10/02/2025: This is our third stay at Le Macinaie, in four years. The years pass, but Hotel le Macinaie always remains the same, a true guarantee of hospitality, professionalism and welcome. It is always a huge pleasure to stay here, and I recommend it without fear of making a bad impression. A true guarantee of well-being where you can spend wonderful moments. My compliments to this establishment.
06/02/2025: We have just returned from a three night holiday at Le Macinaie. The hotel is very beautiful, very well kept and very clean. The climate is warm and extremely relaxing. Enrico and all the hotel and restaurant staff are super welcoming. There was no snow, there was only a little at the top where we were able to rent a sled and have fun with the children, in general the stay experience fully compensated and repaid the lack of snow. In any case, there are many things to do in the area and we also really enjoyed visiting the alpacas. However, in the hotel there is a nice play area and a relaxation area which we appreciated very much and which gave us some wonderful moments together with our children who would have happily stayed in the hotel to play and in the hydromassage tub.
The restaurant is also excellent, for choice, variety and quality.
More than fair prices for both the restaurant and the hotel.
We will definitely be back!

08/12/2024: What to say.... the tagliatelle with chestnut flour and Cinta Senese ragù were delicious, while the pici all'aglione were seasoned with a mouth-watering creamy sauce. The peposo was so tender that it melted in your mouth, I have never tasted such tender and tasty meat. And finally the cake... simple, with fresh cream and lemon cream, with soft sponge cake, slightly moistened with liqueur, a delight for the palate...

18/01/2025: Characteristic and familiar atmosphere, warm and friendly service, fantastic food. This is the recipe that makes Granduca a place I will definitely return to. Rich and tasty starter, very good pici with cheese and pepper, truly divine pici with wild boar, "beastly" pappardelle with hare. All accompanied by a good wine, and a remarkable chestnut tart. I close by saying that the price is also very fair.
05/01/2025: We had lunch at this inn and were more than satisfied with the service and the divine food with excellent quality ingredients. I recommend it to everyone, the meat is excellent 👍 compliments to the chef 🧑🍳

15/01/2025: I stopped for a quick business lunch but besides the pizza in the window which gave me the impression that they were asking for help there wasn't any, I tried to ask for a whole one but the answer was that at the moment they only made trays and for a round one it took some time.....I was satisfied but there are those who don't want to hear the same thing.....3 stars are too many

One customer received meat without vegetables, another only vegetables but no meat.
The meals were almost cold.
After our meals, the chef gave us a consolation bruschetta?
It was our first time dining here and we were disappointed.

14/02/2025: Old-fashioned restaurant where you eat so badly 🤣😂 the important thing is not to be on a diet. Round of seafood-based appetizers, prawn tails with celery, octopus, mussels, tuna with onions, pancakes, meatballs and at the end go for a second course so that even the first one explodes. Sea bass with potatoes and to finish classic seada. Congratulations 👏👏👏
06/02/2025: I have known Mr. Franco since I was little, and year after year, I must say that it is always a pleasure to go and eat at Quadrifoglio.
Friendly staff, delicious food, always.
And then, I must say that being served at the table by Mr. Franco... and having the fish filleted by him, is an honor! ❤️

Not recommended
What we wanted to eat was not available but we were only told when ordering. We had to settle for dishes that we could eat in a bar. Tasteless pizza, too thin and hard... it destroyed my mouth. Draft beer for decor only.

28/11/2024: Ma a parte la confusione che si crea di mattina per le colazioni senza un posto all’interno dove sedersi comodamente, la qualità dei prodotti da forno non sono così buoni. Abbiamo preso un cornetto al miele senza miele all’interno ma con solo una “spolverata” sopra, un cornetto con la crema ma dentro c’era un filo di crema. Servizio veloce ma non ci tornerei.

19/01/2025: Ci siamo fermati per pranzo dopo un giro sull amiata.Mangiato benissimo porzioni abbondanti e speso pochissimo. Superconsigliato.
26/12/2024: Albergo non consigliabile per chi si sveglia alle 6,30 perché se si vuole lavare non c’è acqua calda e bisogna aspettare le 8.00 per poter mangiare poche cose a colazione,benché si cominci alle 7,30..ma al massimo solo un caffè

09/09/2023: Nonostante un menu pretenzioso, si mangia piuttosto male e il servizio è così improvvisato da essere ridicolo. Tortell induriti perché cotti in precedenza e poi riscaldati nel burro. Patate crude, arrivate dopo aver finito la carne che era dura e insapore. Impossibile sapere dalla gentile cameriera che vino ci ha servito: proprio non lo sapeva e nel foglietto strapazzato che aveva in mano non c'era scritto!! Prezzi alti anche per un ristrante dove qualcuno sa cucinare... Non ci tornerò
15/08/2023: Vorrei fare una critica costruttiva per questi due ragazzi che hanno rilevato questo locale. Prima di tutto quando si dà un orario anche se il cliente si presenta cinque minuti prima si dovrebbero fare trovare i tavoli pronti...poi non si può servire l'antipasto con l'insalata avvizzita e maleodorante...capisco che manca l'esperienza e quindi vi invito a migliorare il vostro servizio per dare al vostro locale il giusto valore
