02/07/2025: Gorgeous cassatine, fantastic ice lollies, authentic Sicilian granitas and then ice cream, long-awaited seasonal reopening, now we can enjoy the summer with Sicilian sweets.

12/07/2025: Total disappointment, avoid it I visited this restaurant in Forte dei Marmi and, unfortunately, it was a terrible experience in every way. I ordered a seafood pasta dish, which turned out to be a disaster: full of onion and carrots, an absurd combination that completely covered the flavor of the fish, if there was any at all. The dish sat in my stomach for hours. The pizza was even worse: it was made with a pie pan, poorly cooked, and topped with raw tomatoes. Honestly, you can't even call it pizza. Yet, €15 for that. We asked for coffees, and they weren't included on the menu... All this topped off with sky-high prices and quality that to call poor is a compliment. A dinner like that ruins your evening and even your digestion. Never again. With all the options available in Forte dei Marmi, this place is to be avoided.

11/07/2025: This place is very nice, however the staff is extremely rude, and offers minimal service. I had come with some friends and booked an outside table, only to be crammed in a small inside one. Overall, very rude and unsanitary place. American atmosphere is on point though. I’ve come here multiple times and every single time I’ve been extremely disappointed with the rude service.

03/05/2025: A beautiful tavern in a street just off the square of Forte dei Marmi. We had tordelli with ragù, gnocchi with scampi and tagliolini with clams which were really delicious and tasty. Two spectacular desserts. Bill perhaps a little high, but average for the area and adequate for the quality of the food. Advised

18/05/2025: I came to eat at this beautiful restaurant two nights with my father. We had a really great time, the waiters are all very good, especially Elisa, she is really smart, very kind and very sweet. Excellent and complete menu. Very good fish. I really recommend it.

Neatly à la carte and they put basic hall you can eat and each order was counted... problem solved, skimpy and not really cooked properly courses... let's say that with the family, we put a nice red X on it. Sorry. Not up to the same level as the namesakes scattered around Italy

15/06/2025: Last time I left 3 stars but I have to redo the review. The restaurant is of dubious quality, spaghetti with clams with the addition of "star stock cube", very salty. Cesar salad arrived without chicken, raw shelled and poorly cleaned shrimp. I'm really sorry because Bagno Santa Maria deserves better cuisine and service.

22/05/2025: Sunday 18th May we came here on a local recommendation, exceptional, absolutely worth trying Bavette con arselle....amazing. We will definitely be back, highly recommended.

28/07/2025: The restaurant has very good and comfortable decor, but the main issue lies in the service — especially the delays, even when simply asking for the bill! As for the taste and quality, the dough is good because it’s thin, but the dishes we ordered did not live up to the restaurant’s reputation. We tried to request water again, but received no response from any waiter. We also asked for Parmesan cheese, but none was provided. Even now, the bill still hasn’t arrived. It’s all about the service — service, service. My review might go public before I even get the bill.

22/07/2025: Pessimo servizio, siamo arrivati alle 20:15 con un bambino e ci hanno completamente ignorato. Mi sono dovuta alzare perché mio figlio aveva fame e ricordargli la pizza baby. Attesa di 50 min ma per il conto due secondi di attesa Sconsigliato.. nessuna attenzione per un bambino. Pessimo pessimo.

03/06/2025: Inside the Byron hotel, the Magnolia offers many emotions thanks to the cuisine of Chef Marco Bernardo who combines the tasty cuisine of the South with experiences gained abroad, creating exceptional and refined meat and fish dishes. An extensive and well-composed wine list. A location with few seats but luxurious and modern. Staff at the highest levels in terms of service.

28/06/2025: We went to this restaurant because of the old menu – note: the menu no longer has anything to do with the 2024 version. The selection has been significantly reduced, and the style has changed. Instead of classic Italian dishes like pizza, you can now expect more upscale cuisine with a fish-focused menu and a smaller selection of pinsa and pasta. Those looking for a traditional trattoria with a typical menu might be disappointed. Nevertheless, positives: The food was very good quality. The staff was friendly and attentive.

12/06/2025: We had the pleasure of enjoying a private family lunch at Filippo al Forte the day after a family wedding, and it was absolutely wonderful. The restaurant opened especially for our large group, which made the occasion feel even more special. We were treated to a grazing menu served to the table, with a delicious variety of tasting dishes – all fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented. It was the perfect way to unwind and share great food together. The staff were fantastic – friendly, attentive, and really in tune with our relaxed family vibe. They helped make it a truly memorable long lunch. Would highly recommend for a special occasion or just a lovely meal in Forte dei Marmi!

12/06/2025: This Caffè Principe is a real gem, a regular stop on our return to Forte. The welcome always exceeds expectations: a staff that makes your stopover practically perfect. Excellent service, great friendliness and professionalism of Mrs. Claudia. Highly recommended!
