10/11/2025: I went to this restaurant for a wedding reception. Everything went well. The place was well-equipped, the staff were polite and helpful, the wait time between courses was reasonable, and the food was good.

02/04/2025: Ristorante sito in spiaggia con veranda vetrata dove puoi goderti la vista mare...servizio ai tavoli gentile....preso frittura mista di Santa Lucia ed una grigliata mista di grande qualità , il tutto bagnato da due calici di Vermentino.
Prezzo onesto, da ritornare!!!

03/05/2025: We decided to visit based on a recommendation or two and that I am a big fan of their wines. The atmosphere was very nice and so were the servers. One suggestion to the owner would be to put cushions on the wooden chairs as they were not that comfortable. Although the food was good, it didn't justify the price. I also learned that dogs are allowed in the restaurant, which many patrons took advantage. Most dogs were well behaved but I wouldn't recommend this place for a romantic dinner. We would probably not go back as we experienced better cuisine for far less. The wine however was fantastic.

27/11/2025: We visited Ugo's in Castagneto Carducci and had a wonderful time! The staff was extremely kind and attentive, making us feel right at home. The traditional Tuscan dishes are truly delicious: authentic flavors, quality ingredients, and generous portions. Great attention to detail, from appetizers to desserts. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to enjoy authentic local cuisine in a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere!
13/10/2025: Historic restaurant in Castagneto Carducci. Excellent traditional Tuscan dishes. Must try. Reservations are recommended as it's always full.

Cold drinks!
Cold meals are also available.
Parmigiana, rice cakes.
The selection is huge, huge, BELIEVE ME.
...and the ladies who work there are incredibly sweet and professional!!!
My favorite among the many delicacies is the hot dog, wrapped in bread dough or similar dough with mozzarella and tomato.
Very reasonable prices.

19/09/2025: We went with colleagues for a quick lunch. Excellent fried squid and shrimp with fries! Friendly and helpful staff, simple but charming restaurant. We'll definitely be back!

08/11/2025: Too expensive in our opinion! We spent €117 for an appetizer consisting of half a plate of five crostini, a main course each (cacciucco and tagliolini with white truffle), a pasta alla blanca for the daughter, and two desserts. To drink, a 375 ml bottle of Bolgheri and two coffees.
I can't say I had a bad meal; everything was good, but the tagliolini were way too expensive at €28. It was off-menu, and I forgot to ask how much. There was truffle, but not a lot, and anyway, they prepare it in the kitchen, so I couldn't see how much they grated on top. Then €10 for 50 grams of pasta alla blanca for the daughter, a €9 cover charge for three.
The prices of the dishes are all higher than the menu photographed on The Fork.
They didn't offer us anything and charged us everything down to the last cent.
