12/12/2025: For a dear friend's birthday, we were fortunate enough to dine at this wonderful restaurant. The setting is refined, impeccably clean, and meticulously maintained. The atmosphere is magical, accompanied by light, relaxing background music. The impeccable welcome is evident from the moment you enter: the entire staff, without exception, is extremely kind, knowledgeable, and attentive to every guest's needs. The cuisine literally blew us away: a wide-ranging and well-balanced selection of seafood and meat, using the highest-quality ingredients. We chose the Hearts Tasting Menu, which proved to be a sublime experience from appetizer to dessert. I highly recommend their signature dish, Bavette sul pesce, which is simply extraordinary. The wine list is also noteworthy, with a truly excellent selection. Special thanks to Matteo for his valuable and timely advice on choosing wines, and to Chiara, who made us feel right at home. I have no negatives to report: the Lorenzo Restaurant in Forte dei Marmi is an institution and fully deserves its fame.

31/08/2025: At the gates of Forte dei Marmi, this elegant restaurant offers a magnificent outdoor terrace for lunch on the beach. The seafood menu amazes with its original and refined dishes. The selection of wines and Champagnes is excellent, and the service is exceptional.

27/08/2025: Kindness, helpfulness, and cleanliness, all complemented by excellent food. I often come here with my family for pizza, and I asked them to let me know if they found figs... and here we are, enjoying their focaccia with prosciutto and figs! Something unforgettable!!! Special mention also for their sorbets, now famous throughout Versilia. Thank you for the way they always welcomed me, despite the presence of my bulky golden retriever ❤️

28/08/2025: The quality of the sushi is excellent: fresh fish, meticulous preparation, and refined presentation. The menu is varied, with options ranging from classic nigiri and sashimi to more unusual and creative combinations, allowing you to try different and always interesting flavors. The staff is friendly and the quality/price ratio is excellent.

05/01/2026: Elegant hotel, helpful and friendly staff (especially Alice 🥰), adequate services, excellent breakfast and food. I would improve the spa, which is slightly too bright and not heated enough, especially the water in the large pool. Also, only 3 of the 8 hydromassage stations were working.

The staff welcomed us warmly and sincerely, and the location was well-maintained and relaxing, with a truly perfect indoor temperature. We immediately felt at home, pampered and at ease. We will definitely return, because such authentic and special places are increasingly rare. My heartfelt congratulations!

02/01/2026: The cappuccino and banana bread weren't particularly good, and the service wasn't very friendly. The prices were high for the quality.

03/09/2025: The most delicious steak I have ever tried in my life. It is very delicious. The seating and general atmosphere are wonderful. Try the roasted potatoes and caramelized onions as a side dish. It is very delicious.

03/09/2025: Spectacular Carbedi wagyu, even well-aged Fassona tartare melted in the mouth, the only flaw was the champagne and strawberry risotto which totally clashed with everything else, a poorly made dish and the choice to combine these ingredients in my opinion is wrong.

11/10/2025: Best canolo in Italy.. 10 years ago we visited Sicily. In small town Traomina we find the best canolo ever in Roberto’s deli. He would fill the canolo only when ordered. He said canolo gets wet after 15 minutes so never buy pre-filled canolo. Since then we saw a lot of bakery’s with canolo in window display and never buy . In le lumie they fill the canolo only when ordered in it was the best we had since Roberto in Traomina. We surely come once a week to have some. Keep the high standards!
