19/10/2025: I'm sorry, but I absolutely don't recommend it. The staff is untrained and sometimes rude. The pizzas are frozen. The tablecloths weren't changed from the previous customer (stains and crumbs everywhere).
The glasses are full of limescale.
01/09/2025: Takeout pizza. I liked it. Quick service. The pita bread and cecina (quite thick and crispy) were also excellent.

24/12/2025: We were very disappointed with our experience at the hotel we booked through the agency. Security was virtually nonexistent, with room keys left unattended. This led to unpleasant situations, with our rooms being used by other people. We expected a level of service and care that, unfortunately, we didn't receive. We hope the hotel can improve these aspects in the future to offer its guests a more peaceful stay.
04/10/2025: The Hotel Bencistà in Pietrasanta offers everything you could wish for a successful stay. The rooms are spotlessly clean, tastefully furnished, and quietly located. From the moment you check in, you feel the attentiveness of the staff – friendly, professional, and warm at the same time. The free upgrade was a pleasant surprise and rounded off the stay perfectly. Overall, a place where everything is just right: atmosphere, cleanliness, service, and location.

15/11/2025: An extremely disappointing experience. There were ten of us celebrating a birthday and we spent €110 each for a meal that didn't even begin to justify the price.
We only had an appetizer and a meat dish, the portions were small, and the quality was far from what one would expect for such a high price.
What made it all the more surprising was the fact that the restaurant was practically empty. After sampling the food, I can easily understand why.
The quality-price ratio was nonexistent. An evening to forget.
Stay away: I won't be returning.

28/07/2025: Avoid, a truly awful experience. The €35 appetizer consisted of low-quality cold cuts, supermarket Beretta salami, and clearly defrosted vegetables and olives. The side dishes were inedible, even those defrosted, and badly defrosted. The only redeeming feature was the meat, which was not to be commended but not to be slandered. The host was decidedly rude and unprepared; the red wine was served frozen and without the slightest courtesy. They don't accept card payments and don't issue any tax documents. Nice location, but overrated.

25/06/2025: We dined at this beautiful restaurant in a magical setting: plains with vineyards, lush greenery, large trees full of prickly pears, and a splendid view of the Versilia coast.
The menu was proposed to us by the very kind Angelica, courteous and professional, and was truly top-notch with excellent value.
P.S.: the Baba with cream and berries was the best!
The owners were also very kind.
We will definitely be back!
18/05/2025: AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO MAKE A RESERVATION BY PHONE WITHOUT AN ANSWER, I WENT TO SEE WHY.
THE RESTAURANT HAS BEEN CLOSED FOR A LONG TIME DUE TO THE GROWING WEEDS. OUT OF RESPECT FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS, SOMEONE SHOULD WRITE THIS ONLINE AND NOT READ "THE RESTAURANT IS OPEN OR WILL OPEN SOON." I HOPE THIS WILL BE OF USE IN THE FUTURE.
