28/09/2024: Never in my life have I experienced such discomfort while staying at an accommodation. The sheets were not only missing at first, but when we got them they were dirty and ripped. The chalets (if i can even call them that) were unsanitary, not soundproof and the bathroom had mold in it. On top of that, the water was constantly cold and the mattress extremely uncomfortable. Cooking wasn’t even an option as the dishes and cutlery were dirty from the start. The WiFi corner gets 5 stars nonetheless. Don’t go there if you’re not mentally ready to live unhygienically.
28/09/2024: I was on this camping place by accident, on a school trip. The location in general was not bad, the beach was 20min away and nearby were some restaurants and grocery stores. But the worst part were the chalets. They are dirty and even have mold in them. On top of that the walls are not soundproof, so you could hear EVERYTHING, the beds were uncomfortable and we only had cold water running. Because we couldn‘t stand inside this unhygienic mess we spent most of our time at the wifi spot, which was the best place at this camping place.

29/12/2024: Pranzo rovinoso! Proviamo il menù fisso da 18 euro, antipasto arrivato dopo 40 minuti di attesa, pasta al pesce fredda e materia prima congelata..un disastro! Consiglio se avete intenzione di passare una bella giornata sul mare di portarvi piuttosto i panini da casa!
29/12/2024: È finito l'ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo dei menù fissi, passati in pochi anni dai 10 e ai 18/22 € di oggi con l'accoglienza e la qualità dei piatti crollata a picco ,anche alla carta; ai tavoli son si vede piu quella allegra e soddisfatta clientela di prima già migrata altrove,davvero un peccato!,il tempo è stato tiranno e a Torre del Lago si è perso un pezzo buono e una delle poche occasioni rimaste per tornarci .

Because I confirm some reviews, perhaps it is true that the brioches are frozen but no worse than others, the place is not very clean I agree, depressing coffee, good barley, unfortunately he asked us €2🤔 cover charge for a service partially carried out and without tablecloths. But what do you invent to earn?! 😱we weren't even in Forte dei Marmi😁

Servizio rapido ma prezzi troppo troppo alti: la pizza più economica è la classica margherita a 12€, non vi dico le altre!! In più, a parer mio, dovrebbero stendere maggiormente l’impasto, allargando il disco di pasta, per farla essere più sottile. Per chiudere, la qualità dei prodotti non è assolutamente in linea con i prezzi

Porto sue amiche e, al momento di pagare chiedo il totale da pagare sulla app e mi viene presentato uno scontrino fiscale ( a tutti gli effetti) peccato che una volta effettuato il pagamento mi viene detto che avevo sbagliato e che quello era solo un pre conto .. quindi il mio sconto di 18 € se ne va a far benedire- per una cena di pizza 91 € non c è male- ero così infastidito che ho lasciato lo scontrino sul tavolo e sono uscito senza nemmeno salutare- a chi mi accompagnava e’ stato proposto che avrebbe dovuto annullare la prenotazione fatta sul app per avere i 50 yums che erano un mio diritto con il pagamento(CHE HO FATTO ) tramite app
Davvero bello rovinare una splendida cena , con ottimo cibo per risparmiare 18€

10/03/2025: A filled pasta costs 6.50 euros, the pasta is packaged and the taste of the ice cream was not worth the price of the product in the slightest. I keep feeling hungry. My friend had a coffee and a medium ice cream, he spent 5.40 euros on a medium ice cream and a coffee and the sales assistant randomly gave him 4 euros in change senselessly. This shows that in addition to price problems there are also service problems that certainly damage the business, it's not me who says this but also many other 1 star comments.

15/09/2023: Our family group of three had a really nice dinner at Laltrolato. Christian and his colleagues were very friendly, helpful and efficient. Great service, lovely atmosphere and the food was really delicious. To start, we shared two dishes between three, Ravioli Fatti a Mano and Gnocchi Fati a Mano. The flavours were really lovely and the textures of both the ravioli and the gnocchi were perfect. For the main course two of us had the pork ribs (Costina di Maiale) and our third member had duck (Petto d'Anatra). Absolutely delicious all round and cooked to perfection. We then had two beautiful desserts (Flan di Cioccolato and Sfere de Meringa). A wonderful evening and a most memorable experience. Thanks to Christian and his colleagues at Laltrolato.
01/09/2023: Non venivamo qui da molto tempo ma avevamo memorie di un'ottima cena. Il tempo passato ha senza dubbio ancora migliorato la cucina. La posizione è un po' 'particolare', ma risolve ogni problema di parcheggio. Sedie comode e apparecchiatura con belle tovaglie. Servizio impeccabile e professionale, con il giusto tempo dedicato alle spiegazioni. Piatti veramente curati nella ricerca delle armonie di gusto e di presentazione, con scelte mai banali ma molto riuscite, come quella di non usare pochissimo o zero zucchero nei dolci ma solo il fruttosio delle coulis di accompagno. Cotture giuste, accostamenti molto piacevoli. Provati gli gnocchetti agli scampi, i cappelletti farciti di baccalà, gli sparnocchi nostrali, il polpo galiziano, il baccalà islandese, la meringa e le variazioni di cheesecake. Carta dei vini non ampissima ma con spunti interessanti, a diversi livelli di prezzo. Non ho resistito allo Chardonnay Sankt Valentin, una garanzia. E serviti in bicchieri giusti (che sembra banale ma non lo è). Prezzo correttissimo anche con un po' di sconto. 65€ per una cena di solo pesce, di questo livello, ci stanno tutti. Si ritornerà di certo.
