08/12/2024: 24 (from 21 to 25) I won't go back but non-tourists might like it since they were treated better (also seen other reviews). ROOM 7: the garden part is nice and cooler, tables are a little small MENU 5: medium-small portions, the grill was served to me without the loin (see photo) unfortunately I realized this 30 km away, forgetfulness or "he's just a passing tourist"? SERVICE 6: assuming and not granting that the chef was wrong, the waitress did not point out the mistake, I appreciated the sangria offered as soon as I sat down ACCOUNT 6: there is better in the area in terms of value for money: 11 euros for the cloister platter, 16 euros for the Cinta Senese grilled meat, 8 euros for the goat cheese with lard, 4 euros for the potatoes and 44 euros for the grilled vegetables, 4 euros for wine, 2 euros for cold mayor's water, 5 euros for coffee affogato, I don't remember how much for decaffeinated coffee, 2 euros for covered.

10/09/2024: Dinner with friends. Very nice environment in the middle of the greenery. Very good quality meat. Delicious grilled vegetables. Exquisite desserts. Advised.

19/01/2025: Excellent restaurant in the historic center of Scarlino. Traditional, Tuscan food of good quality. The owner is a very friendly person and dedicated to introducing the dishes and choosing the right wine. Despite the limited offer on the menu, one eats here wonderfully. I recommend booking as it is a small place.

01/10/2024: Wine shop with a vast range of wines but lacking in local wines at affordable prices. The restaurant has a menu of few dishes and of a certain consistency. Frequented mainly by German tourists.

15/12/2024: Local located on the port of Scarlino which in the summer offers a beautiful view. Inside it has an atmosphere all its own. The menu is based on fish with quality products cooked according to tradition without too many reinterpretations. A special mention for the service goes to the efficient and very kind young waiter. The wine list is interesting. Gluten-free pasta available. The bill is not cheap, but commensurate with the quality and freshness of the products used.

15/11/2024: Che dire ....solo tutto molto buono!!! In due abbiamo preso 1 antipasto,1 primo e 2 secondi tutti veramente buoni. Se devo trovare un difetto è solo sulla cottura della pasta che era molto al dente ...consigliatissimo!!!

14/09/2024: Eccellente ristorante! Location piacevole, con sedie confortevoli, mise en place discreta/buona, servizio eccellente e di riguardo. In vacanza con la famiglia, sono stato tre volte in questo bel ristorante: due volte a cena e una volta a pranzo, proprio perché ho mangiato bene/molto bene e ci siamo rilassati. Prosecco/spumante brut offerto appena ti siedi. Sono molto scrupoloso nella scelta del vino e il cameriere (maître di sala) mi ha gentilmente e direttamente portato a sceglierlo dalla frigo cantinetta. Su una scelta di un bianco brut frizzante, hanno disposto il cestello col ghiaccio e tovavagliolo vicino al tavolo: ottimo! Unica nota un po' piatta e che va migliorata è stato il piatto di spaghetti di mare: ingredienti buoni, ma un po' slegati fra loro e la pasta. Frittura di paranza con verdurine filangé eccellente : discreta/buona porzione di pesce. Panzanella di mare ottima. E altri piatti di pesce davvero da provare. Hanno pesce freschissimo sul carrello. Dolci golosi e molto buoni. Prezzi nella norma e forse, visto la freschezza del pesce, la gentilezza, la disponibilità, l'ambiente, ecc., direi giusti per adesso. Ci ritornerò sicuramente se ne avrò l'occasione e lo consiglio.

04/01/2025: Lunch with a fixed menu, since we were a nice group of people. Pappardelle with wild boar, tortelli with mushrooms, mixed grill with chips, dessert, water, loose wine and coffee. There were 6 of us at the table and we almost had to fight to get something to eat. Personally, I managed to eat 2 and a half tortelli (and luckily I managed to beg for one at the next table, since they were also from the same group), 3 forkfuls of pappardelle, half a sausage, 2 chicken nuggets, 6-7 French fries and a tiramisu. Average food but I didn't have high expectations. I was very disappointed with the bill, 40 (forty) euros per person. For 40 euros I had to walk away from how much I had eaten or for what we actually ate, spend a maximum of 25-30 euros.

13/11/2024: Devo dire che il posto e l'ambiente è molto bello, ma purtroppo la cena non è andata come si prevedeva. Abbiamo prenotato il giorno prima per essere sicuri, siamo arrivati ci hanno accompagnato al tavolo,quando era il momento di prenotare ci dicono sgarbatamente che era tutto esaurito..ci hanno rifilato un misero piatto di pasta allo scoglio a soli 20 euro a testa! Ma com'è possibile che in un ristorante in piena stagione estiva,alle 19.30 finiscano tutto?? Che senso ha la prenotazione? Molto deludente, sconsiglio 👎🏼

08/10/2024: The place is really very beautiful and in a splendid panoramic point, but the service was the only thing colder than the baked potatoes we ordered unfortunately. The stewed dishes were all very good, the grilled ones were decidedly worse (all with a bitter aftertaste of charcoal or burnt grill). The fact that it is absolutely not a place for families and we were two families with 4 children certainly also weighed on us, it is more of a place for couples, but it is also too expensive compared to the other places in the area.
