20/10/2025: A beautiful, under-appreciated property. The grounds are stunning, and so is the pool area, though it's poorly maintained. The hedges need trimming, leaves, and clutter from the loungers make it look almost abandoned. The rooms are of questionable taste, with the gold headboard, which, even though it was created by an artist, is a bit too dramatic and unpleasant. Breakfast definitely needs improvement. The coffee and cappuccino machine is no good; they're undrinkable! The fruit juices are sugar water and you can tell they're really poor quality. Before 10 a.m., some items had already run out and weren't refilled. The staff is friendly, but room cleanliness definitely needs improvement; there's a bin with waste from previous guests.
16/10/2025: The rooms are mediocre. Overall, the place is very good. The building is beautiful, the grounds are pleasant to walk around, and there are lovely views. There's also a pool area and a terrace on the property. The staff speaks English and is very attentive.

12/07/2025: We had a pasta dinner, excellent and with a generous portion, and a grilled rib eye steak with sublime roast potatoes. We also enjoyed two glasses of the house red wine, which was very pleasant. We finished with a Florentine dessert and coffee. We had a great time; the atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing, surrounded by greenery. I loved it; the service was impeccable.
23/06/2025: Restaurant inside a well-kept resort, excellent dinner with quality raw materials, a beautiful experience. A special thanks to Mr. Giuseppe, very kind and professional, who helped us in choosing the Chianti.

Top-quality food, local produce, and IMPECCABLE service from "Luchino"!
The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between professionalism and familiarity. If you want to try typical products, this is the place.
Perfectly cooked pici and incredible sauce. I recommend leaving the cheese out because if the sauce is good, it goes without.
The fillet steak was the best I've ever had, from Fiorentino. The desserts were amazing, and the appetizers were top-notch; you could taste it on the plate.
While I repeat that I have no words to describe the quality of this dinner, I really want to point out that it was exactly what we wanted, in terms of quality and quantity, there's no comparison! ❤️❤️❤️📈📈📈
A truly special evening. We've been before, but we'll definitely be back again and again!!!
23/10/2025: I was here two years ago and gave it 5 stars. Now, unfortunately, I have to give a very negative review because the food was terrible. The waitress couldn't open a bottle of wine, so I took care of it, but that wasn't the problem.
The ham I ate and bought two years ago was suddenly just a regular ham.
I think the owner is completely lacking in interest here. Save yourself the adventurous journey; it's unfortunately no longer worth it.

27/08/2025: A rather basic restaurant in the Impruneta community center (but I believe it's independently run). Everything was fine; the coccoli appetizers were delicious, and the pizza was decent. Friendly service.
24/08/2025: Nothing special, small portions, little cacio e pepe that tasted like supermarket oil, Tuscan starter with just 3 slices of ham, salami and a crostini €14!

Chef Alessio Sedran – Ristorante La Cucina

21/11/2023: I hired Chef Alessio to deliver our family a welcome dinner. PHENOMENAL! We had a mixed salad, meat lasagna (delicious!), meatballs (amazing!), eggplant parmigiana (wow!), basil pesto pasta, and spaghetti in tomato sauce. two of our guests did not eat cheese and Chef Alessio was very cautious in putting their food in a separate container. My family loved every bite. We also hired his team for a pizza party for my son's 9th birthday. Every pizza was amazing. I couldn't wait to see what else was coming out of the pizza oven. Fantastic and professional service! Highly Recommend. :)
02/10/2023: I arranged Chef Alessio's services for my family's two week vacation in Tuscany at Villa Caprolo (also highly recommend). We had 5 meals: one delivered the night we arrived. Plenty of food, delicious and ready for us! Second was a pizza party. Delicious, generous amounts, David the chef was also generous with his descriptions and engaged our young kids in the process. Don't miss it! Third, two prepared dinners of Tuscan fare, with two different chefs. Fabulous, great variety. Accommodated vegetarian and non-boar eaters! The menu choices were multiple, and could be varied on request. Finally, we had a cooking lesson in the preparation of pasta vongole and cheese/spinach ravioli. It was a highlight of our trip and inspired us all to make our own on return. Again, David was simply awesome, friendly, helpful and so very patient with our young pasta makers. It was all delicious. Each meal was accompanied by local wines, which we would not have known to select. Both chefs were engaging, answered my 1000 questions, AND those of my family, and left the place spotless. Well worth the cost. Thank you Chef Alessio and team!

11/04/2025: Questo è un posto tranquillo in campagna semplice e senza pretese a circa 3 km dalle terme di Petriolo dove persone simpatiche e accoglienti fanno buona cucina toscana casalinga a prezzi ragionevoli.Gli ingredienti sono genuini.
Molto buone le tagliatelle al ragù. Ottimi i cantuccini.

24/07/2025: Este restaurante fue recomendado por nuestro anfitrión. Tengo que decir que no estaba seguro de qué esperar cuando vimos la gasolinera. Fuimos a almorzar un miércoles y tenemos que decir que las pizzas son probablemente las mejores que he tenido. Recomendaría encarecidamente
