21/02/2024: We stayed at this campsite for 3 nights at the end of June. Camping located 7 km from Portoferraio, reachable by car, located on the Biodola beach. Among the accommodations offered we chose the Moorea Tent, a small Canadian tent overlooking the bay. The view from the splendid tent, the beautiful beach, clean sea, services of the structure that are a little dated and need to be reviewed, especially the bathrooms. Overall, considering we only stayed 3 nights, we had a good time.

16/01/2024: Very nice and well-kept campsite with a unique view of the sea! Sanitary facilities were clean, near the campsites at the bottom there was a kind of container with two toilets and sinks each. However, the showers are at the top. It's absolutely fine that you have to climb stairs to get from the top to the bottom of the site, this is the only way every pitch can enjoy the wonderful view of the sea. The only thing that was really annoying was that the bars/restaurants on the beach empty their glass containers at 4:30 in the morning. That's really loud, especially if you have a campsite right in the front row. Unfortunately, from then on we couldn't sleep anymore. Otherwise great and only recommended! The employees are very friendly and helpful.

08/09/2023: It was okay but nothing special. Owner relatively friendly. As a tourist you feel a little lost among the locals who also preferred to be served food.

19/03/2024: I saw this place on television on the program 4 restaurants and I was very impressed by the location, it contains everything I like about a restaurant by the sea, ⁰⁰⁰ I can only give a visual opinion on the food ⁰⁰ and the dishes seemed not only well presented ⁰ but also very good. On my next trip to the Island of Elba I plan to go there and be able to give a review after eating ‼️‼️‼️🤷

06/12/2023: Ampio e luminoso locale con terrazza situata direttamente sul mare, panorama mozzafiato e romantico, raggiungibile a piedi in cinque minuti dal centro del paese, consigliata la prenotazione. Personale sveglio giovane ed attento alle varie richieste della clientela, tempi di attesa giusti, porzioni normali, cibo di prima qualita' ben cucinato ed impiattato ad alta digeribilta'. Prezzi decisamente alti: primi da 26€, dolci da 12€ e coperto 4€.

24/09/2023: Despite reservations and punctuality, we were clearly shown where the exit was because we were supposedly there too early. We were clearly shown the door. Never again - I have never felt so unfriendly and unwelcome. Never ever....

24/09/2023: Despite having a reservation, we were literally thrown out because we were there a little early, even though we were on time. It has been made abundantly clear to us that we are not wanted here. I have never been treated so unkindly. This restaurant rightly deserves to be called the “worst restaurant ever”!!! Never again!

12/10/2023: The welcome is extremely friendly and warm, the dishes are good and plentiful. We loved eating at their place. I totally recommend.

10/10/2023: Very tasty food, only you have to wait at least 30 minutes for the bill, you have to ask three times and then you still have to go in to collect the money yourself because still nothing happens. Been there twice, same game twice.

27/09/2023: Siamo arrivati in questo piccolo ristorante attratti dalle recensioni sul cibo ma anche un poco preoccupati da alcuni commenti sul carattere del ristoratore. Per ciò che riguarda il cibo buono, abbondante e ad un prezzo molto giusto, soprattutto visti i prezzi elbani. Il ristoratore merita una nota a parte: è servito un po’ di tempo per rompere il ghiaccio ma poi oltre alla competenza ha mostrato grande disponibilità a raccontare di se e del suo mestiere. Una serata gradevole oltre che una ottima cena. Consigliatissimo.

21/09/2023: Avrei voluto assaggiare la sua cucina ma a quanto pare lui cucina per chi sceglie lui. Il ristorante apre alle 19:30. Mi sono affacciata alle 19:20 per prenotare in tavolo per le 21:00 e siccome era acceso all'interno invece di telefonare ho osato bussare. Mi ha aperto il titolare scocciato " non capisco perché bussa non vede che è chiuso?" " ha ragione mi scusi ma invece di telefonare mi sono permessa di chiedere direttamente se potevo prenotare per le 21:00 di stasera" " no" è stata la sua risposta "siete completi?" "Si" . Peccato che poi ho chiamato 10mn più tardi per prenotare ed era libero un tavolo all'ora che volevamo. Ovviamente non ci sono andata. Quando voglio mangiare fuori non è soltanto per il buon cibo ma anche per rilassarmi e il minimo che mi aspetto è l'accoglienza.

12/01/2024: I was lucky enough to find a place for December 25th. The food was spectacular, all delicious. Super fresh fish. Fast and impeccable service. Warm and harmonious environment like being at home. We'll see each other soon, a hug. Deborah. 😍

13/10/2023: De pizza's en de pasta's zijn heerlijk maar het is fijn om ook weer eens even in een culinaire verwenning te belanden. Dit restaurant is daar uitermate geschikt voor. Bijzonder hulpvaardige bediening om uit te leggen wat ze allemaal op de kaart hebben. We kozen uiteindelijk voor tonijntartaar, gyoza's en zwaardvis. Maar alle gerechten komen wel met goede subtiele sauzen en aparte smaakcombi's. Ongevraagd kregen we ook nog amuses en tussengerechten, ook allemaal heerlijk en verrassend. Ik had tenslotte nog nooit een bitterbal van polpo op, maar die was erg lekker! Een hele goede wijnkaart met veel voor mij onbekende wijnen, dus dat is altijd leuk! Alles bij elkaar een prima rekening voor een heerlijk diner op het terras!

26/09/2023: Der Empfang war herzlich. Es handelt sich offenbar um ein junges, sehr enthusiastisches Team von Gastronomen, die uns ein kulinarisches Erlebnis auf höchstem Niveau gezaubert haben. Wir reservierten für 2 Personen und bekamen einen sehr schönen Tisch im Aussenbereich. Ein sehr sympathischer junger Mann und eine noch sympathischere junge Dame betreuten uns an diesem unvergesslichen Abend. Wir wählten das 7 Gänge Degustationsmenü welches ich nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen kann! Die raffinierten Speisekreationen wurden vom Service wunderbar beschrieben inklusive des selbstgemachten Brotes und der Weinempfehlung aus biologischem Anbau. Jeder Gang war ein Volltreffer. Besonders beeindruckt war ich von der "falschen foi gras", vom Thunfisch-Gulasch und vom "gesalzenen Dessert". Die Leute von Pepenero wissen genau was sie tun. Spitzengastronomie vom Feinsten. Sehr gerne wieder!!!

22/01/2024: L'osteria portuale Molo G è un posto in cui si sta bene sia in inverno che in piena stagione ma in questo periodo la si può godere ancora più nella sua essenza: pesce fresco di quanto reperibile al momento, accompaganto da materie di stagione e il tutto cucinato come si deve da gente che lo sa fare. In sala i ragazzi/e sono cordiali, tranquilli ed efficienti. Un dettaglio importante, a pranzo si può mangiar fuori anche d'inverno ed è una goduria, davvero.

15/08/2023: We stayed for 6 nights, excellent location, guaranteed tranquility and very well kept pool. Cleaning wasn't the best, we found everything behind the sofa, ants came out of every corner of the house and we were bitten by mites that were in the mattress. Furthermore, the furniture had to be opened with caution because it came down with nothing. While the pizza at Umberto was excellent, one of the best on the island!

30/03/2024: We had a great time and ate well. The environment is pleasant and informal, the fish excellent and very fresh, the wine very good.
