05/11/2023: For us a corner of relaxation and elegance, our fixed stop at the fort, all the super friendly staff, Silvio and the whole family are now family. We tried in summer and low season always perfect rooms and top breakfast service. Restaurant with a very refined menu and extensive wine list. The chef is always kind and with the truffle we have now reached peaks of sublime excellence. Highly recommended…

05/11/2023: We spontaneously went on vacation for a week to enjoy the last rays of summer sunshine. The Miramonti is a nice, small hotel with very friendly staff and a nice look. The location is very quiet and in a good exclusive neighborhood. The family room was great and we felt very comfortable as a family. The cleanliness was okay and the room was in good condition. The price for the accommodation wasn't low, but it was ok for us and we were even accommodated a bit for the extension. The breakfast was very good, which was also due to the fact that everything was freshly prepared when ordered and brought to the table (no buffet). The selection of food could be a bit larger, otherwise it gets a bit monotonous, especially if you stay longer. The dinner was very good and there are also individual dishes for children. But the restaurant is too expensive for everyday dinner. We would have been happy to see an attractive offer for hotel guests here. There is very little negative to report. The pool area is beautiful and unique especially in the evening when it is beautifully lit. But then you're no longer allowed to use it, you're just allowed to enjoy the view... We tried to use the pool in the evening, but we were banned relatively quickly. No reasons were given, only that it was outside the pool opening hours. We were alone in the hotel for a while so it wouldn't have bothered anyone. Especially in the evening, the pool area with the bar is incredibly beautiful and romantic... Why you can't use it until 8 or 9 p.m. and why it's even forbidden makes no sense. So if you want to pass the time in the evening, you have to leave the hotel. The large glass veranda doors in the breakfast area should definitely be marked, otherwise children and adults can walk into them when they are closed. If the hotel floors are being mopped and there is a risk of slipping, a warning sign should be put up so that no one slips. Otherwise, as I said, it was very nice, we can recommend the hotel and would like to come back.

19/11/2023: Locale carino, molto piccolo e intimo, personale gentile e premuroso, purtroppo le note positive sono solo queste. Nel menu si dichiara una cucina toscano-spagnola di cui però non si trova traccia nelle proposte. Le patate molto unte e non croccanti sono state di difficile digestione, le alici buone, la paella di pesce molto abbondante di riso ma povera di pesce, con cozze secche e s bruciacchiate . Peccato perché le premesse erano tutte positive Il coperto a 4 euro senza tovaglia mi sembra eccessivo

14/09/2023: Posto carino, personale simpatico e qualificato, cibo buono ma i prezzi sono troppo elevati rispetto a quanto mangiato. Abbiamo pagato 200 euro consumando una bottiglia di vino da 30 euro. Quindi 170 euro per delle tapas è un prezzo esagerato!!

17/03/2024: I don't recommend it for various reasons: the place is not clean (I saw cockroaches on the floor); the bathroom is dirty; the food is not fresh. In short, I won't come again.

08/03/2024: The location is also acceptable, but let's forget about the service and the food. The waiters aren't even dressed properly, one even walked around with his underwear in plain sight. The food isn't that great, not that I expected anything from an all you can eat restaurant, but let's say that compared to the price it's not there.

26/03/2024: I ate an Insalata Mare Calda in this restaurant and unfortunately suffered fish poisoning. I felt very, very bad for more than two days. I would never eat there again because of my experiences.

30/12/2023: Bar classico retrò, mobili in legno e pelle. Pulito e con buoni prodotti sia dolce che salato. Tavoli all'aperto. Personale gentile e cordiale. Prezzi buoni. Non in pieno centro ma in una traversa, tranquilla.

Ci siamo fermate in questo bar per prendere una cioccolata calda, ho chiesto gentilmente dove mi potevo sedere e la cameriera ha risposto dove vuoi visto che i tavoli intorno erano vuoti. Dopo poco i tavoli si sono riempiti, è tornata la cameriera, ha iniziato a prendere gli ordini a tutti tranne che a noi....ci siamo alzate senza prendere niente. Complimenti!

13/09/2023: Entrées très bonnes. Plat de pâtes bon mais 25 euros pour une douzaine de pâtes avec quelques petites moules dessus ça fait 2 euros la bouchée ! Risotto pas trop mal. Mais bon ils sont sympa et on a passé une bonne soirée.

09/09/2023: Menu with very little choice, further reduced as 70% of the dishes were not available. Biblical times for the service, including bringing the water and bread, which wouldn't even have arrived if we hadn't asked for it. Among the limited choice we decided to take the scampi gnocchi. When they arrived we had the nice surprise of finding a plate of cream dumplings (the only flavor of the dish). The little fish present was the shell of the crustaceans, without contents, which was crumbled among the pasta, making it impossible to separate. The mixed fried food consisted of 80% vegetables and 20% fish, which I believe was frozen, was dry and tasteless. Homemade desserts not standard. Prices in line with local restaurants (perhaps slightly more expensive) but which absolutely do not respect the poor quality of the food. The only positive note was the 30 euro discount on the total given by the owner, which brought the price within the average for the area. I can't judge the pizza which seems like one of the flagships because I haven't eaten it.

02/12/2023: Non gli andrebbe dato un euro a questi maleducati! Dopo una fila assurda per un trancio di pizza inmangiabile mi hanno sbagliato a fare il conto e quando l'ho fatto presente mi hanno trattato pure malissimo dicendo di non avermi mai vista(solo perchè la fila la aveva fatta mio marito). Poveretti..la vecchia storica gestione vela sognate. Continuerete pure a guadagnare ma i veri amanti del Forte non li conquisterete mai. Sconsigliatissimo

30/09/2023: Ristorante esterno curato e con un atmosfera molto piacevole e romantica in giardino con una leggerissima musica di sottofondo e con candele e illuminazione soft ideale per qualsiasi contesto. Andrebbero rivisti menu che è sempre lo stesso e non cambia mai, porzioni piccole e piatti sofisticati e per niente originali. Maitre che si sforza di essere gentile senza risultato e che bisticcia continuamente con i camerieri, prezzi alti non adeguati ai piatti serviti.

08/09/2023: Ambiente molto gradevole all'aperto in un bel giardino. La loro specialità é la carne ed in effetti i miei commensali che hanno mangiato carne sono stati soddisfatti mentre il pesce, almeno i piatti che ho assaggiato io, appena sufficiente; spaghetti con le arselle salatissimi e tartare di granchio non malvagia ma dominata dal sapore del melograno che la accompagnava. Devo aggiungere per correttezza che mia figlia ha invece apprezzato un antipasto a base di polipo. Forse ho sbagliato a scegliere. Personale garbato ed efficiente e prezzo corretto comunque consigliato

09/09/2023: Sono stata in questo posto magnifico , in una serata di settembre . Il ristorante e’ bellissimo e completamente immerso nel verde , curato in ogni minimo dettaglio . La cena di pesce ottima , lo chef Gigi è stato impeccabile ed il direttore Flavio , una persona molto attenta nel suo lavoro . Mi sono sentita molto coccolata per tutta la sera . Cibo squisito , prezzi ottimi .

FlyDown Ps I travel a lot for work and go to many places and naturally this is my personal thought, I certainly don't want to come back even just for a pizza, €12 of Margherita on display that looks like it was from the night before.

29/03/2024: Completely renovated, this historic café is the meeting point of Forte dei Marmi. The small pastry shop is worth trying, but also the cakes. Very good coffee.

07/04/2024: A place that keeps alive the memory of a glorious Forte dei Marmi. A place faithful to its origins, welcoming and well kept. An impressive entrance, the focaccias are very good, the service is original. Recommended for those who want to spend time with friends in the real Versilia.

13/01/2024: Orlando's pizza offends Italian gastronomic culture! The fantastic cost of 10 cents per geometric degree of pizza, or to be precise, of pizza-crust pastry, makes it the most expensive and among the worst in my worst culinary nightmare!
