29/06/2025: Never again! €25 menu... half a slice of bread with tomato, half a slice of bread with sausage, a starter of beans and cereals, two thin medals of meat and peas and... STOP! Two jugs of wine for 40 people, two cokes and a few bottles of water. At the end of the evening the owner made us pay separately for the amaro... €2!!! SCANDALOUS

31/07/2025: Very fine food, we had four different menus and each one tasted good...

27/07/2025: When we ate at the Eden restaurant, the only positive note was the service provided by the youngest waitress, who was very kind. We went in to have spaghetti with clams as per the sign, only to discover that the sign was actually old and they didn't make them. For my first course, I had scampi gnocchi, which were actually cream gnocchi with an aftertaste of spoiled fish. The fried fish was extremely salty. We were thankful there were only five samples. The tuna steak, poorly accompanied, tasted awful. As for the cold cuts, they had run out of panzerotti to accompany them, but they didn't bring anything else instead. The steak steak, considering the overall effect, was pleasant. We ordered glasses of house wine because it was the only one they served by the glass and not by the bottle... undrinkable. To top it all off, when we got the bill, the lady told us it was about 145 euros. She asked if we wanted to split it, and we said yes to the Roman-style bill. The result was 51 euros and something each, about 154 euros in total. When I asked him to repeat the total, he said he couldn't remember. I reminded him, and he said the machine does the math automatically, so he couldn't get it wrong... Luckily, the avenue is full of good restaurants; choose another one!

27/07/2025: Although the sea wasn't always cooperative, this beach resort proved to be excellent on several fronts. First and foremost, the umbrellas and loungers were well-maintained, although there wasn't much space between them. The bar service prepared excellent lunches, and the staff was always friendly.

18/07/2025: Torre del Lago is an ideal place for a day at the beach. On a Friday in the middle of July, there's free parking just steps from the sea (a farsighted gesture from the city council), and this beach resort is a good choice. You won't find haute cuisine, but that's fine, at least it's not trying to be something it's not. The quality is perfectly in line with the prices, which in Tuscany can reach unreasonable heights for truly appalling dishes. The staff is extremely friendly, and the atmosphere is definitely relaxing.

14/08/2025: We said from the beginning that we just wanted a drink. After we didn't order any food, we were very firmly asked to leave our seats and moved to the side. The staff were very unfriendly. We then wanted to pay straight away, but that wasn't possible. 20 minutes later, we went to the cashier ourselves and paid. €35 for two Aperols. Absolutely ridiculous.

23/06/2025: Neat and clean environment, hot and cold showers, drinking water fountain despite having a bar/restaurant, normal prices and the possibility of using the ATM without any problems. Very good.

23/06/2025: Beach scams. Arrived at 10 a.m., plenty of spots everywhere, and they put us far from the sea. And they didn't tell us why, but they thought we were the lucky ones. Even though we asked to be able to move to another spot closer.

13/07/2025: Unfortunately, my experience wasn't positive. I went to Bagno Aretusa with my family of five, the youngest of whom was seven. The manager told me we couldn't sit under just one umbrella, that they'd welcome us this time, but next time we'd have to take two. When I pointed out that other families were clearly made up of more than four people under a single umbrella, I was told that "it depends on the season," without any further clear explanation. I find this management's rules to be opaque and inconsistent. The rules, if there are any, should apply to everyone and not be applied arbitrarily; they probably have a different approach to tourism. It wasn't a welcoming or pleasant experience, and we definitely won't be returning.

17/07/2025: È da tre anni che vado a prendere il gelato; nell’ultimo periodo (luglio 2025 ) il servizio è scadente in particolare modo una signora con un foulard in testa in più occasioni e giorni diversi è stata scortese e spigolosa ….. penso propio di cambiare ….

17/07/2025: My boyfriend and I went there two nights during our vacation in Viareggio. The smoothies were delicious, the crepes were tasty and had a lot of filling, and the ice cream was good. The guy who served us was kind and attentive to the customers' requests.

Ate very well Paid the right amount Excellent welcome Super location I would go back there super willingly. So I ask myself...either the owner is bipolar, or I am an idiot or those who criticize have nothing better to do.... I read about "oh my god ...we dined on plastic tables and chairs" and then "oh my god paid 90 euros for 6" and so on... Maybe we were lucky and we ended up here on a positive evening... My opinion is worth what it's worth, but there were 5 of us, and we were all super happy. Thanks to the kiosk for the lovely evening
