20/04/2026: Found by chance, searched on Google. The atmosphere is truly simple, the kind where you immediately feel at ease. Mrs. Anna is a treasure: useless and renowned Michelin-starred chefs should train with her. Kind, affable, you feel like you've always been coming here! The dishes...abundant and delicious. The handwritten menu of the day, with a nice oil stain from who knows what table...it makes you feel so at home! Thank you, thank you so much.... It's been thirty years since I've been back here and it seems like yesterday.

14/04/2026: While passing through the area, we stumbled upon this restaurant. And it was a fantastic experience: the pizzas are excellent, with unbeatable value for money. The atmosphere is friendly (like a village restaurant) and the staff are incredibly kind, despite the language barrier.

05/04/2026: Today for lunch on Easter day we ate in nine people, the food was super excellent, all fish, plenty of dishes, three people wanted the meat menu, everything ok, all the staff were available, I thank everyone and I recommend you go in large numbers, it's really worth it, thanks again, see you soon

30/03/2026: We chose this place for its location following an engagement from Lecce to Scandicci. We ordered two pizzas late at night and found the service warm, the timing excellent, and the quality excellent. We'd definitely love to return for lunch, having sampled some of the dishes...

19/12/2025: It's a place near where I worked. I ate a plate of pasta with pesto and a good Greek salad. The staff is friendly and I can reach the place on foot, unlike other local places where I have to go by car!

21/11/2025: Let me start by saying that my experience is entirely related to my weekday lunch break. I'm giving it four stars primarily because of the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, who, even after the recent changes, are still excellent at doing their job to the best of their ability. The food is excellent at fair prices; every day you can choose from three different first courses (plus the classic tomato/pesto), good second courses, a variety of salads, and excellent sandwiches with a good variety of ingredients. They accept meal vouchers and return change via reusable receipts. Unfortunately, this place has some problems, and they're noticeable. Space is quite tight, and reaching some tables is sometimes a bit difficult, given that it's almost always very crowded, resulting in a lot of noise. Although the staff does their best and rushes to serve everyone as quickly as possible, sometimes the waits are quite long, even just to pay when there's no line (because they're busy serving food) or to get something from the display case. Furthermore, the bar's savory options are often in short supply, leaving little or no choice. Unfortunately, the downside of this place is that it's overcrowded with local workers, yet it doesn't have the space to optimally manage this influx. If it weren't so crowded, it would be truly excellent. Highly recommended, so try it outside of peak hours! I wish everyone the best.

19/04/2026: Good and simple. I love tripe and lampredotto, though not everyone likes them, but there are other good things too. Nice terrace and a good location on the way to the countryside.

04/04/2026: The pizzas might have been good but the service was terrible, the waiters were all more unpleasant than the others, you didn't even have time to finish the last bite and they were right there to take your plate away, very rude, we will never go back, I strongly advise all the waiters to be a little nicer

30/04/2026: I had a schiacciata boscaiola. It was all good. Considering it's a food truck with an inside dining area (clean but basic, as it should be) and a place to eat outside. Good and fast. What more could you ask for?

08/04/2026: I found myself at Gigli and decided to stop for a bite to eat. I had coccoli with raw ham and a spectacular seafood bavetta! Nice, large place with a large terrace for smoking, and the staff were very polite and knowledgeable.

30/03/2026: I ordered three Margherita pizzas on Delivero. I paid €7 each, and this is what I got, all three identical. It was more of a pizzetta than a pizza. Never again.

15/04/2026: We took the all you can eat menu, but they took away our tablet and when we asked for rabbit bread they didn't include it on the menu but charged us 12 euros more. I won't be going back.

22/03/2026: It was our first time dining at this restaurant. It had just opened, and since it was a Saturday, it was incredibly crowded. However, it didn't disappoint. The service was excellent, the place was clean and tidy, and the food arrived quickly and was delicious. Top!!

14/12/2025: If you want to order takeaway from this dump, I strongly advise you to think again because they are not equipped in the slightest, unfortunately I placed an order from them (I bitterly regret it) at 9.21pm and it is 11.18pm and my food has not yet arrived and I fear it will never arrive, furthermore they are unreachable, apparently their number is on Google (obviously to make fun of customers) to which they never answer.

02/02/2026: Good value for money. I stopped for lunch and was satisfied. The atmosphere is bright and welcoming, and even a coffee is a real pleasure. The outdoor tables overlooking Piazza della Resistenza are very nice.
