Very close to the hotel, it's fine so far, however I/we have noticed that it takes a very long time until someone comes to take the order.

I had dinner at Caffè Fappani and was truly impressed: tasty dishes, fresh ingredients, and generous portions. The atmosphere was welcoming and the service attentive. Definitely an excellent choice for a pleasant dinner!

We went for breakfast today. What can I say? It was delicious! Highly recommended. I tried the almond brioche, which was truly excellent. I'll be back.

13/04/2026: We were strolling around Lucca's historic center and decided to stop at this location for a Saturday aperitif. It was an excellent choice; we found the staff friendly, helpful, and the food excellent.
07/04/2026: Good platter, decent focaccia, good service. They were probably coming off busy days, that happens.

04/04/2026: Very tasty restaurant. Sitting outside is easier, but with a nice view of the church. The appetizer was delicious, definitely worth it and the main course was equally delicious. The portions are a bit smaller, but with the appetizer it's just right.
