This is a restaurant to prioritize if you're visiting Castel del Piano. We were delighted by the quality of the food, the warm welcome, and the excellent service... all at a very reasonable price for the area. We loved the truffle pasta and the grilled ribeye steak with lightly pan-fried purple artichokes. 👏👏

Cozy place. An Italian Grandma was cooking!! The food was amazing. One of the better pasta's I ate in Italy.

04/07/2026: I absolutely love having dinner here at least once or twice a week! You can eat the best sandwiches in Grosseto here, and you can choose your own! And it's not just the sandwiches. Everything else they offer is top-notch, too, and the prices are absolutely right! You can even choose to eat in or take out! The prices are absolutely reasonable (on average, a sandwich, fries, and a drink cost no more than €12-€15 per person). I couldn't ask for a better place to eat! Highly recommended!
04/06/2026: Excellent rustic-style sandwiches (sausage, peppers, aubergines, vegetables, etc.) in a small place with tables outside for a quick lunch.
