15/04/2026: Excellent welcome. The grill master, Francesco, kindly explained to us that Fiorentina is a cut of meat, not a specific type of meat. We enjoyed a truly excellent Fiorentina, accompanied by delicious potatoes, and finished with a wonderful homemade Neapolitan pastiera. We'll definitely be back.
06/04/2026: Beautiful, intimate, and well-kept venue. The staff is helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome and at home! And the rib eye steak... too good. A fantastic experience!!

04/05/2026: A great experience, but it's nothing new! We've known the restaurant since it opened, and every time it's a confirmation! The customer service is there from the moment you book, and the dishes are truly excellent, from appetizers to first courses, second courses, and pizzas, all the way to desserts and fruit! We can't wait to return.

19/05/2026: My team of 30 people and I were fortunate enough to stay at Oasi Maremma for a few days, and it was truly a fantastic experience.
My first special thanks go to Federico, the manager of the Oasi: he was always present and available throughout the organization, helping us not only with our stay but also recommending activities and places to visit near the Oasi. Furthermore, he was very attentive and kind throughout our stay, ensuring a top-quality experience.
My second thanks go to Michele, Manu, and the entire restaurant staff, who spoiled us with delicious dishes and generous portions: we truly felt pampered—and the menu selection is vast!
And a huge thank you to Monica for the wonderful yoga class, which truly revitalized us :)
As for the property: it's well-maintained, intimate, and clean, and it's also worth a visit aesthetically: you'll feel surrounded by the beauty of the Maremma at all times.
Highly recommended, and we hope to return soon to visit all the staff!

26/12/2025: I had a great time. I had the gnocchi with a saffron sauce and the Chiusdino sausage. It was delicious. The atmosphere was calm and very friendly. I don't understand what people are complaining about. And the prices were fair. I'll be back for an aperitivo. 😉

A key ingredient for success.
Stefania is a winner and has a very capable manager.
What could be improved? The male staff lack empathy for the environment they work in: cold, never smiling, and lacking vivacity.
The baristas' attire needs attention.
The outside area is a bit cold, in my opinion.
I don't remember if it's there, but the door leading to the back of the lab should be closed.
I was distracted by Stefania's eyes and smile.

10/05/2026: The dishes were good, but the prices weren't entirely fair. For example, a fried fish platter was served with a huge portion of just fried vegetables, and there were about four pieces of fish.
Plus, we waited about an hour and there were very few people.
We were a little disappointed because we'd been there years ago and liked it, but this time, unfortunately, a little less. The starters were good.
The waiter was kind.

20/04/2026: We got off to a good start with a really nice and helpful girl at the counter. The burgers are worthy of a complaint; to say the quality is terrible would be an understatement; even the ketchup seems to have gone bad from how acidic it is. The bun is stale, the lettuce stained, the onions runny... I've never seen anything like it. The special of the day, pasta with clams, was like soup, tasteless and without clams (just shells!), even the wine from the vinegar cellar. When it comes to fast food, we can't make high demands, and having grown up in the States, I certainly don't have a spoiled palate, but this place is by far the worst we've ever been to. The only gourmet aspect is the price, which is comparable to a table service restaurant. Even if you're in a hurry and just want a quick bite, it's definitely worth looking for an alternative!
09/03/2026: I won't be going back.
Today we had lunch for two, and it was a truly awful experience. We had a salad with eggs and chicken (we later discovered they were nuggets), a burger with grilled vegetables, and a portion of fried artichokes.
Let's ignore the decidedly high price, but the quality of everything was absolutely terrible. I couldn't eat the burger; it had a bad texture and flavor. The salad was a mere handful, and the artichokes looked like they'd been fried in stale oil. As for the nuggets, I'll let you judge by the photo.
Hoping we don't feel sick, I strongly advise against them.

Nice, welcoming place.
02/11/2025: We had breakfast and dinner here every day during our stay. I can't understand the bad reviews from the complaining German tourists. I had the Florentine, tuna pizza, and wild boar ragout. Everything was excellent. The owners were incredibly friendly and chatted with us for a while. They even gave us a parting gift because we'd been there every day. You reap what you sow. If you behave well, you'll be treated accordingly.

01/09/2025: We ate there, although dining next to the road wasn't pleasant. The fish was fresh and good. Prices were a bit high considering it's a delicatessen and there's virtually no table service; you set and clear your own food with a tray.
