29/11/2025: Terrible experience at this establishment, and I'll explain why: the room wasn't very clean, and the furnishings were very dated. We booked half-board, and when ordering dinner, the waitress made us choose between a la carte menu and a €30 fixed menu. I opted for the second course, and my friend opted for the first course. After a while, the waitress returned, saying that the fixed menu was only valid if we both chose it. This alone doesn't indicate a serious restaurant. So I changed my order, and the waitress mistakenly brought me the platter from the fixed menu, which had previously been cancelled due to the change. My friend was served a first course and side dish, while I waited about 20 minutes for a salad and a small sliced steak, so we both found ourselves eating alone. To top it all off, at 8:00 AM, there was no one at reception to check out, and we had to wait a long time to leave. People should definitely change their professions.

We found excellent service managed by Salvatore, who recommended dinner, consistently featuring local dishes. Friendly, kind, and professional.

27/08/2025: A rather basic restaurant in the Impruneta community center (but I believe it's independently run). Everything was fine; the coccoli appetizers were delicious, and the pizza was decent. Friendly service.
24/08/2025: Nothing special, small portions, little cacio e pepe that tasted like supermarket oil, Tuscan starter with just 3 slices of ham, salami and a crostini €14!

21/11/2023: I hired Chef Alessio to deliver our family a welcome dinner. PHENOMENAL! We had a mixed salad, meat lasagna (delicious!), meatballs (amazing!), eggplant parmigiana (wow!), basil pesto pasta, and spaghetti in tomato sauce. two of our guests did not eat cheese and Chef Alessio was very cautious in putting their food in a separate container. My family loved every bite. We also hired his team for a pizza party for my son's 9th birthday. Every pizza was amazing. I couldn't wait to see what else was coming out of the pizza oven. Fantastic and professional service! Highly Recommend. :)
02/10/2023: I arranged Chef Alessio's services for my family's two week vacation in Tuscany at Villa Caprolo (also highly recommend). We had 5 meals: one delivered the night we arrived. Plenty of food, delicious and ready for us! Second was a pizza party. Delicious, generous amounts, David the chef was also generous with his descriptions and engaged our young kids in the process. Don't miss it! Third, two prepared dinners of Tuscan fare, with two different chefs. Fabulous, great variety. Accommodated vegetarian and non-boar eaters! The menu choices were multiple, and could be varied on request. Finally, we had a cooking lesson in the preparation of pasta vongole and cheese/spinach ravioli. It was a highlight of our trip and inspired us all to make our own on return. Again, David was simply awesome, friendly, helpful and so very patient with our young pasta makers. It was all delicious. Each meal was accompanied by local wines, which we would not have known to select. Both chefs were engaging, answered my 1000 questions, AND those of my family, and left the place spotless. Well worth the cost. Thank you Chef Alessio and team!

11/04/2025: Questo è un posto tranquillo in campagna semplice e senza pretese a circa 3 km dalle terme di Petriolo dove persone simpatiche e accoglienti fanno buona cucina toscana casalinga a prezzi ragionevoli.Gli ingredienti sono genuini.
Molto buone le tagliatelle al ragù. Ottimi i cantuccini.

24/07/2025: Este restaurante fue recomendado por nuestro anfitrión. Tengo que decir que no estaba seguro de qué esperar cuando vimos la gasolinera. Fuimos a almorzar un miércoles y tenemos que decir que las pizzas son probablemente las mejores que he tenido. Recomendaría encarecidamente
