24/06/2025: Yesterday I was invited by a dear friend of mine for an aperitif in this place located in an urban area of ​​the city that, for its modern and contemporary architecture, I like to call the new city of Scandicci, and for the experience I have to say that hers was a good choice and also an excellent alternative to Florence as we had a really great time. The unusual borderline position, the warm and soft light of the sunset, the architecture of the buildings, the view of the large square and the presence of the many young people who frequent it, project you into a particular dimension with a cosmopolitan flavor that personally reminded me of the Macba square in Barcelona. It was a great feeling. Sitting at a table outside we chatted calmly drawing lots for a good gin and tonic, a classic Aperol spritz and that unusual drink of mine that I love to call Sbitter spritz because I have them put San bitter instead of Aperol. Honestly, it is contrary to what I read in the reviews, even if they do not offer table service or whatever they say, I found the staff who served me at the counter very welcoming, friendly and efficient and the cost of the aperitifs average, therefore I will definitely return because I had a really good time. I recommend it! Thanks

31/05/2025: Avrei messo 5 punti all'ottimo filetto, al sangue, che si scioglieva in bocca. 23 € spesi molto volentieri ma non posso dire lo stesso del contorno: un piattino di insalata verde a 7,00€ 😳😳😳. Valutando che ogni 3 insalatine potevo prendere quasi un altro filetto. Anche gli altri contorni avevano prezzi oltre la media. Consiglio vivamente, se non di integrarlo nel prezzo del filetto, almeno di non superare i 3,00€ per quel piattino di verde.

A small increase in portions would make the experience even more satisfying. Overall, a good option for a business lunch without too many expectations. I recommend booking.

05/09/2025: Bad experience. Although they had free tables, for some reason they didn’t want to serve us. Maybe because we’re tourists??? The waitress was really nice person, but the boss woman was not welcoming us.

22/05/2025: 1 maggio di questo anno sono stata qui come qualche altra volta a comprare pasticceria da asporto e prendere un caffè. La signora giovane che mi ha servito il caffè ha usato frasi offensive verso dei clienti appena usciti dalla pasticceria a voce alta da dietro il bancone: vista e sentita con le mie orecchie, magari la prossima volta usa lo stesso atteggiamento con me e non mi piace proprio l'idea!!! Tra l'altro le bignè comprate in questa occasione non avevano un sapore diverso tra i vari gusti, i gusti erano abbastanza piatti non proprio identificabili, diciamo dolci e vanigliati ma non con un gusto ben preciso .

12/09/2025: We've been going there on and off for many years, and it's a place where you can really find everything, with decent quality, but it's a cafeteria, not a restaurant. So in a place with paper placemats, the cover charge can't cost 2 euros per person, a 75cl bottle of water 2.50 euros, and a decaf coffee 2 euros. Then it's no surprise, but above all, no reason to complain, if the premises are empty.

30/07/2025: I love this place, the coffee is good and they have a great selection of desserts for breakfast and a snack, they have a simple but exceptional lunch menu for 10 euros, with authentic and delicious dishes.

30/08/2025: Delicious food, quality coffee, and fast service. A great place to wait for the bus.

22/08/2025: The vending machine charged me twice and didn't dispense the product!!!!!!!!!!!!!
