05/04/2024: I left Macerata to carry out a medical examination in Sesto Fiorentino at the Misericordia clinic and before leaving I had informed myself (in addition to the route to be taken obviously 😏) also about the bars or restaurants nearby and within less than a hundred meters of the clinic, Google suggested this bar/pastry shop to me with very positive reviews. Never made a better choice... I arrived an hour before the visit and while I was waiting, my mother and I went to make two cappuccinos with two croissants right there. The cappuccinos requested piping hot, arrived as requested (otherwise even better ☺️) while the croissants were fresh and truly exceptional... in short, stuff for refined palates 🤤😋. Before leaving I also took away two small pizzas stuffed with (one with cheese and the other with ham) which I then ate at home and they too...spectacular 🤤 The place is run by young, polite guys who are always cheerful ( which I think is vital for working in a bar) and also very clean (see internal bathroom). Everything was delicious...... shame about the distance 🥺 otherwise I would have been there every morning to have breakfast before going to work ☕🥐 Keep it up 🤘🏻

31/03/2024: When I went in to get something else, something caught my attention and having the thought that you always have to find an excuse to love each other, on Easter day, I decided to treat myself to a small sweet. A strawberry rose appeared to me, I must say that I don't like sweets much but this little "flower" of sweetness pleased me so much that I took it home. I'm not a dessert expert but I can tell you that it has a good balance of sweetness. The pastry, which is "spetala" is (in my opinion) little or not at all sweetened to cushion the sweetness of the jam, excellent, the fruit goes perfectly with the other elements of the pastry. For those with a sweet tooth, an excellent dessert to cheer the soul. For those like me who prefer savory foods, an experience worth trying. Great.
