A wonderful stay at Hotel Principe in Forte dei Marmi. What truly makes the experience exceptional is the staff. Every single person was incredibly attentive, warm, professional and genuinely caring. The level of service is outstanding and makes you feel welcome from the very first moment. Rarely do you find a team that combines efficiency, friendliness and such natural hospitality in this way. I stayed at the Hotel Principe in Forte dei Marmi for a short weekend, and the overall experience was good, but not enough to fully justify the expectations—and especially the prices—of a property of this caliber. There are elements of great quality, but also details that are out of place in a setting that avowedly strives for luxury. The location is certainly one of the strong points: quiet, elegant, surrounded by greenery and just minutes from the sea. Arrival is pleasant, and the exterior immediately conveys a sense of order and sophistication. The room I was assigned was well-furnished, bright, and made with quality materials. However, some details were not up to par: small signs of wear, a few elements in need of maintenance, and soundproofing could be improved. Nothing serious, but you would expect more meticulous attention to detail in a high-end hotel. The spa and wellness area, on the other hand, is very positive: truly relaxing and well-managed. The spaces are clean, modern, and the staff is attentive without being intrusive. The outdoor pool is also pleasant, especially during less crowded hours. The service was friendly, but not always impeccable. At times, I felt a certain slowness or lack of coordination, especially at the bar and during breakfast. Speaking of breakfast: good, with fresh and well-presented products, but not particularly varied compared to what one would expect from a five-star hotel. The real sticking point, for me, remains the quality-price ratio. Forte dei Marmi is an expensive location, it's true, but here the feeling is that the price is higher than the overall experience offered. With a little more attention to detail and more consistent service, this perception could radically change. --- In summary The Hotel Principe is an elegant property, with excellent common areas and a top-notch wellness area, but it has some shortcomings that weigh heavily for a luxury hotel. A pleasant, but not memorable, stay. Three stars is, in my opinion, the most balanced assessment.

The most romantic place in the world! The air is filled with the languor and scent of blooming rhododendrons, and the green lawns are painted with a colorful palette of tulips! Early April, when it's not yet hot, but everything is already in bloom and the White Peacock spreads its magnificent tail, delighting tourists and photographers.

A very pleasant weekend in this truly welcoming property, which I highly recommend. All the staff were truly helpful and courteous.

Elegant hotel, helpful and friendly staff (especially Alice 🥰), adequate services, excellent breakfast and food. I would improve the spa, which is slightly too bright and not heated enough, especially the water in the large pool. Also, only 3 of the 8 hydromassage stations were working.
