27/04/2025: We had lunch in this restaurant, very elegant and well looked after with the possibility of eating on the terrace overlooking the port. Very attentive, kind and helpful service. The dishes are really good and of the right quantity (for some dishes there is the possibility of paying a premium to have a large portion).
Normal prices, we had 2 starters, 1 first course, 1 second course, 1 glass of wine and two coffees, for a total of €77.
Various services, including the possibility of requesting a power bank to recharge your mobile phone and menu suggestions for our 4-legged friends.
Clean and well-kept bathroom, inside there was a mouthwash dispenser with disposable cups.
We highly recommend it.

28/01/2025: Absolute insider tip, we had an unforgettable, beautiful evening. The food is simply delicious. There are only a few dishes but mom prepares them so well that we couldn't help but be amazed.
We will 100% come back if we are in the area again.
It's worth making a reservation as there aren't many tables and they fill up very quickly.

15/12/2024: Local located on the port of Scarlino which in the summer offers a beautiful view. Inside it has an atmosphere all its own. The menu is based on fish with quality products cooked according to tradition without too many reinterpretations. A special mention for the service goes to the efficient and very kind young waiter. The wine list is interesting. Gluten-free pasta available. The bill is not cheap, but commensurate with the quality and freshness of the products used.

27/04/2025: I had lunch there today. A pleasant surprise on all fronts. The staff is well-prepared and competent. The cuisine is just to be tried, to know what I'm talking about. I asked to speak to the person who took care of the dish they served me as a second course, to compliment them. Everyone was really good.
26/04/2025: I highly recommend, very nice place, very friendly staff, excellent quality food, excellent pici with black and white Maremma ragù.
A special mention to the sommelier Francesco, infinite kindness, attention to detail as well as a job for him is a passion.

03/05/2025: Siamo stati a cena in questo ristorante, locale esteticamente valido, abbiamo ordinato due risotti al veliero , il riso era ancora crudo e poco saporito , poi abbiamo preso antipasto di mare e alla fine due dessert al pistacchio buoni, come prezzo diciamo nella norma .
03/03/2025: Locale arredato in legno come un veliero e bello ampio, nonostante fosse quasi pieno non era assolutamente rumoroso l' ambiente.
Antipasto Crudité di pesce (tartare di tonno, tartare di spada, totani, e varie) delizioso e fresco, di primo ho preso i pici al sugo rosso con polpo, saporitissimo e mia madre risotto del veliero (impiattamento bellissimo) e delizioso, ampia scelta anche sul dessert, il prezzo vale l' esperienza

08/12/2024: 24 (from 21 to 25) I won't go back but non-tourists might like it as they are treated better (also seen other reviews).
ROOM 7: the garden part is nice and cooler, tables are a little small
MENU 5: medium-small portions, the grill was served to me without the loin (see photo) unfortunately I realized this 30 km away, forgetfulness or "it's just a tourist passing through"?
SERVICE 6: assuming and not granting that the chef was wrong, the waitress did not point out the mistake, I appreciated the sangria offered as soon as I sat down
BILL 6: there is better in the area in terms of value for money: 11 euros for the cloister cutting board, 16 euros for the Cinta Senese grilled meat, 8 euros for the goat cheese with lard, 4 euros for the potatoes and 44 euros for the grilled vegetables, 4 euros for the wine, 2 euros for the cold mayor's water, 5 euros for the coffee affogato, I don't remember how much for the decaffeinated coffee, 2 euros for the covered.
10/09/2024: Dinner with friends. Very nice environment in the middle of the greenery. Very good quality meat. Delicious grilled vegetables. Exquisite desserts. Advised.

06/04/2025: I went to this restaurant with high expectations, but unfortunately the experience was ruined by truly disappointing service. The wait to order was endless, even though the place was half empty. The staff seemed completely disinterested in customers: no smiles, zero courtesy, and when we finally asked for information about the menu, the answers came listlessly, as if we were bothering them.
Furthermore, we had to ask several times for water and the bill arrived after an embarrassing wait. A real shame, because the place has potential, but with such service you won't want to return.
20/01/2025: Very nice and familiar place in a wonderful place, surrounded by nature, excellent hospitality, excellent food, even more so the chilli aperitif!!!!

04/05/2025: Abbiamo scelto questo ristorante ed è stata una delusione.I due antipasti erano ricoperti da una glassa pseudo aceto balsamico di dubbio gusto. Non abbiamo gradito neppure le due portate principali. Due caffè te li fanno pagare 6 euro. Per fortuna la sera successiva abbiamo mangiato bene, cucina toscana, all'Enoteca, sempre a Scarlino.

26/11/2024: Very nice facility in a very nice environment. The pool area is beautifully designed and is enriched by a pleasant entertainment program during the day. Mimo does a great job. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a free shuttle service to the beach in Follonica that runs to/from Follonica twice a day. The apartments are well equipped and have two air conditioning units. We liked the complex so much that we extended it by 3 nights - but without breakfast. Because we found that to be very poor. Otherwise, we recommend the system 100%.
21/10/2024: House ok, kitchen too small and poorly equipped, location great for fun trips in the area, entertainment terrible, well-intentioned but level is poor, music way too loud, bad for the relaxation and health of your ears, an average of 82db and that almost all day.

25/03/2025: Clean and welcoming place, hospitable, friendly and cheap. I ate alone but they were able to keep me company without ever being intrusive. Good food and service, excellent quality price and welcome gifts/tastings of the house before and after dinner!! A chat between "motorcyclists" before saying goodbye and for me it is definitely a place to return with pleasure. Thanks for everything because in an unlucky trip you are the only ones I will remember with a smile. Goodbye

22/01/2025: In giro per la maremma in un giorno di gennaio ventoso, freddo e piovoso, con molti locali e la maggioranza dei siti da visitare chiusi per ferie, siamo capitati per caso a Scarlino (borgo piccolo ma molto attraente). Il ristorante era aperto, per fortuna, e siamo stati accolti in un'ambiente calda e ospitale. Non so se eravamo gli unici clienti perché ci sono varie sale ma penso che comunque ci fosse poca gente. Il cibo però era del tutto all'altezza delle aspettative: superlativi pici con guanciale, pomodorini, funghi e pane croccante, cinghiale al sugo con polenta fritta, tagliata di manzo con porcini in salsa (ottima). Tutto davvero squisito, ben presentato e in buona quantità. Forse l'unico appunto è per la tagliata, appena troppo cotta, che avrei dovuto chiedere più al sangue ma la colpa è stata mia. Come vino, abbiamo preso una bottiglia piccola (dovendo guidare) di Morellino di Scansano. Acqua e caffé. Conto di 89 euro, assolutamente onesto per il livello del cibo offerto. La signora che ci ha servito, moglie del proprietario, è molto cordiale e simpatica. Consigliamo caldamente il locale.
