rex was more generous on the salmon and sashimi which looked like the tissue paper you used to make maps with in elementary school. Also dirty table on the edges with old food where I got dirty without realizing and chairs splashed with a black paint.

27/08/2024: As many have written, the service leaves something to be desired (I asked twice for iced tea which in the end was not given to me anyway, the bathroom was not very clean), but I give 5 stars anyway because despite arriving at 2.40pm we they welcomed and served less than ten minutes later. The selection is wide and unique and everything we ate was delicious.

21/08/2024: fabulous value for money.. I don't understand why the place isn't always full.. of course they could improve the interior by beautifying it but anyway the pizza is good and the prices are low compared to many other places outside the historic centre.. I recommend it

20/09/2024: Ristorante curato in ogni dettaglio con una grande cucina a vista . Maitre, cuochi e camerieri cooperano con tale armonia che sembrano suonatori d’orchestra Menù ricco e vario con molte specialità locali ed abbinamenti accattivanti e bilanciati Meravigliosa esperienza enogastronomica!

27/10/2024: Very helpful, they reserved a room for us for an aperitif, and served us with patience and efficiency. The only flaw is that the audio booms a little because it is more suitable for conferences than aperitifs hahaha

29/09/2024: Ho festeggiato presso il Caino la mia laurea. Ho scelto il menù da 22€ a persona con antipasti, primo, secondo, contorno, acqua e vino. Davvero soddisfatta! Cibo molto buono, porzioni abbondanti, staff super disponibile e gentile. Tutti gli ospiti sono rimasti soddisfatti, anche una persona celiaca che ha avuto i suoi piatti a parte! Ve lo consiglio❤️

25/06/2024: A place suitable for young people and for young people, excellent music, good cocktails. Pleasant and engaging environment. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent pre-evening and evening aperitif. Note of merit goes to Alessandro Nuzzo who has been in Pisa for years and what has become magical. We need more places like this in Pisa. Local a stone's throw from Corso Italia. Highly recommended for graduation parties and fun evenings.

15/08/2024: Family bathroom, with games for children, all very clean and well-kept. the restaurant with its magnificent terrace is breathtaking at sunset. a Mojito and good company and there is nothing else to wish for, perhaps a dinner at the restaurant with its excellent fish dishes, small but very sophisticated menu, then ask Mauro to recommend the catch of the day

19/06/2024: Well-kept place a stone's throw from the hospital. I took 3 scones and instead of €3 each as indicated by the prices the girl added 0.5 for each, plus inside the coffee I found the remainder of a sachet of sugar from the other customer before. I am disappointed

22/11/2024: Il posto giusto per un pranzo di lavoro o per gustare piatti semplici e buonissimi. Gli spaghetti al pinolo meritano da soli una visita, ma anche ravioli neri, ravioli al ragù pisano, trippa di mare e cinghiale in umido. Vino della casa buono e prezzi onesti. Servizio rapido e cortese. Quando sono a Pisa faccio di tutto per andarci!!!

25/09/2024: Pizzeria restaurant without too many pretensions. The pizza was quite "heavy" to digest. The service to review. The waitresses got lost in the various orders. I had mussel soup and it tasted great. Just enough.
