08/12/2024: I went there for dinner with friends....quiet, not flashy place immersed in the historic village of Rosignano Maritime. Very well cared for (I particularly appreciated the Florentine influence in every sense). Excellent dinner very well looked after by the owner's daughter (whom I really congratulate). He was friendly and sociable and served us special and delicious dishes. Fair price for quality and service!

15/10/2024: We ate at Sigillo a few weeks ago and really enjoyed it. A calm and peaceful environment... the innkeeper and his wife manage the environment alone so no fury and a lot of patience... all compensated by excellent cuisine.

15/12/2024: When you arrive at the place, it is like traveling back in time (to the past), the service is super and the food is top. Good drinks. Recommended!!

07/12/2024: If you are looking for a gastronomic corner near the sea in Caletta di Castiglioncello, you cannot miss Caffè Bistrot, located in Via Aurelia 428 A. The owners, Nicola and Cinzia, are true lovers of cuisine, and it can be felt in every dish they serve. Their dedication is manifested in the attention to detail and the quality of the ingredients. Personally, I often stop for work reasons and every time it is a pleasure to come back. But it's not just a great choice for those who work; it's also a great place for a relaxing weekend dinner. Just 100 meters away is the seafront promenade that leads to Porto Cala de' Medici and the center of Castiglioncello, an excellent opportunity for a nice walk after dinner/ or after lunch. A must to try is the vaporata with prawns, monkfish and steamed vegetables: a dish that combines freshness and flavor impeccably. Furthermore, the wine selection on offer is excellent and complements the dining experience perfectly. And don't forget to leave room for dessert! The house tiramisu is simply divine, a perfect ending to an already fantastic evening. Caffè Bistrot is undoubtedly a restaurant to recommend and a place where the passion for cooking is transformed into a memorable experience. I can't wait to return!

The burger I ate was simply delicious, made with local products and of the highest quality. Every bite was full of flavor and you could feel the freshness of the ingredients. The staff was very friendly and the welcoming atmosphere made it even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this burger joint to anyone looking for a tasty, wholesome meal. I will definitely be back!

17/11/2024: Siamo stati a cena posto molto caotico ,camerieri gentili. Per quanto riguarda la pizza il rapporto qualità prezzo è eccessivo in quanto la qualità degli ingredienti è molto bassa.

08/10/2024: Abbiamo festeggiato a metà settembre la comunione di mia figlia presso la struttura, ci hanno allestito la piccola e intima zona gazebo esterna, nel giardino molto bene tenuto, a lato piscina. La nostra scelta è ricaduta su una cena a buffet e devo dire che è stata un ottima scelta. Pietanze di qualità, ottime, gustose e abbondanti. Il tutto accompagnato da ottimo vino. I prodotti sono tutti prodotti da loro, anche il vino. Veramente soddisfatti della scelta. Ci torneremo sicuramente anche per un semplice pranzo o cena, senza dubbio.

23/11/2024: Personale gentile sono capitata senza prenotazione e mi hanno fatto accomodare. La pizza bassa ma che non mi ha convinta del tutto. Buone le acciughe fritte e la maionese.
