On the menu because the tendency is to use poor fish, that blue fish that is generally thrown away by fishermen, for example, as well as the parts that are generally discarded. In the service because the owner has his own philosophy, even in the explanation of the dishes, either you're fine with this or go somewhere else, he doesn't bat an eyelid. In the furnishings because it all seems thrown there at random, but no, all those strokes of color bring joy to me! I appreciated all this and would go back.

02/03/2025: Adorabile il proprietario, oltre che di una sensibilità e intelligenza che non trovi facilmente. Se siete viziati e di fretta questo posto non è per voi. Qui si mangia bene e si sta bene come una volta, senza fronzoli e senza essere pretenziosi. Una bellissima esperienza. Carta dei vini ben selezionata e a prezzi modici. Il pesce aveva un sapore autentico e incredibile, sia nei primi che secondi.

18/03/2025: Ci sono tornato dopo un po' di tempo, mi ero un pochino preoccupato perché le ultime recensioni davano a intendere che era peggiorata la qualità del prodotto. A memoria mia, non ho trovato differenze, mi sembrano lo stesso prodotto e le stesse persone dell'altra volta. Un po' caro, 7 euro per la pizza margherita è sopra la media, ma vedo che di lavoro ne hanno, clienti ne hanno, quindi posso smentire le recenti recensioni negative.

Now, I say, a customer for years and we have always turned a blind eye, once because I order a gluten-free pizza and it is delivered to me with gluten (I have celiac disease), but luckily, recognizing the dough, I eat a bite and immediately inform the pizzeria that he immediately takes care to prepare me a gluten-free pizza, a second time we ask to sit down, I admit that time it was 9.30 pm, they make us sit but always almost in ways that seem to do you a favor, a third time whoever comes when taking the order at the table he speaks in a polemical tone for a change requested while ordering. I am aware that working for the public is exhausting, I myself have been working there for 20 years, but yesterday's episode was the straw that broke the camel's back. Evidently the methods should be reviewed and we should be aware that competition exists. Last night we were welcomed and pampered in another pizzeria in Viareggio and you apparently lost only 2 customers, but also all those that a celiac customer brings with her when she goes to eat in a pizzeria that also offers gluten-free

21/02/2025: Very crowded bar near the Torre del Lago beach. There was no table service but we had to make do.

16/02/2025: Today we arrived at 3pm after waiting in vain at another nearby restaurant for more than an hour. They accepted us kindly, serving us quickly and with excellent food.

01/04/2025: Dinned here for a late Sunday lunch and it was packed! Waited 15mins for a table and another 15 mins before they took our order. Lots of dirty tables available, but so understaffed none of them got cleaned. All that aside, the food came out really quickly! And it was good! Tried the fresh fish and potatoes and the fried prawns and squid - both cooked very well. Would come back, but not on a weekend :)

20/02/2025: Chef Angelini si conferma di alto livello ed ogni volta è sempre un piacere provarlo. Abbiamo scelto una cena completa con fiore all’occhiello il Risotto carnaroli RiservaSan Massimo alle bolle di Franciacorta con liquirizia,nocciole e crudo di gambero rosa. Fantastico anche il pescato del giorno con orata presentata con riduzione di Vernaccia. La qualità del pesce è altissima,si sente la freschezza e il personale è estremamente gentile ed accogliente,esattamente come l’arredamento del ristorante. Presenza nella Guida Michelin meritatissima,lo consiglio per occasione speciali. Bravi tutti!

26/03/2025: I found myself having dinner with different friends at the Chiesina twice in a short space of time. We were thus able to appreciate both the pizzeria and the cuisine. Excellent pizza and delicious seafood salad! obviously the particular environment does the rest!

22/03/2025: Byłem kilkukrotnie w tej pizzeri. Obsługa zmienia się co chwilę i wiecznie są skwaszeni , niekulturalni, niezadowoleni i antypatyczni. Jakby pracowali tam za karę. Raz jedząc kolację odebrałem telefon i w tej same chwili kelnerka zabrała mi talerz z 3/4 porcji bez pytania czy będę chciał jeść w dalszym ciągu. Dwukrotnie jedząc tam pizzę znalazłem w nich rzeczy niewiadomego pochodzenia- raz był to duży plastik a drugim razem sporej długości sznurek. Ceny są za wysokie do serwowanych posiłków. Jeśli chodzi o Viareggio gdzie mieszkam zecydowanie odradzam. POLECAM natomiast resturacje ,, Kalika" która znajduje się na promenadzie.

08/03/2025: Famosa da sempre, la Cremeria Emma porta avanti una tradizione nell' arte della gelateria a dir poco unica! È una tappa obbligata per staccare la spina e provare proposte originali come la macedonia invernale con gelato 😋

31/03/2025: I am part of a group of motorcyclists from Pistoia and when we come to the coast (especially in winter) we always stop here for a quick but tasty dish, and then continue to grind out the Km. 27/02/2025: Very nice environment with nice people, the lady is a mix of kindness, courtesy and professionalism...excellent fresh food at minimal prices...often with a very good DJ and fantastic evenings, I recommend it to everyone

03/08/2024: Excellent pastries for breakfast, crunchy pastries with abundant filling, rice puddings with creamy interior and crumbly pastry, generously sized brioche of various kinds (particularly with cream and strawberries), very courteous service, normal prices (pastries from €1.20 per €1.50)

07/07/2024: Paste da resuscitare Lazzaro. Pulizia e gentilezza de rigueur! Caffè eccellente e ambiente pulitissimo nel centrale Corso Garibaldi! E prezzi più vantaggiosi che in darsena o in Passeggiata! Parte la mattinata col sorriso e la joie de vivre!

13/04/2025: I had been wanting to go there for a long time... Spaghetti with clams and bottarga... There was a lot of water and it tasted of little... Then I had a mixed fried food and I'm sorry to say it but it wasn't the best.... On the contrary, my partner had a grill and according to her it was very good... I gave five stars for the service because the young waitress and the dining room staff were always attentive and not intrusive... The place is very characteristic and the bathrooms very clean despite the many customers.
