04/11/2025: The pizza and burgers were the dishes we had, both excellent. The pinsa was tasty and light, and the burgers served on homemade bread were a real treat.
There were many courses featuring typical local dishes.
We arrived for dinner on Saturday evening without a reservation, but the very kind staff found us a table anyway.
Thank you for a lovely evening.

01/01/2026: We celebrated New Year's Eve with them. It was one of the best New Year's Eves ever, the food was delicious and the atmosphere was family-friendly. Carla made us feel right at home!

24/11/2025: This refuge is strategically located, easily accessible even for those not accustomed to extensive hiking, yet completely immersed in nature. From the refuge, you can quickly reach the Apennine ridge, where trails suitable for all levels begin. The service is friendly and welcoming, the food excellent, and barbecues are available in good weather. It's an ideal place for children. Check opening times or book through the Lucca CAI (also on their Facebook page).

02/11/2025: A truly beautiful agriturismo. We stay a few days every year during Lucca Comics & Games, and it never disappoints. The staff and owner are incredibly kind and always available. The rooms are spacious and well-kept. The food is locally sourced and top-notch.

22/10/2025: A traditional Italian restaurant, the location is really cool, it's quite an adventure getting there, the house wine is good. I recommend the adventure.
20/09/2025: Super delicious and cozy. The location is beautiful in the small village of Benabbio. Highly recommended. The price is definitely worth it.

The restaurant has limited seating (at least in this season, autumn), so booking in advance is recommended.
We felt right at home; the food and wine were truly top-quality.
I highly recommend stopping here to try their specialties.

25/09/2025: This bar is in an excellent location with a large outdoor area, where it's pleasant to stop and chat in peace. We can't comment on the food because we only had coffee, but the welcome was warm and very helpful. Finally, the restrooms were very clean, which is always a nice touch. Well done!

03/11/2025: I'm sorry for some of the negative reviews. The place probably had staffing issues. My wife and I had a great time. Good food. Fast service. Rustic, traditional atmosphere. We had tagliatelle with white sausage ragù, tagliolini with truffle, and roasted potatoes. Everything was good, not a top-notch because it felt like it was reheated, but if you want to eat right away, you have to accept the compromise.
15/10/2025: This restaurant is located in the center of Bagni di Lucca, in front of the theater. It's a lovely place, and the owner is friendly and attentive to the customer's every need. The food is good.

18/10/2025: The pizza was incredibly delicious. The service was excellent. Unfortunately, you can't get a pizza that large for that price in Germany anymore. Highly recommended. Small but perfectly formed. We would come again.

14/09/2025: We were on our way to our accommodation and wanted to grab a bite to eat. We didn't want to stop on a main road, so we decided on this pizzeria on the spur of the moment.
And it was a great decision.
The food was excellent.
We had two antipasti (bruschetta and fried porcini mushrooms) and two primi.
The porcini mushrooms were amazing, and the bruschetta was also very tasty.
It's true, the menu is handwritten. It's kind of quaint.
And in a place like this, you can really taste the freshly prepared home-style cooking. The main courses were also great.
I had the macceroni with duck ragu. Truly excellent.
We received very friendly service and were able to communicate well despite our lack of Italian.
I highly recommend this pizzeria. You can't go wrong here.
