05/01/2026: Located in the heart of the historic center, yet conveniently located just a 3-minute walk away, with ample parking available free at night. The rooms are nice and comfortable. The hotel has a terrace overlooking the main square, where breakfast is served during the season, available for an additional fee. For the price paid in December, it's a very good value. It's a shame that, after a perfect night's sleep, at 7:10 a.m., a loud ticking sound from a pump behind our room (number 4) interrupted the perfect silence.

29/12/2025: We stayed at this hotel for a short weekend in Florence, during our visit to the Uffizi Gallery, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The property is beautiful and meticulously maintained, with immaculately clean and welcoming spaces. The staff is extremely kind, polite, and helpful. The breakfast is excellent, with quality products and a variety that demonstrates the attention paid to guests: even the wasa were included, a detail that truly makes a difference for those who appreciate a more complete and healthy choice. The superior room we were assigned was very beautiful, tastefully decorated in a classic style with antique furniture. The mattress was extremely comfortable, and we slept wonderfully. We also appreciated the selection of wines and personal care products; we, in particular, purchased two excellent bottles. In short, everything was excellent: comfort, service, quality, and customer care. A stay we recommend without hesitation.

Before writing negative reviews, I believe that everyone makes mistakes and should be given a second chance... luckily, I've adopted this "philosophy." I've been to Impruneta quite often, and several locals recommended this place to me. I admit, I was a little skeptical because it's close to the gas station (never prejudge). I decided to go. Unfortunately, the first time there was a mix-up (not their fault), which I reported, and they promptly resolved. I went back today... 😋😋 a tuna steak with crunchy vegetables that would rival many seaside restaurants. I even glimpsed the grilled fish passing by...😋😋. Better to try than to read 💪. I'll definitely be back!

17/01/2026: After many years, we've returned, and the pizza is still delicious (the gluten-free one!!!). The waiter (the bald one) could avoid commenting on people's dinner choices and tell them to be more lenient about their pizza choices. First of all, you have no idea who's in front of you and how they might react. You could avoid all these jokes. Many thanks to the gentlemen at the desk, who were very kind. Otherwise, the bill was in line and the pizza was perfect.

Once we arrived and were seated, we waited an hour and a half between ordering and eating. The roast veal was finished, the ossobuco was not good, the rabbit and chicken were fried and not deboned, and all the dishes arrived cold. The only good thing was the rib-eye steak. The price was steep, more than 50 euros per person. P.S.: This is a farmhouse with limited parking.

For example, mine want to eat alone and inevitably they drop some pasta on the floor, or a couple of chips, or a bit of salad, or crumbs, and so on... Someone has to pick up that stuff on the floor... So it seems fair to me that I pay a cover charge for them too... In the end, it's about €2/€2.50 per cover charge... If you're not willing to pay that for your kids, it's better to stay home...

29/11/2025: Terrible experience at this establishment, and I'll explain why: the room wasn't very clean, and the furnishings were very dated. We booked half-board, and when ordering dinner, the waitress made us choose between a la carte menu and a €30 fixed menu. I opted for the second course, and my friend opted for the first course. After a while, the waitress returned, saying that the fixed menu was only valid if we both chose it. This alone doesn't indicate a serious restaurant. So I changed my order, and the waitress mistakenly brought me the platter from the fixed menu, which had previously been cancelled due to the change. My friend was served a first course and side dish, while I waited about 20 minutes for a salad and a small sliced ​​steak, so we both found ourselves eating alone. To top it all off, at 8:00 AM, there was no one at reception to check out, and we had to wait a long time to leave. People should definitely change their professions.
