06/05/2025: A truly memorable lunch! We have been several times already, and it never disappoints! The Osteria Porta del Chianti is a small jewel immersed in the tranquility of Falciani. The menu is a journey into the most authentic Tuscan flavors. We tasted several dishes and each one was a confirmation: tagliatelle with white ragù and porcini mushrooms, tortelli with wild boar ragù and tagliatelle with nana sauce – all excellent, with fresh pasta and rich seasonings. Among the second courses, the stew with vinsanto, the sliced ​​meat with lard and rosemary was tender and tasty, and the lamb chops cooked to perfection. The house red wine accompanies the whole meal very well, rounded and pleasant. Finally, the desserts: semifreddo with berries, tiramisu and grandmother's cake served warm - one better than the other, but grandmother's cake deserves a special mention: simply not to be missed!
